Things have gone very well with Dalton Place, so far! It's a nice looking, clean, well kept community, and the staff seems very caring and conscientious towards the residents. They're taking very good care of our loved one, we're completely satisfied with the service!

This is the perfect place for me so far. Scoti has been phenomenal! She has had an answer for every concern I have had!! She has introduced me to other residents made sure I know the staff and has connected me with others who can help with my move. Thank you Jody for connecting me to this fabulous place!!!

After visiting several assisted living communities, Brookdale Rocky Mount far exceeded any of our expectations. They truly go out of their way to make every resident feel like part of a family. They meet any and all of their needs and offer activities and outings to fill the days. They are kind and compassionate to everyone and the rooms are spacious and clean. Could not have asked for anything better!

Mom has been at Arbor Ridge for 3 weeks now and loves it! She loves the food and her new friends. If I take her out for the afternoon, she wants to hurry and get back so she doesn't miss supper. I can't believe how quickly she fit right in and enjoys everything! They have lots of activities to offer or you can just sit and socialize outside in rocking chairs or in the lovely dining room. Very satisfied with our choice! It's so clean, you could eat off the floor. That's what sold us on the place to begin with! The staff are so friendly and love on everyone too.

Beautiful facility

Things are going very well for mother since her move into Northstar place. The community is very nice looking and very well maintained. The staff has been wonderful and helpful to my mother, and that is nice to see. She does a few activities that they offer. It is a nice community that I would recommend.

Our experience with Chatham Ridge has been a very good one. We are very pleased with everything the community has done to help with her needs and settling her into the community. The staff has been great and very polite and friendly to my mother. She loves them! Everything is going very well at this community. The food is good, they have a wide variety of food for her to select from. They offer a lot of activities for the residents to participate in and that is nice to see.

Things are going great for my mother here at Arbor Ridge - we love it. Everything about this community is really nice. The place looks amazing, it's really clean and nice. The staff has been nice and helpful to us. They always have something going on for the residents, and there are many activities for them to choose from.My mother really enjoys this, and she participates in many activities. The food looks and smells good. They have a variety of food for the residents to choose from. I would highly recommend this community.

Violet's move to Langston place was so smooth, thanks to Katie [removed]. Katie met us on a Sunday to show us the facility. The small size of the home, gas fireplace, and coffee at meals makes Langston Place much more like home. The one bedroom is perfect with a small kitchenette. This will come in very handy when we visit Violet. The halls, facilities, and dining area are kept very clean and I even saw the staff moving furniture around and vacuuming underneath the furniture. So nice to have Violet in a place that takes pride in the facility and loves their residents. Awesome find.

We really like Keowee Place. My father has adjusted fairly well to his move there. He has been sick and had to go to the hospital a couple times. Everything can't be perfect but they do try at Keowee. I would definitely consider this place when I am older and need somewhere to go myself. The staff makes you feel like it is a home and they truly care for the residents. We go in to visit all the time and the staff is always friendly.

Great facility! Clean, very neat & great quality! Very helpful & friendly! Very willing to help in anyway! Convenient location for my father because it's close to where I live. Great experience! Great discount for first 3 months because of referral from a Place for Mom.

The staff is professional, friendly and courteous. They assisted making my mother 's transition as smooth as possible. The move was quick, hence difficult at first, but the entire staff did everything possible to acclimate her to new surroundings. The staff has been very accommodating and positive in all my interactions with them.

The most difficult decision an adult child will make is to place a parent in the care of others. The parent may resist & fight you all the way, but the important factor is to know they are safe & well taken care of. Chatham Ridge has made this transition for all of us much easier. Management was extremely helpful, the staff is amazing, the facility is immaculate...I now know that mom is safe, getting her meds & is in an environment of caring. I can easily rest at night knowing we made the right decision.. Thank you Chatham Ridge..

There is not anything I think that they could improve. IT is a great facility and we're very pleased here.

I am on board with everything that the staff members do at the Colonial Gardens facility. It is just a fabulous facility to be at and my loved one and the entire family is just very, very happy with the place.

It's been good, and I would recommend them. If I'm minor nitpicking, their accounting is a little wonky, but everything has been correct. I have been there and eaten dinner, the accommodations are very nice. The people are very nice, it really has improved his life. The lady from Brookdale came to the hospital and met with the social worker, and got us all together and were able to convince him that this would be the right move, and we are very happy. I feel they went above and beyond to help us. The have done a good job of facilitating his doctors appointments. They have an activities bus that take them for rides, and activities, it's really great.

All residents seemed fully engaged, content. Friendly staff and EXTREMELY attentive to each resident. President of Preston House quite knowledgeable and very honest. Nursing Manager very caring. Appears that staff is quite eager to get to know each resident personally - their likes, dislikes, idiosyncrasies so that the memory care resident can be treated with respect and dignity. I would be totally at peace to move my mother to this outstanding facility!

Selected facility after visiting facilities in NJ and SC. Cost, atmosphere and closeness to family home in NC where driving factors. Staff and residents were friendly and will be a welcome up-lifting experience to Mom's current at home arrangement that was isolating and lonely.
