The staff at The Legacy at Southpointe Drive is amazing. My cousin lives here. He's not very easy to manage, but they make it so easy. They talk to him and convince him to do things. The housekeeping keeps everything clean. Communication with the family (me) is amazing. The only problem is the food. They are always running out of things, like no eggs or orange juice for three days. I get it, but my cousin gets mad. The food is weird: plain chicken, roast beef, burgers, hot dogs and macaroni. I spend more money having food delivered due to the meals here. Otherwise, I can't say anything bad at all about this facility. The Legacy at Southpointe Drive is, by far, the best one around and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I would say that it was a very good experience. The staff treated mom very well. We picked this community because of the location and tour experience.

Chandler place independent living is a good place a good alternative when you no longer can take care of a home and all of the responsibilities that come with owning a home clean safe environment friendliness of staff is a plus. Many activities to make living here enjoyable it is worth checking into

Our family had an in person tour with The Reserve at Mills Farm and the tour experience and facility was excellent, that gets a 5. However it has poor ratings with DHSS with many infractions.

I love to come in to visit here! The residents brighten my day! The staff are always friendly and I am always welcomed and made to feel special! Beautiful atmosphere and beautiful people! Great smiles!

I couldn't have chose a better place for my mom! She was welcomed to the family from the first time she entered through their front door as we were touring different locations. I have no doubt she is loved and cared for, and she only has great things to say about all the staff! I am so thankful for Ashley Square and everyone there!

This is a lovely community, filled with very friendly staff, and precious seniors! I look forward to all my visits at this community! You can feel the family atmosphere and love as soon as you walk in!

Ashley Square is an awesome Senior Living Community! Very open, bright dining room, easy accessible areas, wide hallways, great layout for residents to explore safely. Very inviting entrance and friendly staff, ready to help in any way they can!

Ashley Square is a great community that is very family oriented. Clean community that is secured with alarmed doors. Lovely outdoor area that is a safe place for everyone to enjoy the outdoors. Everyone is so friendly!

Staff are warm and friendly and make this community feel like home. Family atmosphere and everyone is loved and made to feel special! This is a great senior living community and a great place to be!

My sister was the one who explored different places and she thought Brookdale Shelby was the best choice and also close to where she lived. The staff there work hard to get to know the family member and try to get them engaged in living in the facility. Communication with our family has been good. I would recommend this community to others looking for assisted living.

All 5 stars. My father in law is very happy being at Arbor Ridge and as a family, we have had a wonderful experience with [name removed] and her staff. They are easy to work with and really helped us through a very scary and potentially difficult transition. They were efficient, responsive, and compassionate. He has a studio apartment, so we were not expecting anything large. It is plenty of room for a queen bed and sitting area.

5 all across the board!!! Excellent facility!!! I love that they are so helpful and down to earth. The feel of a class A facility without the snobbishness. The staff truly cares about the residents. The apartment is a nice and comfortable sizes. There is a full kitchen with stove / refrigerator and that was a pleasant surprise!

We picked this community, because I iked the staff, seemed to have a more relaxed atmosphere compared to the other facilities I looked at. I would recommend it. Some of my mothers friends made a visit prior to her transfer to Manning and they were impressed. One told me if she had known about it when her father needed that type of care it would have been their choice as well.

Our family had an in person tour with Kerner Ridge and we felt that the staff members were very nice and very informative when we asked questions making the tour experience really nice!

We toured Mallard Ridge when searching for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. This facility was great! Our tour guide was very friendly and accommodating. They were also great on follow-up and offered helpful hints and advice no matter which facility we chose.

Very friendly and helpful and accepting. They educate pts and families wonderfully and with great empathy. They are resident centered.

The Legacy of North Myrtle Beach is being newly renovated, the rooms are nice size. The staff are awesome. Dad says that his meals are great most of the time, on occasion he doesn't seem to remember what he had so he can't say that it was great. I have not eaten here, so I can't rate it The communication with the family is good. They contact us with information, but we have had a couple of times that we have called the front desk and didn't get an answer. We love the the housekeeping staff and they respond very quickly to any issues. It is an older facility, but it was the right choice and value for our family

The staff is very helpful! I feel like it is a very warm environment, and everyone was friendly and came in right away and introduced themselves and told us what role they would be playing with my mother. They seem very responsive to any questions or concerns. They offer a lot of different activities, and seem to check frequently on my mother. Very positive experience!
