The community was always spotless. The staff was wonderful. They learned all of our family's names and always greeted us by name. Occasionally, they needed some help with getting my mother her medication exactly on time, but they never missed getting her medication. They helped us with everything caring for my mother. They were very responsive with our requests for assistance if mother needed anything. Mother wasn't so into the activities, however they did have activities available for the residents if they chose to participate. The food was not quite restaurant quality, however it was good. I would eat at the dinning room with my mother quite often and the food was always good. Definitely a good value for the price given the level of care. If I ever needed it, I would be happy to reside here. They are very loving.

They are far better than the last community we were at. The quality of care here is really good. The building is clean with no odors. The food quality is good. During the pandemic, the staff have been really on top of things with communication, letting families of any changes, and offering facetime visits. The staff are friendly and caring with a mixture of personalities among the staff.

Wonderful community with caring staff and happy residents. Food is outstanding. A must see 5 star.

I was really impressed how they tried to incorporate things in my dad's life experiences into activities for him. It is really reassuring the way the community is set up for memory care residents. I like that it is a smaller community. I feel very at ease with the director and all of the staff I have met. I do feel comfortable with my dad being there because I feel he is being well cared for, especially now during COVID.

My sister had a VERY positive experience at Chandler Place Independent Living, where our cousin still lives. [Name removed] was typically there to greet us at the front desk as we came and left. [Name removed] is a great chef and there was a generous choice of foods. [Name removed] (left to go to another facility), but he was the heartbeat of CPIL and was available 24/7. [Name removed] plans lots and lots of activities throughout the day and off-campus excursions, so that there is no fear of boredom. [Name removed] may be in finance, but she is all heart and was the tipping point for my sister choosing CPIL. She is the real deal and you can trust whatever she tells you. At one point, I wound up needing to stay in my sister's 2nd bedroom for a few weeks, and the entire staff was SO kind and accommodating! CPIL is a nice balance of freedom and yet feeling protected. And who wouldn't want their weekly (light) room-cleaning service that is included with the base price??? If my sister and/or I ever need an independent living facility again, Chandler Place will be our choice!

My dad’s time at Carolina Reserve was really great. The staff took great care of my dad. I was so glad we found Carolina Reserve when we did. My dad has been three different place and I looked a lot too so I have seen a lot of communities in the area. Carolina Reserve is a smaller community and they give the residents a lot of one on one attention. They treat the residents like family. To my knowledge they have had no cases of the virus which says a lot about their protocols and that made me happy and feel secure.

The staff are very caring and personal with the residents. They treat everybody they are like individuals not like patients, and really get the know them. The staff know all of the residents by name, which we like. When we visit, the staff know all of our family members by name as well. This place has really been a great place for my mom.

I love Dalton Place because they were so good to my sister [name removed]. Later she had to move to memory care which was great. They always had activities for everyone. cant say enough good things.

Being in the time of Stay-At-Home Orders due to COVID19, the representative at Carolina Reserve was very accommodating, answering my many questions, addressing my concerns and taking me on a personal tour via FaceTime. I was impressed by the facility in general and also the Staff, taken unawares by the impromptu FT tour, who greeted me and continued with their duties. I was directed to the MedTech for some specific concerns, which he answered more than satisfactorily. Overall...very good impression.

Two things stand out about this community. The first is that the residents (even in Assisted Living) are very spry. mentally sharp, extremely friendly and seems very happy (more so than any other retirement community I've ever visited). I'm not sure if that is due to selective admission standards or the atmosphere and quality of life in the community (or possibly both, although the marketing director assures me it is the latter as the residents are highly encouraged to be active). The other big plus was the Colonial inspired decor in the common areas. It isn't everyone's cup of tea but if, like me, you go for that sort of thing, it a definite selling point. Don't be scared by the expense. The rent is a little high in comparison to other facilities in Assisted Living but the prices on level of care are much lower than other places visited and just about make up the difference so that total expenses are comparable to other communities in the area.

Very impressed at our visit! Facility is bright and welcoming. Liked the concept of a circular layout in the memory care area which keeps residents close to the action at all times. Feels very much like a home and quality of care seems excellent.

[Name removed] was very attentive and informative. Everyone at the facility was very friendly. This was our first experience and didn’t really know what we were looking for yet. My Mom believe she is not ready to give up cooking yet, so we need to research independent living. This might be an option for her later.

This is a beautiful place mom loves it here. Very thankful for all that you do.

This is a wonderful place when seniors need a smaller place. Friendly staff and residents. Truly like family. My mother-in-law and father-in-law have enjoyed the day trips. We have been grateful for the church across the street. They have a bus that picks the residents up. Happy place, happy people!

Great personal and CNA care is great, activities and daily classes, very good variety. My loved one has been here 3 years, I have seen more and more residents that have disability I would like to see you get a full handicap van.

The staff at Arbor Ridge at Stanleyville goes above and beyond to make residents feel loved and at home! The facility is very "homey" and kept exceptionally clean.

Lovely place. Nice apartments. The tables were so decorative. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

Arbor Ridge is a beautiful, clean facility but more importantly, it has been an amazing experience for our mother. She has made some great friends; the staff have all been so professional and respectful of her; and mom loves it. We have been so pleased that the staff is quick to respond to any request we have.
