Sometimes the meals are good and there are a few times where they are not. During the month of October several residents had covid so all activities were canceled. It's been slow getting a full schedule of activities going again. The value is hard for me to rate the value because this is my first experience with any family member in an assisted living. My loved one entered the facility with several health challenges. Our loved one has made tremendous progress with regular meals, medicines being administered and activities/social interactions with others. With that being said - I would give it a 5 because it's been so beneficial for our loved one. He would say otherwise cause "it's not home". I would highly recommend The Fountains to other families!

I would recommend Priddy Manor Assisted Living to others, because the overall impression and feeling that you about the facility.

we have been so happy with Colonial Gardens, the community is always well decorated and clean. We always enjoy their seasonal decorations also. The staff members are extremely friendly and we like how their is a support group that sends out information to families which is extremely helpful. There are always plenty of activities going on and they send out a newsletter every month showing all the different things they have going on. They always encourage the families. The community is right by a hospital which is very convenient and he is receiving all the care in the world. We like that we can come and go as we please, it is a very pleasant and personal atmosphere. We would absolutely recommend to other families.

Richland Place has been a game changer for our family. The care and concern from EVERYONE on the staff has been touching and overwhelmingly positive as we moved my mother into the community. They have listened to us, shared their wisdom, and treated my mother as a valuable individual. I can't say enough great things about Richland Place.

Brookdale Rocky Mount gets all 5 stars. The reason we chose this facility over others that we looked at was because we were familiar with the area and felt good about the interaction with the staff that we had during our initial visit. If you voice your concerns, they listen and try to find a way to solve any problems that you might have.

I dropped in today to visit a very special family member on her birthday. I was so pleased with the facility and staff at Langston. I enjoyed lunch with the birthday girl and chatted with her and her friends. She seems to be adjusting very well to her new home and it was comforting to see her interact with her Fellow residents. It was also nice to meet some of the sweetest caregivers and staff from Clinton and her hometown of Newberry. One of the nurses was a former member of our church in Newberry, SC back in the 1970s as a teenager. I feel very comfortable with the warm surroundings I experienced at Langston today. God Bless these wonderful residents and staff and a special thanks to the Executive Director [name removed] for her hospitality.

The tour was a 5/5, with an excellent, most updated facility. Loved the technology available in apartments, but the "spend down" food system was a deal breaker for my parents. They did not want the stress of potentially using it all before the end of the month.

The women we dealt with at the beginning [name removed] was absolutely wonderful as well as all the other staff members - everyone is extremely friendly and caring and very interactive with our loved one. One of the reason we picked this community is because our loved one was able to have an apartment by herself that had a little kitchenette in it. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

We chose Manning Place because they were able to respond and support our needs the quickest. The staff that worked with us like the manager and head nurse - they were very responsive anytime I had questions/concerns or needed anything - very supportive. I would definitely recommend this facility to others looking.

We decided on Richland Place because I liked that it felt more like a home rather than a hospital setting. The staff members were all awesome - very friendly and helpful. It appeared that they were short staffed just like everyone else now a days. She loved it here and was always happy and smiling. I would tell others to make sure to find places closer to home so it is easier to stop in and visit. Make sure to be practice and be an advocate for your loved ones.

I was very impressed with my tour experience at Pinewood Place. The staff did a great job showing me the rooms and layouts and were thorough with all information. It seemed like a great facility.

The food here is great, they cater to all your needs, they are always making adjustments for everyone! The staff know us well! They have fabulous big events here! This is the most loving, caring, group of individuals I have ever been surrounded by. I love this place!!!!!

Our family had an in person tour experience and from everything we saw and all the staff members we spoke with it was a great tour experience

I never worry about my mom while she’s at Ashley Place. The entire staff treats her like family. The kitchen staff are no exception. They’re very close to their residents so they can tailor their meals to their tastes. One day mom said that she was dreaming of a thin sliced ham sandwich on soft white bread with lettuce and a healthy smattering of Dukes mayo. At the next meal, mom was presented just such a sandwich, and you’d think she’s been given a filet mignon! These ladies are the absolute best!

The whole staff at Ashley Place has spoiled my mother so much! She is quite the handful but they love her and try to make her feel special and loved. Her favorite meal has been oyster stew! Who does that anymore?!

I have participated in several of the community/family events at Ashley Place, and it has always been a pleasure. The residents have a lot of fun, and all the people involved enjoy themselves too! The facility is very nice and clean, and everyone is happy!
