If you get a chance to go here, do so. In fact, I want to go here. This was a great experience for us. The staff and residents were all very friendly. The food seemed to be good. The accommodations were lovely for my loved one. There was a kitchenette, bathroom, and atrium in the apartment. It truly felt like home. Some of the activities included: movie theater, hair dresser, nail salon, coffee bar, and more. They made sure to accommodate the resident's requests for timing of the meals. The staff were always visiting my loved one to check on them. They also have a dining room, game room, and puzzle room for the residents to utilize as well.

My loved one was a resident here and it was a good experience. I actually have 2 close friends with loved one's here and they've had nothing but positive feedback/experience here also. The staff are all very friendly, compassionate, and helpful. Cleanliness was great. I visited daily and saw them actively cleaning every time I was there. Housekeeping was at least once a week and they did a great job! Communication with the family was excellent. My loved one loved it here. I would absolutely recommend this facility to family and friends.

They are taking great care of her and are very hands on and accommodating. They try to get her up and as involved in things as much as they can. They have a great staff to resident ratio - there are only about 37 beds there. They have also been wonderful about calling me whenever there is a question or concern. They have a great outdoor area that residents are able to enjoy. I would definitely recommend Pinewood Place.

We loved their attitude of "meeting the residents where they are" and took that on as our new motto. They also plan numerous and various activities to keep them active. The only improvement we can determine is the food has been up and down on quality but they are looking for a new chef and hope that changes soon.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones before and will continue to recommend the community. The staff are very caring and go the extra mile to care for the residents in the memory care unit. The staff truly work hard to make sure the residents are cared for. There are three meals a day served to the residents, and there are choices for the residents to choose from, if they are remember to ask for these options. The staff communication with the family has been good. The director and business director are brilliant. The medical director seems to get confused, so I go directly to the staff and caregivers for answers, and I have no problems.

This facility is a really nice place, I can't say enough about it. My Dad really loves it here. At first, he thought it was just going to be a safe place to stay, but it feels like home to him now. During our tour we were able to talk to some of the residents and their families, they all had nothing but positive things to say. All of the residents love it here. We felt a connection to this facility immediately. The staff is very friendly and cautious, they keep up with things. The activities are amazing. Dad loves the food. He eats more here than he did at home! The cost is also great, especially for the quality of care. You won't find better quality of care anywhere else. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.

The people at Arbor Ridge at Stanleyville are welcoming and treat you like family.

We had a very nice tour at Arbor Ridge of Kernersville. The gal that showed us around was very nice. The facility was nice and clean. My mom would have needed to be more mobile to go there. They didn’t seem to have the level of assistance that she needed at a cost we could afford. But they gave a great tour and made a positive impression.

The staff at Walnut Ridge are very caring and very attentive. When Mom pulls her cord for help, they're there in a minute or two at the most. They're sweet - they're just good people. And they take very good care of my mom. If there's any problem, they call me. I email and talk regularly with [name removed] , who is in charge of the medical side. Their communication with me is very good. The food is excellent. And the actives seem like a lot of fun.

I was very pleased with their treatment of my loved one.

Great place to live - meeting my needs - RCPs are caring and helpful. Meals are good ( do not necessarily like everything served). Property is well maintained. Activities are geared more toward arts & crafts (which I do not care to do); there are many activities during the week. Outside groups come in occasionally and present programs.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought it was such a nice facility and a great tour experience but for us it was just to expensive.

Happy with all of the above and they do well, the only request for improvement is the food...quality and quantity.

The clealiness was very good. The interaction with the staff was also good. My loved one was so pleased with the place, and was happy. They had lots of activites.

Pinewood Place made the process so seamless and easy for us. Sometimes things like blankets go missing from our loved one's room, but they reappear eventually. And I think that's pretty common at these types of facilities. All in all, I've been very happy. It is costly, but I feel like you get what you pay for. And I've been very pleased with them overall.

My mom receives great care here, she’s very happy and so is the family. [Named Removed] and leadership are great, if you ever have any issues, all you have to do is mention it and everything gets resolved or addressed.

The main reason we picked Ashley Place for our loved one was mainly because of the staff - they were all just superb. From top to bottom, from the director to the chef and the nurses they were just excellent and incredibly caring towards our loved one. The community itself is very clean and they always had different things going on for the residents - they would bring in live entertainment, an Elvis impersonator, and different social events. They are having a Christmas party this week as well. When our family would come to visit they always said the meals were excellent. We would recommend Ashley Place to other families.

As someone who was recently brought in to work in the Life Enrichment department, I have been blown away by the compassion and dedication of this place. The staff truly cares for each resident as an individual and goes out of there way to make each and every person (resident and staff alike) feel seen and appreciated. I respect the integrity of the leadership and the importance they place on creating a safe, loving and happy environment for all.

I recently toured looking for a place for my father. The place was very clean and looked great. I spoke with the Administrator he was very kind and knowledgeable. He lead me in the right direction. Hopefully with his expertise we will have dad moved in by January!
