I feel very comfortable with my loved one being there. We have not regretted our choice. Bright & sunny driving onto property. Clean inside, warm & welcoming. Easy to move around - one level. They are very nice & cooperative.

Our family had an in person tour with The Legacy, there are some things on your scale that I cannot comment on, i.e., quality of care and meals. However, everything else would be 5s. The lady, [name removed] as I recall, who took us on the tour was quite good, knowledgeable, friendly, very accommodating. The primary thing that steered me away was the memory care program. Legacy is gear much more to assisted living with memory care not quite as secure as it should be. It was also more expensive but the units for residents were very nice and ranged in size. I would have no problem steering someone to the Legacy for Assisted Living. It was a nice facility.

Overall everything has been great for our family, we love everything about the NorthStar Place. Based on the experience we have had so far we would definitely recommend this community to other families.

Our family had an in person tour with Cypress Place and we thought the tour experience was excellent, but facility was very nice but the community was just not going to be the best fit for our loved one

The Director/manager were kind and comfortable to work with. Unfortunately, we were not able to meet all the staff. My Mom passed away before we were able to move her into Keowee Place.

The staff is 100% friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and caring. The food is exceptional (according to my mom). My mom enjoys and participates in every activity. She would rather be here than anywhere else. I'm overjoyed that we chose The Legacy of North Myrtle Beach over all others. I told my kids I'll be going there when it's time. This facility made mom's transition seamless and took such care when she came in. I'm truly extremely grateful to have found this facility. It was extremely stressful and [name removed], in the sales department, went above and beyond (and still lets me bother him). I will also mention, they are still making capital improvements since the take over. Don't be set off by the few things left on the list.

The staff members were wonderful - my grandmother feels very at home and happy there. They work specifically on motor skills with the residents - they have different activities like painting, crafts, games, tossing/catching balls, etc.

I am very pleased with everything at Arbor Ridge at Stanleyville. My relative that lives there is very happy !!!!!! She is doing well, has friends, likes the food. Loves the staff, and she is safe. It's an excellent place to live.

What we really like about Brookdale New Bern were the staff, they were very friendly and helpful. The room my dad had was setup like an apartment. They didn't charge a lot of administering medication like some of the other places did. They didn't charge for every little thing, it was one set price. Based on the experience we had we would recommend the Brookdale New Bern community to other families.

They are very friendly, loving and attentive, and really seem to want her to feel at home. (They've also been super supportive to me as I struggle to deal with my loved one's negative attitude at times...they listen so well and have offered some solid ideas and suggestions!)

It's a wonderful place. They have caring staff. I would highly recommend. The staff was communicative and very helpful. I appreciate your assistance with finding such a wonderful place. The cost was was high but they all are.

[name removed] and [name removed] made this painful decision to place my husband of 61 years in Preston House almost painless. They genuinely cared about my husband and listen to my fears and concerns. This has been hardest decision in my life and the pain of doing this was unbearable but [name removed] and [name removed] made me feel at ease and at peace I will always be sad that at 84 years old I had to place him in a Alzheimers facility but I do have peace I put him in the Preston House. I'm heartbroken but everyone has been so kind, caring and professional. I cried all the way home but I found some inner peace knowing my soul mate is in good hands with Preston House staff, plus I made two new friends. Nothing but praises from first call to actually taking my husband and leaving him at Preston House. Thank you Preston House for giving me the peace I needed to go on without him.

The staff is very personable, polite, and helpful. The main areas are always kept very clean and tidy. The staff will communicate with family when needed and has always called to notify me of emergencies with our loved one. I would most definitely recommend this facility to family and friends to provide care for someone.

Please provide more activities for the residents Some suggestions could be - OSHER classes from Clemson, an exercise room with treadmill and a leader to help residents. Church services in person, craft making, and Netflix for all that have new shows. We would recommend this community to other families who are looking for a place for their loved one. The staff are friendly as well as the residents. Mom has hard of hearing even with hearing aids, but everyone helps and is friendly. She walks the halls for exercises and meets new people.

Our experience at Kerner Ridge overall has been a positive one. The staff communication with the family has been good, and they have been responsive to any questions or concerns. The staff have been kind and caring. Overall, I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

We came to tour community. It was a very calm, clean environment. All staff had welcoming smiles, a lot residents spoke to us. The community Relations Manager was very thorough with all answers given. she seemed to be very knowledgeable on topics we discussed showing a compassionate ora about herself that was welcoming, that's important when you have broken hearts trying to find the perfect place for a loved one. Management worked together that made the process smother. The Day of move it Mom was greeted with a red carpet, Full staff welcoming her into her new home as we walked through the door! All of care staff came individually and introduced themselves with warm loving smiles. The community Relations Manager stayed in touch while We had our undecisive moments and all of our yes /no thoughts. THAT by far made us feel better for choosing Manning place. Mom's doing better than we expected! ALL staff are still showing much love to Mom and she is Happy an Loves Bingo?? Thank You!

Our loved one was only there for 11 and then had passed, but we were very pleased with the facility. Based on the experience we had during her stay we would recommend Priddy Manor to other families.

I have found Seven Hills Place to be a very good facility for my wife's memory care. The staff from top to bottom has treated her with great care, knowledge, and respect. They have done a great job with her.

We are pleased with the care my sister has received. With her disabilities she needs a little more care than some and we feel the staff has done a great job helping her adapt to the environment here!

My mother loves Langston Place. Langston Place has been so good for her, she is very happy and has made a lot of new friends. She has been at Langston for three years. The staff at Langston Place is awesome.
