Will be moving my father into Jordan in just a few weeks. Had a tour with [name removed] and she was really wonderful. I also met the wellness team [name removed], [name removed]and [name removed]. They do a wonderful job and are available 24 seven if you really need them they go the extra mile to make sure that the residents feel welcomed and loved this truly is a community. I also chose this community because it is smaller. I feel like my father will be able to walk to the dining room independently instead of walking down long hallways in those gigantic hotel like assisted living communities

The people at Morningstar are amazing! They treat their residents with respect, dignity and love. The food is really good, and families are able to share a meal with their loved one at any time. I NEVER thought my Mother would EVER be happy in an assisted living facility, but her stay at Morningstar has been nothing but positive. Did I mention that the staff are amazing? I never have to worry about Mom. I know she is being taken care of and looked after by people that truly care about her and her wellbeing. This place truly earns and deserves my five stars.

My mom passed in July but was at the facility for 2 1/2 years. Very happy with the care. The Activity Director made it the best possible experience for us but she has since left.

From the moment we toured the community, we knew it was the right place for my family member. The staff are incredibly caring, attentive, and always ready to help with any need, big or small. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and feels like home. They offer a variety of activities to keep residents engaged and connected, and the food is delicious with plenty of options to choose from. What really stands out is the personalized care. The team goes above and beyond to make sure my family member feels comfortable and valued. Communication is excellent, and we always feel well-informed about any changes or updates. It’s clear that they truly care about their residents’ well-being.

I have worked in a long-term care community for many years and this building previously did have a poor management however there is a brand new administrator with a brand new management team at Jordan and I can proudly say that they have turned over a new leaf. They are eager to meet all concerns and all requests by any residents or family. The new chef is making food from scratch and the life enrichment team has added on so many additional activities that the residents have stated that they feel like they’re on a stationary cruise ship. The previous reviews from the prior years are not a true reflection of what I have seen at this building currently. The memory care program is also wonderful, the residents feel loved and their needs are met, and there is always something to do. The staff is warm and will always give a kind hello and meet your needs preemptively.

I love the vibe here. The staff are super friendly. It feels like home rather than some places that just look like a gimmicky hotel. The food is fresh. I love that they do events regularly. They brought beers for Oktoberfest. They even did a car show a few months ago.

This is a beautiful facility where a family member resides. The staff here is amazing and we feel very blessed to have such a great place for her to call home. If you’re thinking of making this your family member’s home, or your home, definitely do it!

I have had the opportunity to visit this community many times over the years, and I have to say, it gets better and better! The new Executive Director and her team have brought such a fresh of breath-air! Every time I visit, the staff is warm and inviting, the community is clean, and the overall feel is “homey”. The residents are joyful and there always seems to be something fun going on! I thoroughly enjoy making my visits to MorningStar Jordan.

I had a very pleasant tour, the outside of the building is getting ready for Christmas, so that was nice to see. They had a welcome board outside the door with my name on it, the building overall looked clean and well cared for but most of all the staff was incredibly friendly. There were smiles on every face, and I felt very welcomed. The sales Director [name removed] was very friendly and made me feel like I was the most important person in the room. No rush, no strong arm sales tactics either. I had a few brief moments to meet with [name removed], the executive Director and she was very pleasant and very kind. We’re not sure we’re ready to move Mom into a community quite yet, we’re still in the research mode, but the information they gave us and the warm feelings that we left with really went along way. I would definitely consider this community when the time is right.

I've lived here more than a year. With one exception I have been pleased with the personal here. Most bring smile and good humor to their work.

I am very impressed with the overall experience my father has had at Morningstar. Very happy my father is there.The staff is always very friendly and helpful. My father says the food is excellent and they are always happy to accommodate any special requests. I looked at several other assisted living homes in the area, and Morningstar was head and shoulders above the rest.

They are very friendly and I picked them because of the price. I would recommend to others.

Their staff are helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. It's also a beautiful community. The residents and families are consistently happy. They have been amazing. They take excellent care of my dad.

If there is a dietary problem ( sodium or dairy intolerance) you will have to navigate it yourself- most meals are planned for no dietary problem. Probably that way for most facilities if this type. No dietary accommodations- although the monthly rental fee includes meals - (since PERHAPS 1 meal a day would be a lucky week for me) I must prepare and pay costs of any food I eat. No provision is given to ONLY pay for meals you actually eat - so you must pay for each meal AND in addition purchase your food needs yourself . Seems to me there should be a choice or credit, but there is not. Food is provided and you pay whether or not it is within your physical restrictions. Coming into a place you THINK you have all concerns addressed, but the food at meals and paying whether you eat them or not was NOT something I even thought about.

This is a great place! Overall my mom is very happy there. Safety was an issue for me. Since Mom has dementia I wanted to be sure there was a system in place to make sure she couldn't just walk out of facility. Northridge is excellent in this area. They have a check in/out for ever visitor. An attendant is always at the front station and doors are locked and monitored .

We loved Morningstar! The staff is exceptional. We still see them as friends to this day. My dad passed away a year and a half ago and we have been back to visit residents, staff and attend a memorial for a resident my dad and our family really adored. I would recommend Morningstar highly.

My mom loves the food! My mom loves being so involved! The cost is very expensive. But it is nice knowing my mom is safe and cared for.

They are all 5. We have had some problems with the phone and TV but they are aware of them and working on fixing them. MorningStar is a beautiful place and everyone is very nice and friendly. Mom is getting settled and enjoying all of the things available for them. The food is good and bad according to her but she can be kind of picky. Mostly she says it's very good. We think we made a good choice with Morning Star.

My mother in law lived out her remaining life enjoying the time spent at MorningStar. She enjoyed the community lifestyle and friendships that we're formed there. In the last 10 months of her life she had the constant care of those who worked there and Hospice. She enjoyed the workers and loved asking where they were from.
