The staff are great, always a smile and kind word. My parents both just love the place and staff.

It is so clean, it is the best one that we saw and one of the main reasons we chose them was because of how clean it is. They are remodeling too! There are only about 20 people here so the staff to resident ratio is amazing. The main staff are very friendly. My cousin was not doing anything for herself, but now since moving here she is doing a lot more things by herself. The staff are attentive and answer any questions we have quickly. If she does not like what is on the menu they will fix her something else, they try very hard. The maintenence guy and the main nurse of some of the nicest people you will ever meet. They go above and beyond. The only complaint I have is the rise in the cost of rent, it is going above the inflation rate for the amount of time that our loved one has been here.

This facility had a modern contemporary, almost cosmopolitan feel and look to it. Uplifting and not stuffy. That stood out to us. Sales, Administrative, Dining and Medical/Assistant staff were communicative and cooperative. Always willing to discuss needs promptly and courteously. Activities are offered daily. Housekeeping is one to two times a week. The overall cleanliness of the facility was excellent. I would recommend them to family and friends.

We are blessed that we were able to find this place. My loved one loves the food, and they have an amazing Chef. My loved one, has settled in really well, and considers it as home. They are more healthier, happier, and has made new friends. The staff is amazing and make sure, that my loved one is invovled and gets out. They treat the residents, like they're famliy. The value for the money is good.

I'm satisfied. And Dad is doing ok there. Would recommend to go take a visit. Great staff. And they do what is needed.

Our loved one really likes all the different activities they have going on there - they take the residents our weekly on shopping and grocery trips. They watch all of the Chiefs football games together and he has started going to their gym and doing different exercises classes, and they have social happy hours. Plenty of opportunities to stay involved. He really likes all the people there and based on our experience so far we would recommend Avenue 81 to other families.

My husband developed Parkinsons and until two years ago, did fair and was able to be home. However, after breaking his hip, we had to make a decision, knowing I could no longer take care of him at home. After skilled nursing, our decision was to "try" Weatherwood, later becoming Homestead. We have NEVER regretted the decision. They take absolutely perfect care of him and treat me and our girls as part of the Homestead family. In his words, "IT'S NOT HOME, BUT, IT'S THE NEXT BEST THING!"

This was a clean, and brand new community. My loved one didn't like it and it didn't feel like it was going to be the right fit. There wasn't a homey feeling that we were looking for.

From day one Emporia Place has provided a safe and caring environment for our loved one. They take time to meet her physical, spiritual and emotional needs. Every time we have expressed a concern to staff when she calls us in tears, they work immediately and diligently to love on her for us. They have also ministered to us when we are sad with regard to her deteriorating cognition. We have complete confidence in Emporia Place’s staff and community for taking great care of our mom.

We are very happy with this community and it was a great choice for mom. When she first moved in, she wasn't comfortable going to the dining room. They were so understanding and delivered her meals to her, which was wonderful. She is satisfied with the food. Their pricing does include 3 meals a day, which I learned during our selection process isn't always the case. They have a pool and a movie theatre.. The residents all have positive things to say. The facility is clean. I feel really comfortable having mom here. Communication with the family is excellent. However, there was some confusion with the pricing in the beginning. When we signed the lease, the prices on the price sheet were different than what we were given during the tour. They apologized and explained that we were given an old price sheet. So I would recommend that they fix that. They do housekeeping once a week and mom's unit is always clean. She also has a washer/dryer in the unit. Some units also have a patio. One of the things that I really like is the diversity of the community. The staff is excellent. It's affordable and the location is close to us. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Homestead of Owasso is a very clean, well kept facility. Everyone from administration to staff are very friendly, warm & welcoming. The care my dad has received has been excellent. The entire staff go above and beyond to meet his needs on a daily basis. I highly recommend Homestead of Owasso! I have a peace of mind knowing my dad is so well cared for.

Homestead of Albia have taken excellent care of my mother in law. They provide many types of activities. My mother in law is able to go with staff to the store shopping, to the ice cream shop for a sweet treat or just a drive around town. They have made the transition to assisted living very easy for our family and mom.

Our family is very pleased and absolutely loves it at the Homestead of Del City.

I've lived here for 8 years and everything is good. I don't plan on leaving anytime soon. Everything is kept very nice.

So far things are working out really well for my loved one at Homestead Estates of Leawood, we have had a great experience thus far.

I toured Avenue 81, and it was our second choice. We had a great tour experience and first impression. We ultimately chose another community because it's location was more convenient and accessible for me.
