Homestead of Creston has been such a blessing for our family. The staff are incredibly caring, compassionate, and welcoming. From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re greeted with friendly faces, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the residents. The facility is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The residents’ rooms are kept nice, and there are always activities for residents to enjoy. I especially appreciate that they also host events that invite families to participate, making it easy to stay connected and create special memories together. The greatest comfort is seeing how happy everyone seems to be. The residents are engaged and smiling, and the staff truly seem to enjoy what they do. Knowing my grandma is surrounded by people who care for her like family gives us so much peace of mind. We are incredibly grateful for the wonderful care she receives at Homestead of Creston.

When I would leave my sis after a visit, I never felt anxious or worry that she wouldn't be cared for and that she wouldn't be safe. Every one of the care givers was always friendly, took an interest in my sis and worked hard to get her involved. Every care giver, right down to the housekeeper. I am thankful for Homestead. They gave me comfort in the last days of my sister's life.

Very responsive to needs of my mom and us (children). Definitely would recommend. The people were great!

Facility is very impressive. Staff knows every one by name. Management was very nice to work with. [name removed] showed all floor plans. Room sizes are good. Many different floor plans to choose from. I looked at this facility 3 times as well as see many other facilities. I'm sure people and places always have room to improve. When others ask if I'm happy here I always reply that I'm not unhappy. Life changes!

My mom loves it there. They are good for her. They help her all the time and we love the place in Oskaloosa. I do tell others about how wonderful Homestead is in Oskaloosa and I just think that it is a very very good place

It is a smaller facility. The staff are caring and always with the residents. We also have good communication. My dad lived in Augusta many years ago and people he knew have come to visit.

The staff is wonderful!!! They treat the residents with the utmost respect. The food is really good, we have eaten with [name removed]a few times. The facility is always clean. The 1 bedroom apartment is a sufficient size for 1 person.

My mother has lived at Arrowhead for the past three years. And we are very happy with it and she’s very happy living there. They’ve now had to move her to the memory care unit, which they have a very good staff in the memory care unit.

The staff is very courteous and compassionate. They always greet me by my name with a smile. They keep me informed of my parents condition and concerns in a timely manner. They treat all the residents with respect and they talk to them like family when they come in the room. Really can't say enough about how good the staff is. I've toured to a lot of facilities before deciding on weatherford assisted living and memory care center.

I would recommend Homestead. The staff are very nice and willing to talk through and fix any issues. We picked them because of the, Atmosphere of building, rooms spread our so it feels quiet and doesn't feel crowded, willingness to not require my introverted father to be a part of meals in the dining room or join in with games, and it was close proximity to my home

I would give all of those a 5. She has loved it there. All the workers are always happy. They check on her all the time and it is such a nice clean place

I was officially a resident as of [date removed]. However, I have not spent a night there. I am almost ready to make the move. I have eaten there several times. Food is very good. The facility is very clean. I have recommended to a friend. Residents and staff are very friendly, especially the servers.

I love the place great people plenty facilities fantastic with the independent living in a memory care and assisted living all in one it makes for a great atmosphere

[name removed] who runs Homestead is GREAT! Very caring of her residents. If fact everyone I have dealt with there is wonderful & very caring. All the staff knows I am 3000 miles away in New Hampshire and they all take very good care of my brother. We all have an open communication to keep me updated on how & what my brother is doing.

The staff is very attentive and patient. Our family is not interested in the activities offered but there are plenty and I do see many residents participating in a variety of events. The food is exceptional. Wonderful restaurant quality and excellent choices. We really love this place!!

The facility is well staffed and the memory care has one standard price regardless of levels. They have been very thorough with Moms medical needs and contact me with any questions. Another plus is that they do take Medicaid, so once we need to go on Medicaid she can stay in place

The staff is very helpful and friendly. They try to have a variety of activities. The room size is ok. A little on the smallish side but doable. I would recommend The Vintage Park in Ottawa.

I'm very pleased with the staff! They go above and beyond for my dad. He's getting great care there

We live in Wisconsin which is over 870 miles from Wichita. The nurses at Vintage Park are amazing. They treated my sister like family. She was very confused, and they made her feel at ease. She loves the workers and loves living at Vintage Park. I received numerous calls through the months to inform me of how [name removed] was doing. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing personal guidance and care. Thank you to all at Vintage Park for loving my sister and keeping her safe.

Homestead is a wonderful home for yourself or your family members. The environment is very loving and caring. I cannot say enough about the staff. They are all so kind, friendly, wanting to help you in any way that they possibly can. Every day is filled with activities. Because it is a small home, it's much easier to get to know others in the community. Residents are treated not only with great kindness, but also with respect and dignity. A true family community.
