Even though we are no longer using Homestead of Del City for our loved one, we found that everyone there was very helpful and polite.

What we really like the most about Homestead of Lenexa are the staff. The staff and nurse were so go about listening to my grandmother's needs and communicating with me as well. we really liked the smaller community feel to it

They have high quality staff. They could accommodate my respite need for 5 days. No one else could. Place is super nice, excellent food and service. Great activities. Affordable.Utilize it. Excellent.

My loved one lives at Homestead of Centerville. The staff is great, very helpful and informative, and very friendly. I feel that my loved one is safe and happy at this facility. I can rest at night knowing that she's in great hands. I would definitely recommend this facility to others in the community.

It is a beautiful facility. When it comes to the quality of care....it appears to be very good, but I am not there daily to make perfect assessment but have no complaints. For the food, my dad says the chef is very good. I have sat with him at lunch...food appears good. For activities they have bingo, Wii bowling, church, and I know they took those who wanted to to Pella recently. I haven't ever seen a schedule of those so that is the only reason I would give a negative. The residents seem happy enough from those I've encountered. Value...I think it is over priced for the amount of help but I know other places that are more expensive and I'm not in that business...would be nice if they supplied toilet paper....I know Minor and maybe picky.

Unfortunately my mother wasn't at Vintage Park for very long before she passed away last year. But we were so happy with her care while she was there. The staff was amazing. They really made my mom feel as good as possible. They welcomed us and were patient and responsive to our questions and concerns. We couldn't have asked for more.

Friendly staff who are so helpful and go above and beyond. Lots of great activities including some great outings, wonderful entertainment and fun special events. The building is clean and inviting! I wouldn't hesitate AT ALL having a family member live in this facility!

I would say 5 to all. My sister in law really didn't take advantage of the activities but I saw other residents enjoying. The Director [name removed] is fantastic. Everyone we meet there was always kind. Always helpful The medical team was really good with my sister in law. She was on several medications and it was nice to know it was always administered and taken

Vintage Park at Gardner is small enough to give a sense of family and belonging, yet its friendly staff offers services and a variety of activities to make their residents feel it's home.

My son and I both give them a 5 on everything. (Didn't rate activities because my husband was past being able to participate in any activities.) The staff kept his music background in mind and were able to use it to help him negotiate several potentially difficult situations. They all treated him as a highly loved and respected member of their families. We couldn't be happier with his final months. The staff at Homestead helped make that time rich with good memories.

We picked this community because, it's close to the family. They have been so kind, and really help to transition my loved ones. It's a a small community, and they treat the residents like family. They bend over backwards to accommodate them. My loved one is comfortable. I would recommend to other families.

We have noticed the staff there is consistent - they are not having a change over of staff so it is the same people working all the time. The staff are all very polite, respectful and professional. They refer to our loved ones room as her apartment and they treat all the residents as if they are apart of a family which really sets the tone. [name removed] who runs the place is fantastic, we cannot say enough good things about her. Overall it has just been a positive experience

They try very hard to be very accommodating. The facility always smells wonderful - I can smell whatever they're cooking for lunch. And the facility itself is very nice. They have nice wide hallways, and places where you can sit and rest if you need to. It's been great.

My mother, who had dementia, lived at Twin Oaks Assisted Living almost 2 years. All the staff took such excellent care of her. The administration staff allowed her to continue living there, and had Hospice come in to help until she passed away. We are so grateful to all the staff and the administration person, [name removed].

The staff are great, always a smile and kind word. My parents both just love the place and staff.

It is so clean, it is the best one that we saw and one of the main reasons we chose them was because of how clean it is. They are remodeling too! There are only about 20 people here so the staff to resident ratio is amazing. The main staff are very friendly. My cousin was not doing anything for herself, but now since moving here she is doing a lot more things by herself. The staff are attentive and answer any questions we have quickly. If she does not like what is on the menu they will fix her something else, they try very hard. The maintenence guy and the main nurse of some of the nicest people you will ever meet. They go above and beyond. The only complaint I have is the rise in the cost of rent, it is going above the inflation rate for the amount of time that our loved one has been here.

My mom has Alzheimer's and the staff has always been patient and caring trying to engage her and encourage her as much as she is able

This facility had a modern contemporary, almost cosmopolitan feel and look to it. Uplifting and not stuffy. That stood out to us. Sales, Administrative, Dining and Medical/Assistant staff were communicative and cooperative. Always willing to discuss needs promptly and courteously. Activities are offered daily. Housekeeping is one to two times a week. The overall cleanliness of the facility was excellent. I would recommend them to family and friends.
