I would give all of those a 5. She has loved it there. All the workers are always happy. They check on her all the time and it is such a nice clean place

I was officially a resident as of [date removed]. However, I have not spent a night there. I am almost ready to make the move. I have eaten there several times. Food is very good. The facility is very clean. I have recommended to a friend. Residents and staff are very friendly, especially the servers.

I love the place great people plenty facilities fantastic with the independent living in a memory care and assisted living all in one it makes for a great atmosphere

[name removed] who runs Homestead is GREAT! Very caring of her residents. If fact everyone I have dealt with there is wonderful & very caring. All the staff knows I am 3000 miles away in New Hampshire and they all take very good care of my brother. We all have an open communication to keep me updated on how & what my brother is doing.

The staff is very attentive and patient. Our family is not interested in the activities offered but there are plenty and I do see many residents participating in a variety of events. The food is exceptional. Wonderful restaurant quality and excellent choices. We really love this place!!

The facility is well staffed and the memory care has one standard price regardless of levels. They have been very thorough with Moms medical needs and contact me with any questions. Another plus is that they do take Medicaid, so once we need to go on Medicaid she can stay in place

I'm very pleased with the staff! They go above and beyond for my dad. He's getting great care there

Homestead is a wonderful home for yourself or your family members. The environment is very loving and caring. I cannot say enough about the staff. They are all so kind, friendly, wanting to help you in any way that they possibly can. Every day is filled with activities. Because it is a small home, it's much easier to get to know others in the community. Residents are treated not only with great kindness, but also with respect and dignity. A true family community.

All staff is Friendly, caring. I'm in independent living area, I came and go as I want/ need to, I'm invited to take part in all activities at the main building. I can go over and eat 3 times a day, if I want to. I have a large old dog about 75 lbs. Not many of the places would accept her. And I'm close to family

All the examples you listed would be a 5 rating. The only reason we left is because they didn't have any AL studio apartments available at the time, and the 1 bedroom price was way more than he wanted to pay.

The administration staff, [name removed], is excellent!! The entire staff is very caring, all, including Mary, going above and beyond to make sure all the residents needs are met. They have great fun activities for the residents to participate in as well.

I think it's expensive, but compared to others in the area, it's very competitive. In short, we recommend Homestead of Owasso. They have made a very hard time in our lives easier. [name removed], the guy that runs the place, is always there to make things better. He goes above and beyond. He is not just an administrator, but a janitor when needed, a friend and all around good guy.

Great staff who care and understand the ins and outs of long term care. Very compassionate and comforting. In resident's apartments, they need to pay attention to keeping ceiling fans, baseboards dusted. Floors mopped and carpets from smelling like urine.

All 5s! What we like the most about Avenue 81, is that it is very comfortable , modern, nice, doesn't feel like an "old folks home!" Good food too and we would ABSOLUTELY recommend this community to other families.

The staff treat the residents like their own family. They are all so very kind and compassionate. I would highly recommend Homestead of Elk City Memory Care to others. It is definitely the best decision I have made for my mother who has Advanced Dementia. I had been struggling with managing her 24 hour in home care on my own for over four years. This has not only been a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders, but also saved us thousands of dollars a month. All that with an added bonus of knowing my mom has a better quality of life because I can see a sparkle in her eyes, a smile on her face, and she communicates much better than before. I say that's a HUGE win for everyone. My only regret is not doing it sooner.

Well, I would say that the facility is relatively new and updated. The entrance is spectacular. I've only been in my apartment so can't comment on other rooms but the 1 bedroom I have in assisted living is very clean, roomy and well appointed. The staff are courteous, almost to the point of being extreme. All of them truly go out of their way to help whenever needed, making sure we are as content as possible. They take exceptional care of my wife, who is with me as well.

We moved our mother here to get more care. They have shown her much more attention and concern than the last place she was at. All of the staff that we have met have been very friendly and helpful when asked for something.

It has been a very good experience. It is a very nice place. I love all of the people there. Very kind. Apartment sizes are great.

The caregivers are excellent giving personal attention and are very caring. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. They do have excursions out. I wish they had music more often.

All good except admin staff, sneaky and not honest nor reliable. It is a beautiful facility. Nursing staff are great.
