Excellent management. I'd be happy living there if I needed to. Also very personable and conscientious staff. My dad passed away while I was there, and it was obvious the staff had dealt with that before. They delivered a spread of food and drinks as immediate family assembled there. Mom is still there.

My mom is currently a resident at Vintage Park at Tonganoxie and overall the experience has been great, so far. My mom loves her large room. They provide three meals a day. The staff is friendly and the site manager is responsive. Based on the experience, I would recommend Vintage Park at Tonganoxie to others.

I would highly recommend Homestead. I would be happy to live there if I ever become unable to care for myself. The kitchen around mealtime smelled wonderful. Lots of areas to gather and socialize. Wide hallways with sitting areas spaced out so you can rest if you have a long trek to the mess hall. Pleasant staff. Clean.

5 for each...no hesitation or second thoughts. Staff turnover is low, so they get to know the residents on a personal level. That is so important for residents' happiness; that's important for residents' safety as well. The facility leadership ([name removed]) is exceptional. I cannot say enough good things about her. And outside activities are absolutely exceptional. The residents are offered so many outings, which they absolutely love. I'm seriously impressed! Lastly, it seems the local community has embraced the Vintage Park; there are always volunteers helping with tours, music, entertainment, visitations. My mom is extremely happy, and she is safe and healthy.

The office staff was very good with paper work at admission and accommodating with our move-in. The nurses have all been great and responsive to my loved one's needs. The cna's are caring with the residents. I have not eaten there, but the meals look very good. I have only been there during activities once. It was OK, but more variety could increase participation. I would recommend the facility to others.

It's a bit of a challenge because I don't have anything to compare to but, overall, I think our experience at Homestead of Mason City has been very favorable and we are very satisfied with the overall care and experience at Homestead! Thanks!!

Everything has been top notch! The meals are good. The facility is very clean, someone is always cleaning. The staff calls mom by name and are so caring. Moving in was wonderful and a simple process. We are so happy she is with Homestead!

The staff is great. Communication with the family is good. Meals are usually good. Occasionally, the evening meal is not as good. They seem to have some trouble keeping fully staffed. The move in process went very well. I would recommend Homestead to others.

The staff seemed to know how to talk with residents especially when they were confused. We had a camera in mom's room and were able to listen to the interactions between staff and mom. We had one issue while mom was there and it was resolved very quickly. We were very satisfied with the care mom received. Everyone was very friendly and caring. We lost mom in February and she was there on hospice and they helped us get through that time very well. They were very comforting and provided anything we requested timely and even offered meals to us as we were staying with her. I would definitely recommend Homestead for a loved one who needs Assisted Living.

The Twin Oaks team is wonderful! Lori is such a caring Director and [name removed] works diligently, wearing several hats to keep the residents happy! They are truly a family and for the almost 4 yrs Mom was there they provided her with a safe and loving environment when her children couldn’t be there! I highly recommend Twin Oaks for anyone who has a loved one who wants to maintain their independence but needs someone around. The activities and outside individuals who came in to support the team with activities were great… and Mom loved bingo and art! It was truly a loving place and one they should be proud of!

I haven't been there for meals, but the staff is awesome and it's always clean. I highly recommend this facility and have actually visited with others who have or has had someone in this particular facility. I've heard nothing but good things. The staff is so helpful and kind and I am so happy with this choice

I liked the openness of it. There was always a caregiver around if needed. Friendly staff and clients. I would recommend.

Homestead of Centerville was the ideal place for my mother. The staff was professional, personable, and aimed to please at any time of day or night. The facility is clean, well lit and maintained, and free of odor and clutter. When mom required adapted assistance, the staff was willing to accomodate within regulation. The meals were outstanding, with the option of an Ala carte menu to please any picky eater. The activity director keeps residents engaged and makes days fun. We were all very comfortable with mom living there. A very quiet, controlled environment with all the privacy or engaging activities anyone could desire. Great to see smiling faces at all times! I would recommend Homestead of Centerville to anyone looking for assisted living and care.

I would recommend Arrowhead Assisted Living to others! The staff is helpful and always ready to figure things out. The move in was non-eventful, tv hooked up right away. Everything is good!

My mom is a resident at Vintage Park at Hiawatha and overall things have been great. As for the friendliness/staff, one of the aides is rude but the rest are wonderful. Mom is a very picky eater, but the meals that I've had were hot, fresh and tasty. As for the activities, the movies tend to be geared towards 20 somethings. Not sure why. There are lots of opportunities for inside/outside activities, though.

My parents have both resided at Homestead of Algona since 02/2023 and they absolutely love it. The staff that come in and give them their medications and showers are so kind and caring. When they moved in, my mom had very dry skin and was getting sores because she couldn’t bathe herself well. Since moving in the staff help her put on lotion every morning and she hasn’t had problems, her skin looks the best it has in a while! The nurse is wonderful and does a great job communicating with me and my siblings about any concerns. The ED is always friendly. My parents rave about the food. And the activity lady puts on great activities for the residents! The hallways and rooms are always clean and smell nice. I can’t say enough great things about this place. My parents friends are moving in by the end of the month. I wouldn’t choose anywhere different for my parents and they love it there so much!

What has made Homestead of Knoxville such a great experience so far is the staff and their sincere care with my Dad. They make him feel good, welcome, and that he matters. They also communicate well with our family.

What our family likes the most about the community are all the different activities the staff members have for the residents to participate in. They are great. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.
