What we like the most about the community is that the entire staff is so friendly! The food is great, we like the activities, quality of care and just the overall experience.

I moved to Mission Ridge from out of state over a year ago and I've had a very good experience. I've met a lot of wonderful people and feel welcome here. I've made so many friends. The staff is wonderful. They are so helpful to everyone here. I'm glad I made the decision to move to Mission Ridge!

My aunt loves the apartment at Truewood. It is comfortable and spacious for her "independent living".

My father was only there for about a week. Before he passed. But I would rate all the categories five for categories one through five. The food is probably a four.. we didn't get to experience the activities. As far as value for the money. I looked at a lot of places and this one did seem the most reasonable The entire staff is absolutely fantastic. From the initial intake to the daily CNAs and nurses and the director who had to call me and tell me about my dad's passing. Everyone was absolutely wonderful. My father was really starting to settle in. I would be happy to talk to anyone that is considering Merrill gardens. I looked at so many places over a 6-month period

I researched options where I could receive the support needed when I could no longer give my wife the continuous care her late-stage dementia required. I selected Mission Ridge where she received the love, attention and care she required. I settled into a comfortable Independent Living Apartment at Mission Ridge, allowing me to share every meal with her. After a rapid decline and passing of my partner of 58 years I have faced many difficult "firsts" without her. I appreciate the support received at Mission Ridge. The selection of meals prepared and served by an experienced culinary staff is a daily pleasure. The maintenance, caregiving, and cleaning staff foster a healthy and inviting environment where even minor concerns are addressed. The activity schedule offers a variety of choices for residents to stay engaged with fellow community members. Management and staff know each resident and regularly seek feedback to maintain high standards.

Merrill Gardens is a beautiful place. They also have a guaranteed satisfaction for 60 days. Our family member had some health issues with memory so we had to find a memory care facility.

It's a wonderful place but we will run out of money soon and need to find a place that takes her Medicaid. Originally we thought it was a cheaper option but they were misleading about cost up front. Top notch caring staff. The cleaning crew is very thorough.

It was close by, very nice. I would recommend to others.

I give Merrill Gardens all 5's. .I am very happy here. I am just amazed at all of the things going on here.. so far everyone that I have chatted with feels the same. The chef comes from the lower part of our state and he is so wonderful! I will tell anyone what a wonderful place this is!

From the sales staff to the cleaners, everyone is very nice and pleasant. The apartment sizes are cozy. No problem with dietary restrictions. Plenty of activities for the residents. I feel my mother is being well taken care of at The Pines.

I love living at Turners Rock. It is very comfortable and homey. The staff and residents are great and we have lots of fun together. Every day is a happy day and I just love being here. I have met some really great people as well.

We moved here a little over a year ago and it was one of the best decisions we made. We never wanted to leave our home, but now that we are here we are very pleased with everything. We love the dining hours, the food and the really friendly community.

So many people come in here alone or from recently losing a spouse. IF you come here you will find friends and some of the nicest people live here. There is a lot of effort into creating positive relationships amongst each other.

When I moved here I did not know anyone. Now I have several friends and I love talking to everyone. The staff and residents here are all so very nice. I can't move around like I used to, so being here is not so bad after all. I have no complaints.

It is really hard to pick just one thing to say about Turners Rock. I just love everything here. The people are also really great here. I really enjoy the meals and the staff that see everyday. This is the best place to live

My mother is a resident here at Turners Rock and has lived here almost two years. We are very pleased with the care she receives as well as the activities that are planned for all the residents. It is a very upbeat and happy environment.

Wonderful Staff!! Fun activities!! and GREAT FOOD. The residents are fun to be with and I have made some new friendships. I have the pleasure of meeting new people all the time and I just love living here.

Moved here three months ago. Great staff and employees. Excellent food. Very comfortable lifestyle ! Plenty of activities to keep busy including games, exercise , Bible studies, trips, grocery shopping , plus a special service: transportation to and from doctor appointments two days a week. Highly recommend

I just love it here because everyone here is so friendly and helpful. The activities are so much fun and keeps us entertained for sure. We stay so busy everyday and we have a lot of fun. I love meeting new people and catching up with old friends

The Activities keeps us busy and are very entertaining. The staff and the residents are all so friendly and pleasant to be around. The concern for each individual is genuine. This has been a really great place for me to call home.
