It was very clean and the person who showed us around was very nice and knowledgeable. It is a very nice place for the elderly and they seem to have a lot of activities if the person wants to be invovled in them.

I have been a resident of Truewood by Merril Pinole for 2 years. I enjoyed positive interactions with the business office and staff. The business office director has accurately processed my invoices and promptly helped me with questions when I needed it. The front desk is responsive to conveying needs as they arise with residents in emergencies and ongoing daily transactions. This community is managed professionally. Maintenance requests are addressed and prioritized. My room is properly cleaned by housekeeping staff weekly. Activities are fun and engaging. For these and other reasons, I enjoy living at Truewood and feel safe in the community. Meeting new people and making new friends is important for me here. Grounds and garden areas are well-kept, making this place a pleasant and welcoming home.

The one-bedroom is small but sufficient for two people and manages to include two closets, ample bathroom storage, and a full kitchen. it's actually got three closets plus lots of separate pantry cabinets and bathroom storage plus in-unit washer and dryer. Food is generally high quality but long waits for service are a persistent issue. The staff that interact with independent living residents are top notch. I have been impressed with how the staff really get to know the residents and care about them; some of them seem to be there 24/7! As noted however they do seem to have issues with food service staff and their kitchen ordering system could be improved, as well as making the billing more transparent. The activities are varied and prolific. They throw some amazing parties and pay attention to all the details including themed decorations and food. I would not have said my parents are very social but they are always encouraged to attend and the welcoming community has been one of the best features of Murano. They really appreciate the exercise classes and access to on-site PT.

Staff is great. Activity options are diverse. The rooms are spacious. Amenities like house cleaning and laundry service are helpful. Prices are competitive. I would recommend the community to others.

The woman who led the "tour" was very helpful, answering questions and explaining about the facility.

The Pines had very friendly and insightful people who treated both me and my mother with great respect.

Very clean. Nice people who work there, and very helpful. Great options for just about every budget. Activities daily and some great celebration gatherings for all the residents to attend. Loved it from the moment I toured and now renting a unit for my sister. Last time I toured was 6 months ago and since then there have been beautification improvements in the interior of the facility (not that it needed it) and new elevators. Grounds are kept nice and green and tidy.

Residents can have a bird feeder and mom loves hers. The variety of birds brings her such joy. She has a nice big room and a big bath room. She really loves it. Mom has decided she doesnt eat meat any more so that is a challenge. Cook tells her what is on the menu to help her get something she likes. Example, He will put aside pasta and leave off the meat sauce. We bring her protein shakes to ensure she is getting protein. I think this area could be better. Mom doesn't do activities, but attends all the live music. That is her absolute favorite.

The place is very clean and bright and open feeling…The staff is all very well knowledges and friendly…Lots of activities and can handle transportation needs..The food is good and always served in a very friendly atmosphere..Outdoot grounds are very well manicured..

This is a wonderful place for seniors. The staff is very helpful and the residents are very friendly. The ambassadors have immediately included me and made me feel welcome! I love my apartment. It is spacious and the light is excellent . I will be making use of the library and puzzles. On Sunday I enjoyed playing Bingo with other residents and even won a game. The prize was a choice of candy bars??And they had my favorite-Snickers! It was a good afternoon snack! The meals are very tasty, with generous portions.There was a beautiful wreath on my door ( crafted by [name removed]) It made feel so good!

I'm 100 percent satisfied with every aspect of the Truewood Facility. I'm not only surprised by the quality of the food, the friendliness of the people, and the overall willingness of the staff to help us in any way. I have been in 3 different care homes the past 13 years. Even though I was pretty good, none compare with this facility. I'm more than pleased to be here.

When you enter, you notice how bright, clean, and welcoming it is. Residents tell you hello and make you feel welcome, even if you are just touring. There is constant communication about upcoming activities and outings. You are assigned an ambassador who shows you around and explains all there is to do. Staff are friendly and always there to answer questions. Housekeeping and wait staff do an amazing job. Residents support one another. It was the right move for me.

I’m very grateful to the entire team at Merrill Gardens at Wright Park. They have made a real difference in my mom’s life and in our family’s lives. I would highly recommend Merrill Gardens to anyone looking for a warm, caring, and welcoming community for a loved one.

Great placeto live. its wonderful. This place has the best events. I always enjoy myself when I'm here. [name removed] is the best. Today they had a lovely Luau Party. My loved one always speaks great things about this community. I would definitely recommend it.

The staff were excellent, my dad really enjoyed being there and he loved the food for sure! He would've stayed but found love at an older age! I hope he can come back if needed someday!

In reference to my experience here at Merrill Gardens at Barkley Place, I'm so glad I selected this place to live. The staff is great, they genuinely care about us, and they publish an activity calendar monthly, which they give to each of us, showing by the hour what's available for each of the respondents. We are served two meals a day, and if we want something else to eat instead, or at a different time, they also offer a list of things available to eat on their "everyday menu." Our room are professionally cleaned each week, along with their changing our bedding and towels. I live in a one bedroom apartment, and there are several different other size rooms to choose from in other sections of our building. One thing's for sure, I made a great selection in where my new apartment should be located.

My mother recently moved to Mission Ridge memory care from an assisted living facility. The transition was seamless as she was welcomed with love and acceptance. She has acclimated to her new surroundings quickly with the help of a very caring and loving staff who go above and beyond to meet her needs. It is so important to me and my siblings knowing she is now safe and thriving in her new home.

The staff had been accommodating, especially the dining room.[name removed] can be picky at times and they always take care of him. All the questions I have had are answered in a timely manner. [name removed] has been a tremendous help as well as [name removed] with any questions or concerns. The apartment building is clean. No complaints.

Turners rock was exactly what we needed for my father. The staff there everyone has just been amazing and the food is awesome. It is not a cafeteria where you just get whatever they're fixing for the day, but it is an actual restaurant with a menu and specials every day for lunch or dinner. Also, you can purchase a meal for visitors to come and eat with you. The white staff are amazing and so kind to the residence. They call them by name they remember what they like to drink offer any extra help as far as maybe food needing to be cut up and they treat them with dignity and respect. Honest to goodness you walk into that facility and you do not know that you are in an assisted living facility. It feels like a high-end apartment facility and I couldn't be more pleased with the care that my dad is receiving there.

My neighbor stayed in a facility that was really grim compared with this place. I wish that she could've stayed here. Our friend stays here now and she declares that it's the best place she ever stayed in. The rooms are very nice and the facilities here are top notch. she invited us for lunch couple of times and breakfast too. The quality of food and preparation is really good. The staff seem to be friendly and competent too. Our friend seems to get along well with everyone and her life is interesting and never (seemingly) boring. That's got to be a good thing.
