It is a lovely facility, with friendly, courteous and professional staff.

I recently visited The Pines of Newmarket. This is a beautifully looked after place. The staff is incredibly friendly, and is genuinely happy to be there. The director, [name removed] cares about the residents and staff like I’ve never seen. He lights up the room with infectious laughter and joy. The staff are laughing along with the residents and their coworkers. The nurses are buzzing around and interacting with the folks who live here. They know everyone and what makes them happiest. Residents have smiles and you can hear the chatter when you walk in. It gives the vibe that the people who live there own it and are really being catered too. They host fun activities and events. They had a holiday party. The residents all got gifts that they were pleased with, and an Elvis impersonator was very entertaining! This is a place that I would feel at ease knowing my loved ones get to enjoy their days there. It simply and wonderfully feels like home.

The Pines provides a warm and caring environment and the staff was very interactive with the residents. The residents were friendly, chatting with each other and they showed concern for each other as well. The staff appeared to know each of the residents and were engaging with them in a variety of ways. We really enjoyed our visit.

We have the pleasure of providing entertainment to the residents (and staff!) monthly at The Pines of Newmarket and it is always a joy to see all of the smiling faces! We sing a variety of "oldies" from the 40s-50s-60s-70s and everyone sings along and has a great time. The place is always clean, plenty of staff around assisting and smiling with the residents. [removed names] and the rest of the crew seem to truly care about each resident and their well being. We play at over a dozen senior living facilities in the Seacoast area-The Pines is definitely one I wouldn't hesitate to place my loved in!

My mom has been at Pines for almost a year now and has adjusted so very well, all thanks to the great staff at the Pines. They are caring and fun and Mom is always "good" when I visit, and by that, I mean, she is clean, smiling, and genuinely happy. That gives us so much comfort when we can't be with her all the time. Her room is nice and spacious, and it gives her the privacy she deserves when she wants it. Thank you, Pines!

What we like the most about the community is the love, care, and consideration given to my mom is impeccable. They also know me by name and are happy to see me too. We would definitely recommend Turners Rock Senior Living Community to other families.

This retirement community provides the necessary activities, facilities, and personal assistance required for Senior Citizens. Additionally the Staff is extremely personable and attentive to individual desires. I know that this facility is an excellent place to be!

Facility is bright, clean, friendly and active! The one bedroom apartment feels very spacious. Great & inviting amenities.

I like the fact that have the set up’s for family’s in the units with their own dinning area. Everybody is so friendly we all get along very good

The care and the atmosphere is amazing i have no complaints

We would prefer soft juicy hot meals. Soft and not so dry that our dentures might get sunk in a bite. Be able to choose what we want to enjoy as a delicious juicy warm to hot meal. Offering a delicious substitute for those allergic to is being served, and not going without deserts. I’m comfortable in n my pjs that are neat and clean. But not accepted , so I’ll have my meals in my room were socializing is forbidden because you’re not in proper attire and Truewood by Merril can gain more funds by charging Senior s extra. Whatever happened to living “Independently”, being happy enjoying your meals that are delicious and makes the atmosphere more socialized than making people uncomfortable with what is worn. I am finally home, in comfort and peace with making friends. Living my golden years with a value more precious than gold.

The facility is beautiful with lots of amenities. I would recommend.

From the wonderful lady with A place for mom to the coordinator that assisted us to tour and fill out all of the paperwork this was a breath of fresh air. Each person we met was so professional and very helpful. My brother will be living at Truewood very soon and as his sister I feel very confident that he will be taken care of at every turn. Thank you to each and every wonderful person that made him feel he had found his new home.

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Building is clean and well kept. Ate lunch in the dining room and the food was very good, the chef actually took time to speak to us and answer many questions we had. Looking forward to my dad moving in very soon.

It was an excellent place to live! It was everything anyone would want! My Mom has lived a great live and at this time in her life we felt that it was to fancy for her! She carries at toy dog with her everywhere she goes and I feel she would be looked down on! Loved the place just not a fit for our Mom!

All office staff are friendly and helpful. The caregivers that we have worked with are very friendly and caring. Dining room staff is very friendly and so is the cleaning staff. Overall it is a very pleasant place to live/visit. They hold monthly meetings with the administrator and residents to discuss anyone's concerns. Many activities and outings are offered, convenience of a hair salon, exercise room (they offer a lot of exercise classes), and a very nice pool. The facility is very open, a lot of light and a very welcoming feeling. My mother's apartment is very nice. Living room, bedroom, nice size walk-in closet, small kitchen, very roomy bathroom, washer and dryer and balcony. Someone comes weekly to do light cleaning and changes the bedding. It is very homey and comfortable. My mother has been there almost two years and has been very happy and she has all she needs, and If she needs help or has an emergency they are right there to take care of her. I gave the food and activities a 4 based on comments I've heard. For the most part the food is good and a variety of activities are offered but there is area for some improvement.

All of them are a 5. It's clean, the food is great, the staff are friendly and show respect to the people in the community. I couldn't have asked for a better place for my brother! Additionally, the management team is A-One! They have helped make this transition easy and are always available for questions.

Mission Ridge is a very nice place to live with many amenities, they have great food, they do your laundry, keep everything clean, have a happy hour twice a week and the salon is open on Mondays and they have many activities and outings for fun, they will also take you to the Dr or wherever you need to go, The staff have all been truly amazing, they take great care of our Aunt, making sure she is happy & well kept & well fed & remembers to join in on the activities.

I would rate the staff and care higher if I could. Most of the time the food is great but I think one chef is better than the other. They are excellent at caring for the family as well as the patient. Memory care decisions are incredibly difficult to make. You tend to feel like you failed your family member being unable to keep them at home anymore. They are so good at helping you understand that it was the right decision, better for your family to have unstressed quality time with them rather than struggling trying to care for someone with a disease that's impossible to understand.

All 5 except for the food. My dad complained of very small portions especially the protein. I would rate the food a 3. The staff treated us like family. My dad and I both very much felt a sense of community, care and commitment from the staff.
