What we like the most about the community is the staff they were amazing and so kind to mom. Yes, we would highly recommend Truewood by Merrill to other families based on the experience.

I enjoy just about everything about this place. The people here are always so happy and fun to be around. We have really great activities to participate in. I love the servers and how kind they are. They are exceptionally good at their jobs and remember all of our names. I have even seen them take more than enough time to make sure we have what we needed, they are so compassionate an kind. I really love my apartment and the long hallways so I can get my daily walks in. Overall, great place.

We have come to love all the residents here and feel like we are a true family. MY wife and I moved here 3 years ago and it was the best decision we had when we needed a place to help take care of us. I could cry if I wanted to when I think about all the friendships. The atmosphere here promotes relaxation. I really love all the activities and the activity director. The building is very clean and smells good. I love our apartment and we couldn't ask for a better place to call home. I just love all the staff here and they are the best and most friendly people. I am so impressed how they remember all of our names and treat us with respect.

IF you are looking for a place where you can be yourself, participate in great, fun activities such as Farkle, Mexican train, black jack, and poker, just to name a few, this is the place for you. Both the staff and residents make you feel so welcome. Our activities director is constantly finding different ways for everyone to interact with each other and stay happy. I am so happy I am here.

This community truly feels like family—many employees have been here for more than 10 years, which speaks volumes about the culture and continuity of care. Located in the heart of the Seattle metro area, it offers excellent value and a welcoming atmosphere. Residents can choose from a variety of living options including independent living, assisted living, and memory care, making it easy to find the right fit as needs change. It’s important to note that Medicaid payments are not accepted, so care is arranged through private pay or other funding sources.

The rent was lower but the care $$ is higher. Still lower overall. Lower cost. Small nice room. I think it's a good place, nice people, good food, decent price

It was a bit rocky at first but my dad seems very content. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. Nursing staff has been responsive to my dad's needs. My only complaint is with the doctor who visits the facility. Changed to that group since they are at the facility weekly. Not great with communication with family members.

Staff was great. Facilities good. My biggest "concern " was when you walk into memory care, it's the residents tv room. It's awkward at first but you get used to it. The entertainment they bring on was a big hit!!!

Just about the right size, not too big, not too small. Staff was helpful, and cost was reasonable. Was located in a wooded area and had outdoor sitting areas which would be great for Spring and Fall gatherings.

Wonderful, clean, vibrant community with an incredible staff that loves their residents. Several acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, multiple options for each meal and so many activities! Truewood by Merrill is the ideal senior living community for seniors!

This was my first tour of any facility. [name removed] helped me with information I didn't even think about needing. The facility was clean and everyone I encountered was super nice.

The staff are amazing. They have been extremely responsive to all of our needs and concerns. Every place could use a full time doctor and 3 nurses that are "hospice care" level humans. (Think Angels) You are not going to find that at any reasonable price point. I think in general they have been great. Truly. For the money the activities and food are better than most. The bottom line is my dad loves it there and he hated the idea of leaving his house. They coddle him and the fact is he can be... well, difficult. They have impressed me.

Mission Ridge is a delightful facility for seniors. All amenities are easy to access and there is a large list of activities to participate in. Their check in/out procedures for guests and residents ensures a high level of safety and accountability. Each apartment is cleaned weekly and maintenance is available quickly for any issues that arise. The staff is caring, friendly and takes time to get to know each individual and their family. Systems are in place to address any concerns and they have a high level of communication. My dad has been welcomed into this community and enjoys meal times and the interaction he has with other Mission Ridge residents and staff members. The experience of transitioning a loved one to senior living has exceeded my expectations and I believe that is because of the heartfelt commitment of the leadership at Mission Ridge.

The quality of the provided room cleaning. The very nice common areas, dining room, and meals. Yes I would recommend.

We chose this facility because it was smaller and has a very homey feel. The Admin., and nursing staff are very friendly and always have time to speak to us when we have questions. The value for the dollar is better than some others we visited before choosing Truewood. They also seemed to be staffed well compared to the facility my mother is in. There are at least 5 daily activities available to the residents and there are always residents gathering in the library or common rooms during the day. So, that means most aren't isolating themselves in their rooms.

The people are great. The food has gotten good reviews generally from mom. She really likes the flexibility of the dining times. Her mobility is bad right now so she's not interacting as much as she would like, but the PT and OT folks come in and help her with therapy. Yes, we would recommend Merrill Gardens at Greenville to other families.

The staff were friendly. I like the fact that there is a church nearby. I'm glad I took the tour. I will consider moving to Truewood when I am ready to make a change to an independent senior living community.

From the minute I walked in the door to the end. I was very impressed with the entire tour. [name removed] was amazing and covered everything. I highly recommend. I met a few residents that seemed very happy.

It is a Very nice, well maintained facility. They have very good food, and friendly staff. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a community.
