Sheldon Park was very clean and the staff were all very courteous. I was immediately offered refreshments and helped very soon after. I was very satisfied.

The warm and welcoming atmosphere makes it feel like you are entering a friends home. The times I have visited the staff are always friendly and caring with the residents. The building is decorated for each Holiday which makes it nice for everyone who lives there and visits. Activities are the best in town and the Residents always have something to do. Sheldon Park is the best Assisted Living Facility in Eugene/Springfield area.

I like the friendly atmosphere and the interaction between the employees. The times that I have visited, it seems that the staff treat them like they are family,. The Activity Director really tries hard to do fun things that the residents like to do and the cook makes some mean BBQ ribs. I believe that it is the best Assisted Living place in Eugene.

I am very happy with the care that my mom. The staff is outstanding. She really likes the food. They do offer her a lot of activities, but at this time she is not participating. We have recommended this community to other families for great care and value that is offered here with the community.

I have been working in Home Health and Hospice for the past 12 years in the Treasure Valley. I highly recommend Willow Park to my Families that need a great place to live. Willow Park has a friendly atmosphere that helps everyone feel welcome when they walk into the community. You must check it out if you have a loved one that needs Assisted Living or Memory Care. Amazing food!!

I really loved this facility. I actually put down a refundable deposit to hold an apt. They are not sure if Wayne is assisted living or memory care. They do not have an memory care rooms open now but do have them in new Ballard location which is not ideal but could work. I gave them the go ahead for an assessment of Wayne so they can figure out monthly costs.

My stay at Willow Park has been great, the staff are friendly, nursing is attentive, the food is good, everyone has been SUPER!!! [Removed] and [Removed] the nurses here have been a good sounding board for me, always able to answer my questions, both courteous and friendly. The front desk staff always able to help me with my phone or television. Enjoyed the many activities. I like everything about Willow Park.

I have had the pleasure of seeing Sheldon Park Senior living facility in person. I have always seen a heart warming smile and a sincere greeting when walking through the door at Sheldon Park Senior living. You feel that instant warmth from residents and staff alike. The beautiful decor within the facility is just as comforting as the smiles you see throughout the facility. While I have been at the facility their have always been very engaging activities of one kind or another going on with the residents and you immediately see the beneficial impact made on current residents. The resident apartments have been spacious and very well seen after. The staff and management have always treated me with such respect and knowledge and I get an immediate sense of family when speaking with them. Kudos and a generous thank you to all at Sheldon Park!

Things are going great for my parents since he made the move into the Courtyards. They're really liking it , and the place is always kept very clean, there is never a bad smell. All of the residents are always very happy. The meals provided are very good, I had a few myself when I was helping them move in. They have a lot of options they can choose between things like chef's choice or something different from the menu. They also have healthy versions of certain things for diabetics or residents who are watching what they eat. The apartment they are in is small, but they are happy. Overall, We highly recommend this placed, it's also the only community that offers independent living in the area.

This place is just awesome. The staff are friendly and helpful. The residents are all happy and very complimentary of their home. They are also welcoming to new comers. Lots of great activities. Everything is clean and smells clean. So glad we found this new home for my parents.

Community Relations Director [Removed] was very kind and accommodating in providing us with a tour on very short notice. The staff of Merrill Gardens is friendly and professional, the facility itself is beautiful and the cost was in line with our expectations. We are still reviewing our options for Dad's future living arrangements, but Merrill Gardens has set a standard that will be hard to beat.

My father and law and mother in law moved to Willow Park. They were amazing taking care of them!!! My father in law passed away in June. Even though he was very stubborn the staff saw his good side. They treated him with respect and love. Now my mother in law in there. The staff have ALL been wonderful to her!!!! They have been life savers for us!!!! I want to move there!

5 Star First Class Assisted Living and Memory Care and so much more! My mother has lived at Sunshine Villa for several years and she is thriving! My brother and I were reluctant to relocate mom from her Condo to assisted living but it was the best decision we ever made for her care and happiness. From our first meeting with [Removed] and [Removed], we felt like a solution had been found and we were no longer in crisis mode. My mother had taken a fall while alone in her Condo and fractured her lower back. While she was on the mend, [Removed] and [Removed] assured us that the staff and community of Sunshine Villa would take great care of her. We could not be happier nor more impressed by the level of care and professionalism that is provided at Sunshine Villa. As you walk into “ the Villa” you are greeted by a wonderful receptionist who has a watchful eye on who enters or leaves the premises. Your eyes are soon filled with the glow from a cozy fireplace in a library filled with antique sofa chairs and countless books to choose from. Tea, coffee, lemonade and snacks are always available. The dining room is nicely decorated and provides 3 hearty meals each day with a variety of selections. Residents may also order off a menu. The dining room servers are so well trained and polite-top notch! There is a private dining room with antique furniture and china available for families to use at any time for private gatherings. Beyond the library there are lovely nooks and crannies to enjoy and a beautiful outdoor garden and sitting area. On the third floor is the nurse station. If mom ever has any medical issues, within minutes of calling I have reached a medical staff member. A nurse will check in on mom and promptly provide pertinent updates to me. A phone call from Sunshine Villa always starts with “Kim, your mom is fine”, another testimony to the professional training the entire staff receives. If your senior enjoys keeping an active schedule, the activities coordinator provides a unique daily repertoire of activities. A schedule is sent to the family each month so you can remind your loved one to get out there and enjoy an event. Scenic drives, museum visits, luncheons, stretching, happy hours, art classes and bingo are just a few of the many activities that seniors may choose from. They will even send one of their sweet staff members to remind residents of an activity they were planning to attend. Staff check in on residents in their private living quarters throughout the day which is yet another layer of assurance that our mom is well cared for. If you are looking for the very best care for a family member, please consider Sunshine Villa. It provides a loving community in a safe environment that feels like a home, bright and cheerful.

I have visited Sheldon Park as a professional and visitor over the past few years. As soon as you walk in to the community, you feel a sense of warmth and family. The residents are friendly and seem very happy. A few residents greeted me and asked me questions and made sure I was comfortable. I was impressed... It showed they took pride in their home. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Having visited several different communities, I was impressed at the longevity of not only the management staff but also many other employees that work there. Some have worked there for 17 years! Sheldon Park has several different activities to choose from providing many different options. They have an activity program for the assisted living portion, their Bridges Program, and the Memory Care program. I have never seen an activity program as extensive as theirs and truly personalized to their residents plus their activity director is one who has been there for over 15 years! The community is clean and odor free and seems well maintained. During one of my visits, I came during an event and met the chef. He made some great BBQ! And again, worked there for over 15 years. This community is top notch, they put their residents first, and clearly go above and beyond.

Stopped by today at this beautiful property! [Removed] was amazing. They weren't even open yet and spent a lot of time with me. This community is amazing! A dream destination for sure! The apartments are actually all huge in size and the assisted living comes to you in your apartment. A little more money but I believe worth it.

As a professional in the industry for 15+ years, I was very pleased to the welcome I received as soon as I walked through the door at Sheldon Park, Eugene. I received a tour on the spot with no appointment and was very impressed by such cleanliness. More importantly, the staff were super kind and it was clear at Sheldon Park, the residents are provided a safe, secure and loving home. Both the dementia unit and assisted living had a full schedule of all types of activities to encourage neurological stimulation at all different levels. Very impressed! Love the car in the activity room!

The staff are kind, helpful, nice and are taking good care of mom. She loves the food. They have an activities person for the memory care unit and they keep them busy. The community is kept clean.

We were very impressed. Merilyn greeted us and had information layed out so we could easily know what the price range of different rooms were as we looked at each one. The place was very clean and she greeted residents by name as she saw them. She answered our questions and even offered to help up with the process of working with the VA.

I cannot say enough positive things about Willow Park Assisted Living. My mother lived here for 16 months, and the care she received was outstanding. Patient and kind caregivers, great activities, clean and beautiful facility and committed staff I spent a lot of time at Willow Park with my mom and saw the care others received-Very genuine and caring staff ,and I knew my mom was in a safe and loving environment. I highly recommend this facility!

This community was one of my parents top choices. It had a beautiful open floor plan with lots of great amenities offered to there residents. I loved how friendly and welcoming the staff made you feel as well as the current residents. I overall have no complaints and would have chose this facility for my parents but it was just too far of a drive for my family.
