Each time I enter Willow Park I am greeted with friendliness and a willingness to assist me and meet my needs. The staff no matter their role is happy, outgoing, attentive, and exhibit a genuine desire to help families make tough decisions for their loved ones and always provide a home-like atmosphere. Willow Park is clean and inviting inside. They pay close attention to detail and will make every effort and more to answer questions and provide excellent service. It is worth the trip to check it out!!

I work in healthcare and visit multiple hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living facilities on a daily basis. I've been in the industry for 8 years and over that time have realized the facilities in the Boise area that I would feel comfortable with my mom there and facilities that in no way would I ever let any family member spend any time at. Willow Park is on the top of my list for the "Approved for Mom" list! It is one of the cleanest and organized assisted living facilities that I ever go to. The Clinical staff is amazing and always educating themselves on the latest and greatest way to assist and take care of residents. The inside of the building is very up to date (you would be surprised how many are not) and has a very comfortable, warm, home feeling to it. I don't think I have ever noticed anything but smiles on every resident when I'm there. And if they aren't smiling, someone on the staff does everything they can to change that quickly. Like I said I see just about every facility in the Treasure Valley. Because of that I have a list of about 5 places that I would feel comfortable my mom being a resident at. Of the 5, Willow Park is number one on that list! Take a look. I don't think you would be disappointed!

My father wanted nothing to do with an assisted living community, until he got here. He has been perfectly happy from the moment he got there and so have I.

Our family absolutely loves Willow Park Assisted Living and all that it offers. Our grandmother lived there 2005-2008 until her passing. Our mother has lived there since 2011 and amazing that most of the staff who took care of grandma are still there and helping care for our mother! From [Removed] who gives tours and is a wealth of knowledge in elder care, to [Removed], [Removed], & [Removed] at the front desk, [Removed] in the personal cares department, [Removed] in outreach, nursing staff [Removed], [Removed], [Removed], [Removed], [Removed], the dining hall staff, [Removed] in activities, [Removed] and the bus drivers, [Removed] & [Removed] in maintenance, [removed] in finances, [Removed] in cares, [Removed] director, and so many others - everyone just really makes our family feel at home and we know that our mother is getting the best care and they all love on her. They treat their clients at Willow Park as if it was their loved one living there. Thank you for making our mother happy and giving us all peace of mind knowing she is well taken care of.

The personnel at Willow Park are so outstanding and my family was so grateful we found the place for our mother. We had a challenge going into the process and Mary stepped up and saved the day with everyone following right behind to provide a smooth transition. It is a lovely facility with positive attitudes. It makes a big difference when dealing with a difficult situation. Mom really likes the place and everyone there, so we are hopeful she will consider it home soon.

One of the hardest decisions for any family to make is to send an aging parent to Assisted Living or "the home” as some people call it. Our 89 year old mother was recovering from serious health issues and because of the need for trained medical care and management of medications we were unable to care for her at home. We talked about Assisted Living for a short period while she recovered and selected Sheldon Park because of the beautiful facility, incredible staff and the care available. Mom is now recovered and when asked about moving back home she tells us to move somebody else into the house because she is having too much fun at Sheldon Park. They handle her medications, do the cooking, spoil her with kindness and care and best of all give her the opportunity to choose every day what activity she is going to participate in. She has made numerous friends and enjoys visiting daily with all of therm. In fact, it is hard to ever find her in her room because she is a very happy and busy lady. Sheldon Park is an amazing place with incredible caregivers, staff and administrators. We highly recommend it!!!

Willow Park has been an amazing place to work for the last two years. The team is compassionate and friendly. I get to see true examples of compassion demonstrated every day to the residents. The team is always ready to trouble shoot together when a resident may be going through a difficult time. My favorite part of this company is the ability to go above and beyond just the care portion. There is a full time position here that is dedicated to uplifting the spirit of each resident and creating events called "wow" moments where we get to make an individual resident's heart sing!

I recently visited Sheldon Park Senior Living. I was very impressed by the warm and inviting feel of the community upon arrival. The staff was very friendly and the residents were great. I had the pleasure of meeting a few of the residents who were enjoying their time playing pool, dancing, and making crafts in the Activity Room. While touring the facility, I came upon a beautiful outdoor common area, a great Activity Room, and a SPA where the residents can receive rejuvenating treatments and get their hair done. The live in rooms were very inviting and the facility was so clean. You can tell the employees put great value in the care of their residents at Sheldon Park Senior Living.

We had a good tour here. The community is small. The staff was nice and friendly and was able to answer all of our questions on the care here. We would recommend this community if wanting something older with good care.

The staff in the memory care area are wonderful and I cannot say enough about the great care they show my husband. I am not always pleased with the food. The community is kept spotless. I would recommend this community

I was pleased with my visit with Mary and the tour she gave. In my situation, we had quite a discussion about my folks and what was likely the scenarios that they will experience as time goes on and what they could be if they were in a facility such as this one. I was impressed with the activities the residents were doing AND the staff in servicing that was also going on. It was clean, not smelly, and everyone was relatively happy and friendly.

The community offers wonderful meals and a pristine dinning experience for my loved one. The staff have been great at encouraging my mother to get more involved in the activities and different entertainment they offer throughout the week.

This is a outstand community. I am happy with the care that my mom is getting here. The food is very good. She is offered to activities when she wants to participate with others. It is a community that comes highly recommended.

This was a great fit for my parents, it is great and we have no complaints. It is affordable and my parents can see the benefit. They love the food, it is amazing and it comes with dessert and the servers are always kind and smiling. They have a lot of activities and it is a clean place. All the managers are incredible people who are patient and very kind. Julie is my go-to-contact, she is amazing, sweet, gracious, thoughtful, and helpful in any way.

The community was great to my loved one. My loved was not there long,but the time my loved one was there I had no complaints. The staff was great and understanding to my loved ones needs. The community was clean every time.

My mother stayed her for respite care while we went away for a week. They took excellent care of her and it gave us a nice break since she lives with us. We take care of her 24/7 since 2004.

Very pleasant surroundings. Very attentive to resident needs and desires. Lots of activities. Excellent food and ambiance.

Everything is great for my mom. The staff are caring for her tremendously. She has plenty of activities that she enjoys. I believe she likes the meals that is served here. They are taking good care of her and I would recommend this community.

My mother has been a resident at Willow Park since March and has thrived in their caring and friendly environment. She is well taken care of by the nursing staff, and her medical check ups have shown improvement due to their consistent care. The facility is well cared for and the staff are all friendly and accommodating. She is so loved by the staff and residents alike. Every staff person from the laundry to the garden staff are always available and willing to share a smile and a hug. They strive to make everyday a meaningful day for each person. She is in the Bridges program that affords a little more supervision and staff participation. It is worth it for us to have her so actively engaged. We love the activities staff and their willingness to go the extra mile. I used to think care at home was the best setting, but since Willow I have had to re-think my assumptions and recognize my mother's need for socialization and her own peer group.
