Merrill Gardens

Our loved one really seems to be enjoying the meals and dining service, and they have a ton of activities for the residents. The value for cost compared to other communities in the area is really good.

This is the best place. I ever lived whether I owned it or not. Everyone is nice and helpful. Three delicious meals a day and ice cream socials.

Merrill Gardens has been perfect in every way. Every bite of food we had had has been delicious, they are very healthy meals and healthy portions. The deserts made are to die for. The staff and the others residents are all very warm and friendly. It has been like living in a resort and I would highly recommend them.

Merrill Gardens a lovely atmosphere and I really like the location, it is in a nice neighborhood. The staff are all very friendly. I checked into a lot of others facilities and this one was the best value for the money by far. We have been very pleased with our experience.

So far so good and they seem to be taking good care of my loved one. It would be a place worth checking out. I have not seen many of the activities

We chose Merrill Gardens because of the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff members that we met with, and it just gave us a good feeling when we walked in. The room sizes were good, he had a 1 bedroom and it worked out great for his needs. I felt like they really tried to give personalized attention and always knew us and my dad by name. They were fantastic and I would recommend them to others looking.

Merrill Gardens has been great so far, we are happy with our decision. The location is great for our loved one, he loves to walk and he can talk to this nature area close by and sit by the water, he can walk to the store and to his doctors office. He feels very safe there and the community is always clean. Everyone has been wonderful, and the meals were a big worry for him at first but he cannot believe just how good the meals are at Merrill Gardens.

The previous guy that was opening the facility we really liked. Now he's not there, so it's been a bit of a change. But the other staff are fine. My friend really likes the living space and the fact that you can decorate it yourself and make it home. The kids have eaten there and were impressed with the food.

[name removed] was wonderful to work with. She helped me with looking into what is covered for Veteran's assistance and our insurance. It is a smaller community and more independent.

They're very easy to deal with. They listen to and help you with all of your issues and questions. They've gone out of their way to help my aunt. I'm appreciative of everyone there. They're also one of the most reasonably priced places that I found.

Merrill Gardens is a very nice facility and the staff were lovely on our tour. We actually know people who live here as well. The facility is very lively and there seems to be a lot going on.

From the Manager to the Housekeeper, we could not be happier! My Dad moved into assisted living and he just loves it. It is clean and continuously busy with activities! Thank you for loving our Dad like your own!

My loved one has been really happy here and we have not had any problems which is awesome. They have activities like movies, bible study and parties at the end of the month for new residents and other activities that they have for the residents.

This was our second choice on the list. The staff are great and my in laws are here, this is a great facility

We chose Truewood by Merrill because the value for the money and the overall feel when I went to meet with the staff and went on the tour. Everything they offered was what we were looking for. The size of the rooms were also much larger than some others that we looked into. The staff here have been so friendly and helpful. Overall we have been very pleased, he is absolutely thriving here.

Comfortable community, caring management, easy access to freeway system, beautiful grounds, plenty of walking space, good food.

Our family had an in person tour and Merrill Gardens is a lovely community, everyone was very nice and accommodating. However the food plan was going to be an issue, its an additional fee every month and it was just not going to work.

My tour with Mistywood was very good and they had great follow up. It was too pricey for what I was looking for.

This is a good place for your family member to be. They are safe and well taken care of . There are also lots of activities and chances for socialization. I feel very confident about my loved one being here.

Everything has been great so far, and even though we have not been able to have a meal there ourselves we do know our loved one is really enjoying them. She also really enjoys the activities going on. The value for cost is great
