Merrill Gardens

The community is wonderful and feels like living on a cruise ship! The are very friendly. There are a lot of activities for the residents to take advantage of. The food is very good. This seems to be one of their main attraction. They cook most of the meal when you order, it seems like it at least.

I chose Merrill Gardens because I checked several other places and it was by far the best. I have a 2 bedroom and it is very large. I have seen the 1 bedrooms and studios and they seem to be a good size as well. There is social hours in Fridays and they have other socials in between, so there is a lot of chance for engagement between residents. I would recommend to others looking.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. They had card games as a group, discussion group, and more for the residents to choose from for activities. There are activities available each day. They post menus for the residents to choose from. My loved one enjoyed the food in the dining room.

We're very pleased. The staff is very friendly. They work with us on finding solutions to any problems we may have. The maintenance staff has been bending over backwards to help out our loved one. She's made some friends going down to lunch and dinner. I feel like we got a good deal here.

We toured this community and the tour was very good. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. They were very accommodating and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We did not feel rushed at all and they took their time with our family. I would recommend touring this community

Merrill garden has done its best to get everyone active and engaged. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

The friendliness of the staff team and the care services is higher than 5 stars. The meals and dining is a 5 plus, our loved one really enjoys the food. The activities are a 5 plus, especially the Wii bowling. The value for cost is fine.

We chose Truewood By Merrill because it is very convenient for us and she is comfortable being so close to us. Also the value for the money was good and they had availability quickly, the timing was just right. She is very happy here and she says she really likes it. It is a very friendly atmosphere and staff have been great with her. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are looking.

My parents are "small town" people. The intake coordinator was personable and took time to hear their needs and get to know them. Both staff and administration have an excellent retention history. Most of their staff have been there over 5 years. That retention means staff are happy working there, if staff are happy then the residents are more content. We even returned a second time and they were more than willing to show us my parents selected apartment. There is a bit of a wait list for the apartment they want but that gives us time to pack and move them. This became their choice for Independent Living.

I would tell others that the community and personnel are excellent. There is always something that I like to choose from for meals. There are card games, bean bag baseball, swimming, weight room, balance training and more that are some of the activities offered.

The community overall is very nice. I was extremely impressed with the kitchen and the food.

I was very impressed with the staff. They are good at what they do. The administrator had great stories about their own family, and you can tell she cares about the community and the population she is working with.

They're very honest about everything. We got exactly what we discussed. It was clean, and the staff were great. They seemed very attentive and easy to deal with. It wasn't more expensive than what I thought it should be. For what they provided, I thought the cost as very fair.

I'm very happy with the community. They are very attentive and make sure that my loved one has everything they need. The staff are constantly calling and texting to keep me updated on my loved one. I've had no issues with them.

Lovely area of Henderson. Beautiful facility. Will schedule a tour for [name removed] in the fall.

I really liked The Bedford. I liked the amenities, and the fact that it was a little bit bigger place. The apartments were also a little bigger than other places we looked. I really enjoyed talking with the person who walked me through on the tour. It was just the money that was an issue. But they suggested one of their subsidiary communities, which our loved one ended up moving into.

Very nice! The staff are friendly. This would have been at the top of my dad's list but memory care has a wait list.

Have a good time here. Its great with really nice management.

Nice place to live

We chose Mistywood mainly because of the very helpful staff members. The apartment sizes at the facility were great. All of the staff here seemed very concerned and caring and I would recommend to others looking.
