Not ready to move mom. But what a great group of people. Building is really clean. The girl that toured us was fun and could tell she cared. I will be my mom from NY to this community.

Unfortunately our loved one was not able to stay there due to her health, but t no fault of the community - Merrill Gardens was absolutely wonderful. We would recommend this community to families in the market, they were wonderful.

This community takes really good care of the residents. The atmosphere is not like I expected assisted living to be. It is a very active community and all of the other residents are very welcoming. The residents have relationships and have lunch together and it was a really positive experience.

One of the things that I love about Murano is because it's a high rise, everything is really easy to access. For my loved one, that type of layout is much easier for her to navigate than long hallways would be. It's beautifully appointed. It feels like a cruise ship that just happens to be on land. They're understaffed a little bit, but the staff are really hard working. It doesn't seem to affect things overall - I just worry about how much the staff seem to take on. The food is excellent. They have a set menu that is very healthy, with lots of options for fruits and vegetables. Everything tastes really fresh. They also have daily specials to keep things changing. So there's predictability, but a newness aspect as well. And they're really able to adapt to specific requests. For instance, if you want a hamburger but you're gluten free, there's no problem with them taking things out or accommodating a request. And they don't just give you a sad little burger on a plate. There's a heap of salad to go with it, and they make it look nice. My loved one seems to be really happy there. She's taking art classes and doing music appreciation. She has attended a few of the lectures as well. It' seems like a good value, and I'm very pleased with it.

This community was nice but it was too big for what we were looking for for our loved ones needs. Everything was spread out and due to our loved one using a walker it would have been harder to get around. The people were very nice and the place looked wonderful I just felt it would be hard for my loved one to get around.

The community is very clean and that was something right away that stood out to us, and the staff members are very friendly. Sometimes our loved one and other residents complain about the food and that it isn't hot enough or that it is bland, but we would still recommend this community to others.

I enjoy everything here from the staff members, to how clean the community is and how well the food is prepared. The value for cost is excellent, I have a studio apartment with a full sized refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer, a stove and a large patio. They are also a pet friendly community.

We chose Merrill Gardens because the personality of the facility fit my parents well. I noticed that other residents were treated well and staff interacted with everyone. Also the longevity of the residents was something that really stuck out to us, a lot of them have been there 5 plus years which means they are happy. The price is well proportioned to the amenities provided. From what I have seen, they do have a well scheduled activity calendar for the residents, my parents just do not partake. I like that my parents can be independent but have access to things in the community that they may be interested in. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

Our family had an in person tour and we loved Merrill Gardens, the staff members were super helpful and everything we saw was excellent. We had a great first impression.

They do have different activities for the residents to do and a bus that takes them around places to do things. This community is well worth it. The staff are also very helpful with anything that is needed.

We chose Fig Garden because the value for the money was great and dad preferred this facility over some of the others we looked at. He was impressed by the friendliness of the staff members and the room sizes. I would recommend to others looking.

This seems like a great community. The staff have been helpful for the family and our loved one. It is a beautiful community. The residents are very friendly. Some of the activities available are flower arranging, movie night, musicians coming in to play, and more for the residents to choose from to participate in.

I feel like it's too good to be true. Everything has been just perfect for my mother. I get that same feedback from the other residents who live there. The staff are friendly. The residents are friendly and welcoming. It's a well organized, new, and beautiful facility. The cost is a little bit high, but you get what you pay for. And I think it's worth every penny.

I liked this community but there was one that took all of my attention. This community was very nice but just did not fit our needs. The tour was great and they did the best that they could.
