Don't hesitate - take a tour! Turners Rock exceeded my expectations in every area from the staff to the facilities. It doesn't have an "old folks home" feel. There is an energy to the place that is upbeat and warm at the same time. It's more like my father is in an upscale hotel than an assisted living center.

The value for the money is good. We picked this community because, it's close to our home, we felt very welcomed, and the staff was really nice. My loved one felt really good about it, and it felt like home. It was also affordable. I would recommend to other families.

All I know is my loved one is picky and loves it there. I picked this community because, it was more personable, and they didn't seem agitated that I dropped in at different times unannounced with questions I had and always saw the same! Plus other residents came up and told me what a great place it is. Then when my loved one toured with me, the residents came up to and made them feel at home and we were just looking at that point. My loved one is very happy, so I am happy! Very welcoming place from the moment you step up to the front desk!

We chose Turners Rock because of the location and my father could stay in the assisted living area with my mom. They have taken very good care of my parents . My mother passed away about 2 months after they moved in and Turner's Rock staff went above and beyond during that time. We could not have asked for a better experience. I would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

They have taken great care of my love one. My loved one has been a recluse for a long time, and they are actually making friends and knows the staff. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

It is a lovely community and they work to make a person feel welcome and involved if they want to be. They have worked with me when issues came up with my loved one that needed attention. I would like a bit more assistance offered for family who is out of state. Like I need my my loved one's mail sent to me as I am POA and need mail that goes directly to them sent to me but there is not that kind of help. My loved one can't manage it as they have the beginning signs of dementia. There is no one to go to Doctor appts and such (even to pay extra for) so that makes it a bit difficult for out of state family. But we are working around it by visiting as often as we can.

This is a really nice community. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The location is close to doctor appointments, grocery stores, and a hospital. There is always some type of activity going on, even if it is just sitting and talking with other residents. There are three meals a day provided and there are choices to choose from. The food is very enjoyable. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones, and have already recommended the community to friends. The management team is very nice and they get to know the residents quickly. My loved one and I are happy here.

We really like that we have easy access to our loved one, they have a lot of open areas and we like the anytime dining. Also that independent and assisted living are intermingled so our loved ones feels like she lives independently, even though she received level 2 assisted living. The value for the money is a 5+.

What we really like about Truewood by Merrill Glen Riddle are the staff membes - they have been great to work with and very welcoming. The other residents there are very nice and friendly.

I did all of the looking and to me the staff here were the most friendly, the facility was very clean, I saw the food and it looked good. The location is very convenient as well for visitors. It would be helpful if they offered a service to help new residents unpack their things. I would definitely recommend Merrill Gardens at Solivita Marketplace to others.

I had a wonderful tour experience with Truewood by Merrill Ocean Springs. I absolutely loved this facility and it was in our top picks. Unfortunately my loved one did not qualify because they needed too much care. The location of this facility was further from us but I think the drive would have been worth it. I would definitely tell others to check this facility out during your search.

I think it's a good place to be: safe, the staff are very attentive, there are fun activities, the facility is clean and well maintained, and the food is okay. I know they're doing their best on the food with the current challenges with shortages and pricing.

We've had a very positive experience, and we feel very lucky Merrill Gardens at Rockridge had space available. We did our homework, and some of the other places we looked into were a little scary. I like the layout here. The staff is professional and does more than I was expecting. The facility is very nice, and the dining room is as nice as any country club. I really like the neighborhood - it's very pleasant, with shopping and restaurants close by. It could not have worked out better for us.

We are very pleased. We would like to see, a more variety of activities. They are fully staffed, and there is no contract with outside agencies, which is vey important. We picked this community because, it's a very nice facility, nicely decorated, close to home, best value and it was beautiful. They are very receptive,and open to meet the needs of the residents. They also have, a bus that takes the residents to church once per week.

Good location for my parents. Close to shopping and heath care. Pet friendly facility.

This is a good community to live. My loved one was able to make friends quickly here, and they feel safe. The staff communication with the family has been good and they have been responsive to our questions about our loved one. There are three meals a day served and there are choices for the residents to choose from. Also, the dining is open 7 am to 7 pm daily for the residents.
