Merrill Gardens

Very happy with her care there. I no longer need to worry if she is being taken care of. My burden is so much less. Very friendly and helpful staff. Facility is clean and well kept. I would for sure recommend Merrill Gardens at Anthem, best decision I ever made!

We had a great tour experience with Merrill Gardens in Tacoma. Unfortunately, this facility does not offer a Medicare spend-down so it was not an option for us.

The experience at Merrill Gardens was very smooth. My folks had a good experience with the tour, the paperwork and getting settled in. They are enjoying the atmosphere, the food, and the other folks who live there. Everyone there is friendly and nice to speak with. We've also experienced very helpful and friendly staff who have answered my questions.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought the experience was great and the people we met with were super friendly.

My dad was only there for 2 months, but I have no complaints. He didn't do a lot. Was just getting used to it. The weather was cool, so he didn't do much outside. It was a nice facility, large apartment, and the food was fine.

They've been great and we are so pleased with the care, the customer service and the facility! The only thing I'd question is the "value for the money" question. I'll spare you my rant about the exorbitant cost of LTC for the elderly by saying that [removed] in comparison to the others seems like a better deal both affordably (for us) and in peace of mind!

This is a wonderful community for our loved one. Our family is pleased with the care our loved one is receiving from the caring staff. The communication with the staff has been wonderful. There are three meals a day served to the residents, and they have choices for the residents to choose from. Overall, this is a community I would recommend to friends for their loved ones.

Modern, beautiful, Pub, pool, theater, bistro, library, game room, gym, cafeteria is restaurant style with amazing chef. Food is beyond good. The assisted living caregivers are well trained, caring and they go above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend Turners Rock Senior Living Community - we've experienced several other places in town and this is 5 star.

5 on ALL! We love this place and so does my mother-in-law! Every time we stop in, they have activities going on, and all of the residents are happy. The staff is very friendly.

The community looked very homey, and seemed very clean. I would recommend you check the community out for your loved one. I felt very comfortable with my loved one being in the community. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I spoke to them.

I toured this facility, it was wonderful! Had my loved one's care needs not have changed, we would have definitely moved her into this facility.

Truewood by Merrill Vancouver is a great place to reside, with friendly staff, friendly residents, and good food and activities.

I liked the community. It was a little more expensive than we wanted, and there are additional pricing per level of care. The residents were further along on their health journey than my loved one is.

Merrill Gardens Rolling Hills is a hidden gem. The facility is pristine and conveniently located in the South Bay Area. The staff is superb and is genuinely concerned about the well being of the residents. [name removed] was outstanding and made the whole process as stress less as possible. Mom is in great hands.

The food was okay, but the service could have been better. The value for the money was pretty good. Overall, I would recommed to other families.

Merrill Hardens at Solivita Marketplace has been great, I was impressed with them from the start and di not even look at any other facility. The staff is very friendly and they are willing to help you if you need help behind their services provided. I know that my brother-in-law can be very difficult at times and they have been so patient with him and work very well with him and his needs. I would recommend this facility to others.

What really stood out to us were the staff members we met with an interviewed with - they were extremely friendly and are still extremely friendly. Also the price is really good. Our loved one seems to enjoy the meals and dining service and says there is always something for him to eat. He does not participate in all the activities but what he does participate in he enjoys. Based on our experience we would recommend Truewood by Merrill to other families.

I toured this community and it was very nice. We really liked it. Friendly staff, very clean. The only reason we didn't choose this one is because they don't offer Memory Care. Our loved one doesn't need it right now, but we wanted to have that option available in house, should she need it in the future.

They are very friendly and helpful. There is no improvements needed. I felt like my loved one, would be very comfortable there. Merrill Gardens is a wonderful place!

Everyone is very nice. They just were bought out, and the new name is Merrill Gardens. There is some turnover in the kitchen staff as well as administration, but they're doing everything they can to hire. I know they are taking good care of my Mom there. And they truly take great care of their residents.
