My overall experience with A Place For Mom was exceptionally positive. [name removed] contacted me immediately and within 24 hours had a list of possible candidates to place my mother. My mother has very special needs and this was well considered in [name removed] selections. Harbor Chase is an exceptionally clean and well-maintained facility. First walking in and looking at the dining facility it looks more like a high-end motel or resort rather than an assisted living facility. I have to say the staff here is the most attentive I've had out of any of facilities. [name removed], the concierge at the front desk has gone well above and beyond to assist my mother and adapting to her new environment. She is almost become a family friend and in a short period of time. The upper staff has been replaced, but I believe that's in a positive way. Quality of care, has been very very good. My mother needs insulin on a slide so it's pretty much unscheduled. They have been very responsive to her needs and communicating what's going on to me. The dining area is very nice. And they do have a chef on site. The food is extremely good. The menu is more from upscale restaurant that is a care facility. I will say there is a problem with identifying people with special diet needs. There are a lot of activities at Harbor Chase, but they seem to be typical for an assisted living facility. Value of cost seems to be pretty much in the middle of the road. There are facilities that are much higher. There are facilities that are lower. Their levels of care pretty much fall in line with the industry. Basic level is very reasonable. They called me to tell me they're tending to a small cut on my mother's foot. They call me every time anything happens, which I love.

I would absolutely recommend [names removed] at the Renaissance assisted and so very knowledgeable and compassionate![name removed] was extremely pleasant accommodating to meet us, very knowledgeable and supportive! The team actually cares about you and they all know residents by name and is friendly in speaking to them. The independent living and ALF facility is extremely clean, bright, inviting, with many activities that they encourage. The Independent living apartments are a perfect size.The staff are very helpful from the person at the desk when you walk in, to admissions,dining, housekeeping, and medical staff.

My loved one is currently a resident at Legend at Broomfield and everything about the experience here has been great for him so far. They basically have created a family feeling, which I really appreciate. Plus, the food is really good.

My dad had to be placed immediately when my mother unexpectedly passed way. My dad has dementia and the staff and nurses have been nothing but awesome in supporting our dad and family. The activities are outstanding. The facility is the best of the best and least restrictive option so my dad, while safe, can still make his own decisions and choices every day from what he decides what activities to participate in or what he wishes to order to eat in the fabulous restaurant like dining area. I viewed 3 other facilities in our search and The Landing was by far the top of the list. The difference was that everyone who works here had a smile in their faces, the residents smiled and talked about how much they enjoy living there and the feeling of it being a real home bc you can furnish your apartment with items your loved one is familiar with vs a stark feeling. Go to The Landing and you’ll be amazed by what I refer to as a Club for Seniors!

They raise the monthly cost every 7 months. The clinical staff are lovely.

The Landing of O’Fallon provides my Mom with the daily assistance she needs in her assisted living apartment which is a great relief to all of her family. Everyone at The Landing is very personable and knows and greets residents by name and with care and enthusiasm which makes it feel like home. As my Mom’s caregiver I am very happy with The Landing and have always received quick and satisfactory responses whenever I have questions, concerns or need help with something for my Mom. They are very accommodating for any special needs. The family activities they plan are numerous and fun. My Mom’s kids, grandchildren and great grandchildren love coming and spending time at The Landing with our Mom/Grandma/Great Grandma! I would highly recommend The Landing!

Enjoyed some special time with Mom and other residents at The Landing, O'Fallon, MO. The table was set with beautiful china tea cups. We enjoyed a Healthy Lunch topped off with dessert and quite a selection of tea choices. There are so many functions, outings and party's- the facility is very inclusive and truly care about their residents.

I recently had to make the difficult decision to move my mother into an assisted living facility. After touring numerous locations, I found that the Windsor of Bradenton was the best fit for us. The facility was immaculate and the staff was very understanding of how emotional this was for everyone. My mother is looking forward to moving in.

This is a great community. [Name removed], [name removed], and the rest of there's are awesome and always go above and beyond for their residents and staff. Very cute little place and very reasonably priced. And the food is awesome too!!! Lots of longevity which is important too. Would recommend to anyone!

My father had an excellent time at Ashton Commons. The staff was exceptional and made sure that he connected with the other residents and was engaged in multiple activities each day.

This is an exceptional assisted living facility with helpful staff and knowledgeable administrators. Residents are happy and active in this facility. I highly recommend a tour of this alf for your loved one. As a 3rd party provider in the community I have provided care to patients in many buildings, this one is great!

Over all the best, I'm happy Cleanliness is above expectations, no smells Staff is friendly, occasional concerns have been resolved. Care has been excellent Food is bland, yet nutritious There are daily activities as well as special events I am well satisfied with the expenses and see the costs as fair and of good value for the money I feel that I was fortunate to find such an exceptional place fo my wife. The grounds are beautiful with a lovely lake and many trees. Lots of shade to sit outside or take a stroll!

I enjoy the fellowship that I have found here at the community. Everybody likes everybody. I really like my quiet apartment where I can reflect. My big window has a nice view and allows a ton of natural light in. I would tell people to join this community because people watch over each other. No one is ever mad here.

Overall I am pleased with everything I’ve come up against. The community is clean and people are helpful. The food quality is good and certainly better than many places. My apartment is roomy and comfortable for me. I would recommend the Windsor to others who are also in need as f a place to live.

The things that drew me here were the friendliness of the staff and residents alike. It gave me a sense of community here. There are plenty of activities and the place is extremely clean and the food is great!

First impressions are critical. My parents are settling in with less difficulty than I expected. The loss of independence pains them both. But, the friendliness, cleanliness and level of care demonstrated by all of the staff really makes the adjustment bearable. My parents have expressed concern over the therapy schedules, e.g. not occurring as scheduled. (Unfortunately, they don’t approach therapy services with an open mind. I’m hoping for improvement on their part!) My mother is disappointed with the way the housekeepers make a bed. She expects the top sheet to be tucked in. It’s not. Their Wednesday housekeeping schedule did not happen last week. I’m hoping this was a one time oversight. They seem pleased with the quality of the dining options. Observation: a buffet setup is never a good option for non ambulatory residents. Staff should be attending to those who are unable to serve themselves. I hope they become more acclimated, open minded, and comfortable in their new lifestyle.

We couldn't be more pleased with Azalea Assisted Living Facility, and neither could my 83-year-old father, who isn't the easiest to please but absolutely loves living there. The facility is immaculate and brand new. The food is excellent, giving him nothing to complain about, but what truly makes Azalea stand out is the exceptional staff. They treat him like family, and everyone knows his name and interacts with him warmly. This level of personal care and attention has made a significant difference in his quality of life. I highly recommend Azalea for anyone looking for a top-notch assisted living facility. I always question when I read a 5 star review if someone was paid to write it. We're just a normal family who were blessed to find an amazing place for our Dad to live.

Beautiful community with lots of activities and amenities. Food is fantastic. Saw some other reviews about care from a long time ago. Care staff is great now. I can not say enough good things about the community.

At Legend at Fort Worth, they are implementing different day trips to keep the folks engaged. Last week, a trip to the zoo and this week a trip to the currency facility. I would definitely recommend Legend at Fort Worth to others.

Legend at Rivendell Memory Care is an excellent facility.
