The staff is so friendly - they know everyone's names and like/interests. I researched many places and narrowed the list down to three based on cleanliness, amenities both inside the apartment and what the organization had to offer, affordability, size and future needs. My mother toured the three options and ultimately chose Azalea's.

The staff at Legend at Fort Worth are respectful and knowledge of their job description. Very pleasant during difficult situations and strive to please their residence's.

The staff is friendly. Housekeeping was short a housekeeper, so took 3 weeks to get my loved one's room cleaned. The move in process was organized. My loved one enjoys the meals. I would recommend this facility to others.

Management and nursing staff are attentive to resident's healthcare needs. The facility is kept clean. Residents and families enjoy the family night cities and fun activities for various holidays.

We chose The Stonehaven over others we saw because mother liked the look and the sales rep and thought she would like it there. It was a clean welcoming atmosphere. Residents and rooms always clean and neat.

We chose Renaissance North Tamps because it is a well kept facility, contemporary "resort" appearance and features. The staff have all been very friendly and accommodating.

Helpfulness of staff has stood out to me. I would recommend Rivermont Independent Living to a friend.

Harbor Chase had space available at the time we needed it. If asked, staff at HC is very nice and caring. It's clean and for us it's in a convenient location. I would recommend to others and it really helps that Physical Therapy is on site.

Med techs, front desk, nurses, are all very attentive and responsive. Very pleased with staff. Facility is very nice, salon is a draw. Only comment would be to have more access to outdoor walking trail.

My aunt is doing well at Windsor. She is happy here. Staff is great. I've never seen any staff members be unpleasant to a resident even though their jobs are sometimes hard.

My mom has lived here since April 2023 and so far is has been a wonderful experience. And my mom and more so myself aren't easy to please. Your staff treat all residents like family. Some more than others but it asked for no names. Shame.

Overall satisfactory. The cost is very very high.

Everything is wonderful, and it has been newly renovated, looking beautiful!

I would recommend to others. We picked this community because it was close to my home.

Legend at Rivendell is all around a great place. It is very nice and clean and we were proud to be able to get and keep her in such a nice place. I do think that they could have had more scheduled activities with more exercise and physical therapy type activities.

My loved one is currently a resident at Rock Ridge Assisted Living and Memory Care. Everything has been great! I would recommend this facility to others.

My person is in assisted living. She enjoys Bingo, chair aerobics (and water aerobics in the pool in summer!). There is a beautiful theatre where movies/TV is shown and word games are played. There are happy hours each week and the grounds are attractive and well kept. The staff is friendly and has provided assistance to my person many times when I have called. The nurses have called me a few times when there is a health issue and have assisted with special requests and new prescriptions. She is happy here!

I could not ask for a nicer place for my husband. He has Parkinson’s with some memory issues and the staff could not be nicer. As an RN I know what it takes to care for persons with this disease but it’s nice to know that he is taken care of like the way I cared for him at home. I am very happy and appreciative of everyone here.

Our case manager was on top of things from the very start. He knew what we we were looking for in regards to our mom, and led us in the right direction. He was always available, and checked in often. He was great at his job, very positive, and compassionate.

I cannot say enough about the staff. From the Director, [name removed], and head of nursing, [names removed], to the aides, they are ALL caring, patient, and hardworking. Not only are they kind and caring to our mother, they are kind and caring to each other. It's quite remarkable. I have seen [name removed] come out of his office when a resident is crying, and comfort her. He got down on her level and spoke softly to her. He has brought residents into his office to "hang out" when they are having a hard moment. The aides are very patient and kind. My mom isn't always easy, yet they are so understanding with her. The facility is beautiful. It is bright and light and clean. My mom was in a dark facility prior to Province and I cannot begin to tell you the difference the light and clean makes. I have never seen it dirty. Not ever. I have to mention the events coordinator, [name removed]. She is the sweetest girl. She plans activities that are fun and keeps the residents engaged. She is soft-spoken and just listening to her is soothing. She also serves the residents with honor and respect. When she brings snacks around, she SERVES them, like they're important! And she knows they are! The food is very good. We had the privilege of meeting the chef when we toured and he is passionate about blessing residents with real, homemade food. We love how my mom gets to choose from two nutritious meal options, or can choose off a menu foods that are always available. Communication is top-notch. I remember [name removed] saying: "I'd much rather make a phone call, than receive one." Meaning, they want to be on top of everything before any complaints. And they are. Having my mom in the Province has been the best decision we could have made for her. I could not believe, it was actually less expensive than where she was before. I would recommend the Province to anyone. It's almost hard to believe!
