All the staff we encountered were very nice and welcoming. [name removed] was really pleasant to talk with and we enjoyed meeting her.

Staff is very attentive and helpful, food is good quality, facility is clean with no offensive odors. Dad was in an efficiency apartment which was plenty of space for one person with large area near entry door and large bathroom. Twin size bed works best for spacing. I would recommend the community to others.

I give the Gables 5 stars, it is a great fit for my mother. We love the fact it has a small community ( compared to others we saw), good size rooms , clean and fresh smelling. The people that work there are golden. Everyone I've been in contact with has a great disposition, helpful and friendly. My mother wasn't interested in leaving her home. We took her there for lunch and I could see her warming up to the place. After we moved her in she told me, "she hopes she lives long enough to enjoy this place." I feel that says it all, momma is happy there.

Everyone was very gracious and helped me with all my questions only being a few blocks from our house will make it easier to visit

The staff was amazing from the person who gave us a tour, the receptionist, the administrator and nurse were all fabulous and accommodating. The facility is super clean and welcoming. The size of The apartment is perfect size for a full size bed, chair and small dresser. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

Great place and I know I will love it there. Can't wait to move there at the end of the month. The staff was great and the place was clean and wonderful and lots of nice people there and I might meet a friend or two and I won't be so lonely and get help when I need it.

Before I toured I spoke with [name removed] on the phone. She was so kind, reassuring, and comforting. I felt like she was throwing me a life line while I was navigating these new and stormy waters. On tour day, I also met with [name removed], who is the director of the Memory Care and an RN. She too was so warm, encouraging, reassuring, and very authentic. I toured the facility that day. All of the residents appeared happy, engaged, and well taken care of. The Memory Care facility was clean. Overall, I believed the residents were happy and very well cared for. It's an older facility, so it doesn't have the bougie appearance of some of it's competitors, but at the end of the day, I was convinced it would offer my Mother the best care and attention.

Dad and others have not been thrilled with the food lately. Activities are ok Dad gets bored in the afternoon. Dad chose a smaller apartment and is comfortable in it. There's plenty of room to maneuver a wheelchair or walker. He gets the apartment cleaned & laundry done once a week, on the same day, which is nice. Dad kept his doctor, but Legend manages his meds, which is worth the price to us. The staff all knows him and is very sweet & helpful.

All 5's. Great place, so glad she's there. Staff and nurses are very friendly and helpful. She loves the bingo and music programs. They also take weekly trips to various stores. The food is very good too. The apartment itself is really nice. Has an apartment feel, rather than a hotel room/hospital room feel. Very homey.

I really liked this place. But to costly for me. Even with the Patriots Angel. Need more help with other programs.

I just toured this beautiful facility and I must say I was blown away by all of the offerings and extra amenities they have! The property is tucked away from the road, the entire staff is so friendly and welcoming and the movie theater is just amazing!! The feeling that stuck with me most is the feeling of home!! I would definitely recommend this facility to my own family members!!

All the staff members are lovely. Love to see mom taking part in activities. The entire facility appears very well maintained. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

Everyone there from the front desk all the way to the dining ladies all are very kind and helpful. I would recommend the community to others.

I was impressed by the looks of the facility and the level of care they purport to give. There seems to be a lot of activities and areas to socialize.

It is a great fit for my mom and our family. Staff are very responsive and friendly. Activities are great. The weekends don't have much, but that's to be expected. I think the amount of activities is probably just right for the size of the facility.[community removed] offered a wider variety, but the facility is bigger. The amount seems to be working for my mom. She loves the activities coordinator. Care seems to be good. My mom is happy. I really like the nurses in charge. They have been quick to help me work out any glitches, such as when my mom's doctor sent a prescription to the wrong pharmacy. Food is ... ok. They seem to be understaffed, but my mom is able to see that the staff that are there are working really hard. So the actual food could be better, but the staff is friendly and mom says that they do the best they can. The room/apartment is cute and feels more like a home than just a room. Great layout and storage for an assisted living apartment. Units are cleaned on a regular basis. My mom has never had a housekeeper, so she is very appreciative of what they do. I also love that the location gives them an ability to have attractive outside spaces. My mom's room overlooks a lawn with a wooded area behind.

The staff was so helpful getting my mom's intake handled, even though we were out of state. They made sure to communicate effectively through video chattels and phone calls. The room they were able to reserve for mom has turned out perfectly, with extra closet space for storage, and two spaces: one for her bed and puzzle table, and one for her recliner and tv. As she has settled in, she is starting to create her schedule, including Bingo one day, hairdo day, PT appointments, and a social circle where they paint their nails. Communication with the staff remains efficient. and living at The Windsor is comfortable and satisfying. Once the weather cools, Mom looks forward to enjoying the courtyard space for book reading time. Food, well, it will never be the same as her home cooked, with extra butter, personally prepared menu, with whipped cream on the coffee! But I've shared a few meals in the dining room, and they have been tasty and plentiful servings. I've suggested she take a small container holding a couple of different seasonings to add some spice when she'd like that.

The facility is well-maintained. The staff appears to engage with the residents and are supportive. My mother is pleased overall with the food. She is encouraged to participate in activities and seems to enjoy them. The room size and layout appears to be just right for her needs. My mother is in a supportive environment both emotionally and with her physical surroundings. [name removed] was an amazing support for me thru this process and guided me so that I had the knowledge to make an informed decision.

I think it was a lovely place. It was so clean and organized, the people were friendly, and I was very impressed with the experience of touring and seeing all the activities available to the seniors. I actually rated it my favorite one among 4 that I visited. To me, it felt intimate and caring! Thank you!

The tour was very nice, however there are a few things I need and this did not have. I would prefer a balcony or screen porch and I thought the rooms were small.

I really like Legend! The staff is great and care is good! My mom loves the food and her room is clean every time I've been there. I have no complaints whatsoever.
