We love The Windsor. They have been extraordinary with my dad (although he is miserable-- having nothing to do with them). The are extremely attentive and are taking very good care of him. He's not always easy, and they are very patient and understanding with him. He actually raves about the staff and the care that he's getting and has said on numerous occasions that the staff couldn't be any nicer or more accommodating. For us (the rest of the family working with them) they've been wonderful, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

It's wonderful. We are highly satisfied. The property is gorgeous and very clean. Everyone there is so kind and friendly. I'm there at least twice a week and everyone I've met, the med techs, aids, housekeeping, dining room staff, is great. The food is great! You definitely won't go hungry here. They have multiple activities going on for the residents every day. They even had a prom and my loved one was crowned prom king. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Outstanding at every turn. [name removed] is the PERFECT hostess to showcase The Gables. She showed great depth of knowledge and compassion for those of us entering the need for transition of our lifestyle to accommodate the challenges of aging :-)

Hemsley House exceeded my expectations with the personal care and attention that the staff provides for my dad.

I couldn't be more pleased with McCandless of Ridgecrest. My loved one fought going there tooth & nail. The staff assured me that she would change her attitude in a few months. It took a little longer to adjust but she has made friends & has 2 besties that she pals around with. Participates in activities and has had dramatic improvements in her cognitive and physical abilities. I can't express how grateful I am for the care she receives.

The hospitality of the staff is tremendous. The place smells good, especially for the type of care that is provided.

The place was above expectations. It is on the top end of price but the facility is worth the extra in my option. The staff was very nice and attentive.

I would give a 5 on all of them. My MIL was only there a month when she passed. They treated her very well. They made sure she met people. Food was good when I ate there. My MIl has lived in the Veradon IL and Bella rose in Tulsa. They were subpar on many things. Food was degrading so for her to say the food was good it was. During her passing they were so compassionate to her and us.

Apt is very nice Staff keeps it clean with daily garbage removal & weekly dusting/sweeping. Any maintenance issues are promptly service. Laundry is done weekly and is promptly returned. In-house medical team is very attentive and always nice. Other staff/aides also seem very genuine. Meals are good, but a bit redundant. A lot of chicken & fish entrees, but Mom has mentioned that 'beef/steak' is rarely served. Still table service is prompt & daily 'alternatives' are always available.

Windsor Of Bradenton was an awesome place for my mom, she was only there three months before she passed. The director [Name Removed] was outstanding. I know[Name Removed] has left and no longer there. They were very nice and good to my mom. They provide provided services to my mom that she didn't want it but the team at Windsor knew that she needed. They weren't perfect however they were very good to my mom. 5 My mom had some health issues and they had limited nursing capability. We were able to work through most of them in between she was at a Heritage rehabilitation. Mom got sick and needed care that my brother and I were not able to provide. I live over 500 miles away.... mom would not leave Florida. Windsor of Bradenton was a prefect match for mom, not a huge structure about 50 persons living there.

The staff is very friendly, the place is clean and the food is very good. I don't have any comments about what could be improved.

I had an excellent visit and tour here. [Name Removed] was awesome, [Name removed] competent and very helpful. The residents I encountered all seemed very happy and content. The apartment choices were very good and well suited to my mother. The staff support outside connections and facilities top notch.

My mom only lived there less than one month but I have nothing but wonderful things to say about all of the staff. Everyone there is so caring and genuine about their feelings towards the residents there. My mom is now in hospice care at the hospital so we don't have much more time with her. I would highly recommend Legend on Mingo to anyone looking for a clean, wonderful assisted living center for their loved ones.

The staff has been great from the day we moved her in until now. And very friendly. Her room is kept clean. They encourage participation in activities and mealtime.

They were wonderful and I moved my father in 4 days after we toured. I would recommend.

The place is clean and bright. The rooms are great. we will be sending my mom there. Hopefully she will thrive. The resident s look lively. Other homes people were sitting in wheelchairs doing nothing.

The administrative staff are amazing!

Staff friendly, we liked the room, needed updates because it looked worn so chose a different assisted living

Everyone was most welcoming, friendly and very helpful. I decided to go with them. I would recommend them.
