The Gables so far is definitely a five out of five. I thought I was getting my dad the best care at Brookdale Bayshore but it pales in comparison to what he's getting at The Gables. The staff is excellent, super friendly and attentive. The facility is spotless, very clean. They don't mix up his laundry with other residence belongings like they did at [removed facility]. The food is better and they come and remind him to go to the dining room every day. They obviously offer more care since they have higher licensure. So far I really just can't say enough about it.

5 for all. My experience was the best all round. If I were ready to go into an assisted living that is the one I would pick. Staff was Friendly and caring. Went out of their way to make my relative and myself comfortable and welcome. All areas were kept extremely clean.

Staff makes us feel at home and I know mom is well taken care of. I highly recommend!

Staff has been extremely helpful, genuinely caring about residents, food is exceptional with many choices and daily specials. Only thing lacking is ethnic cuisine, such as Chinese or Mexican. Apartment is well laid out, plenty of room given it's not a private home.

The place is like living in a high end complex! Gorgeous look and feel to the place. Very modern and clean looking. Residents are super friendly and all seem super happy! The apartments are very spacious with high ceilings and balcony.

Staff was able to answer all questions. Facility was clean and in good condition. Lots of amenities with a variety of choices I talked to some of the residents and they were pleased with their stay.

[name removed] who took us on the tour was so friendly and kind. She gave us a thorough tour and answered all of our questions. The rooms were beautifully decorated. The gift of a pie was an added delight. I was thoroughly impressed with the beauty of each room. The staff were all very caring and knowledgeable as well.

I recently toured this facility for possible placement for a loved one. The staff are friendly and helpful. The facility it self is clean, well maintained, and has a good feel. Unfortunately my loved needs a higher level of care.

Legend of Lititz is a very nice place, all the staff there are very nice, friendly and helpful. My dad is very happy there. I would suggest that other families may find Legend of Lititz a good place for their love ones.

We picked them because of the location. It met our loved one's needs.. I would recommend to others.

The staff and administrators are personable and nice. They always want to know if you need anything or how can they help. My family member is very happy and satisfied with her new home.

The staff is always pleasant and on hand. Communication with staff is easy and answers quickly. No complaints from dining area, socialization and personal care.

My mom love it a lot , I have already told several people. All is going great so far. As long as everything goes good, I will always praise that place. They've done amazing work.

It's always clean, staff are friendly and helpful, the food is very good and they get a choice at each meal. It's small enough to get acquainted with people quickly. They have activities every day. The residents seem engaged and happy.

Overall experience is a 5 due to [name removed] and [name removed] . The place is clean and doesn't have the usual smell. [name removed] transparency in the initial contact and discussions was Awesome, [name removed] help with the LTC plan and filing was awesome. These women kept me sane during a very stressful time.. There have been bumps but they always work with me. The head nurse was unhelpful with the LTC plan and the manager had to engage. Meals are better than most but I understand how difficult it is. Activities are a 5 if she would only use them... but that's not on the facility they have them... the pricing is in market value and the facility is nicer than market

They have been Great with my mother in law. The food is Good. It's a very peaceful place. My mother-in-law does not participate much in the activities, which upsets me. I wish she would be more involved! But that has nothing to do with the place that is just the way she is!!
