My Mom has a queen size bed, dresser,nightstand and table in her room and there is plenty of room. We brought in a mini frig and tea pot. I have seen microwaves in some of the other rooms. # It is always clean. # I am there at least 2-3 times a week and it is always clean and friendly.

Activities are lower than when we first came because they lost their activity person. They just hired another one that will be done with training in a couple of weeks. My experience with the office staff has been awesome. They are so kind and easy to communicate with. The staff that provide daily personal care; toileting, dressing, washing has been good, I believe this is an area where staffing has been an issue too. Many truly kind people that are helping with this part of care but I believe they are stretched thin in this area. Grandma's apartment is perfect for her needs, everything works well and feels homey.
