We were pleased with the facilities appearance, cleanliness, and atmosphere. The staff looked happy and engaged with their duties. The residences all seemed relaxed and pleasant as well. The agent who answered our questions seemed genuinely caring and was very thorough in answering our concerns and questions.

The staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable and helped us with all our concerns and questions. The facility is in very good order and has many options for residents to lead an active life.

We were very grateful for all of the staff and their patience! Proximity to Cumberland Woods Village was a priority. Activities, amenities and dining were all satisfactory for our resident!

The sales department gave me a tour of the available rooms. I have chosen a room with an extra large closet/den. We had a delicious lunch. I paid the entrance fee and expect to move in soon. Everyone was positive and friendly. I'm looking forward to the many activities and services offered. Crescent Fields has an excellent staff and manageable fees.

Staff was wonderful to work with and answered all our questions. We were given two tours of the rooms and the facility in general.

This facility is clean, bright and well laid out. This facility provides multiple areas for residents to mingle including a large outside area.

Overall, the care is very good, and the staff is great. We are happy with the experience. The room size is great, and she is very happy there. The food is okay.

Dad just moved in recently. The staff are all very nice. The move-in was seamless.

When we entered Hemsley House there was a sign welcoming us on the reception desk with our names. [name removed] was more than informative and welcoming. He gave us an excellent overview, broke down the costs involved, then gave us a tour of the facility. We did not encounter one person on our tour that wasn’t smiling. He called the following day to thank us for coming, and asked if we had any questions or concerns after we left. The entire experience was great.

I really like it here. The staff is wonderful—always friendly, helpful, and respectful. There are activities available all day, seven days a week, which makes it easy to stay engaged and active. The food is excellent, and our apartment is spacious and comfortable. Overall, everyone here creates a welcoming and respectful environment that feels like home.
