[name removed] and [name removed] were fantastic sales representatives. We loved the location, cleanliness, and the friendly residents / staff. We are excited to have our loved one live in such a wonderful community.

Rivermont was fantastic! The staff was wonderful, very welcoming and helpful. My mom's apartment was warm, and inviting, had new carpet, lots of storage, and a full kitchen. The food was great and they had lots of great activities. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place for their parent or loved one.

The staff are very friendly and treat the residents like they are part of the family. They are resident-focused, if there is an issue, the listen and make adjustments as needed. My Brother in Law is so thankful we found this for him.

My sister and I toured Prairie House, and it was very nice. Everything about the facility looks brand new. The lady that took us on the tour was so helpful and answered all our questions even ones that we did not know to ask! We were looking at memory care and she showed us two apartments for memory care, one was unfurnished the other was like a model they had furnished. While going around we would run across staff and all would greet us with a smile. We even ran into the resident director and he stopped and talked with us. Everything about Prairie House was so nice and the location is great for us, all other facilities have a very high bar to achieve.

Me and my siblings met with [name removed] who was so nice and was very caring about the whole process. The atmosphere is bright and pleasant and so clean. We felt very comfortable and confident that our Mom will love her new home. Thank you!

The staff seemed to genuinely care about our Mom and how she was doing. They worked to get to know her and her particular needs. The director was very attentive to our concerns and responded promptly to resolve a situation when there was a challenge with the suite mate. Unfortunately Mom's health failed and she was only able to be in the community for two weeks.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommended this facility to the POA of my friend and she signed a lease for my friend. I’ve visited my friend since and am still impressed with the facility.

Pleasantly surprised how much I liked it. It wasn’t overwhelming as to size and number of ppl. Loved the openness of the apartments. Activities were plentiful. Love having salon on site!

We really like it very much. Clean facility, very nice people, nice apartment, good food, social events, maintenance is included in the monthly rate. And most importantly, it is safe and transparent.

Renaissance is a fabulous place. It's working out great for my mother. The caregivers are very attentive and kind. The facility itself is beautiful and offers many activities. I would definitely recommend it.

I was very impressed with the overall cleanliness of the facility. The food was good and well prepared, and the staff were very caring, attentive, and professional. They made the environment feel welcoming and ensured everyone was well taken care of.

My mother chose Arbor House, Midwest City in July, 2025 to be her final home and she couldn’t have chose a better fit for her. The place was very nice and well kept both inside and the grounds outside. All the staff from the initial visit to her last day was so friendly, accommodating and compassionate. They all worked very hard and sometimes too hard. The aids especially seemed to need more help so they could accommodate the tenants without being in such a rush but over all everyone did their best. The relationship that the facility had with Mom’s hospice group made for such a better experience in her final days. I highly recommend this facility for anyone needing a special place for their loved ones.

It's fantastic, absolutely would recommend and have already. They're very helpful and compassionate- food is great, great community too.

The facility at dinner time smells amazing and the loved ones are served at the table... they all seem to enjoy the food. The staff knows the tenants well... always refers to them by their names. If your loved one needs help with anything they are more than happy to accommodate any need. They always help my mother in law find the ku games on her tv! Windsor place has exceeded our expectations! We feel very lucky to have found this place!

The building is relatively new and so everything is clean and fresh and well maintained! I would highly recommend the Azalea of Cinnaminson to anyone needing senior care.

The way the staff interacts with the residents is what stood out. I would recommend The Gables of Palm Harbor to others.

Lots of happy and content faces. Very clean and decorated in an uplifting manner. Many activities to keep yourself out of trouble. Seems safe and peaceful.
