When we entered Hemsley House there was a sign welcoming us on the reception desk with our names. [name removed] was more than informative and welcoming. He gave us an excellent overview, broke down the costs involved, then gave us a tour of the facility. We did not encounter one person on our tour that wasn’t smiling. He called the following day to thank us for coming, and asked if we had any questions or concerns after we left. The entire experience was great.

I love that even though it's an independent living senior living center they do put eyes on each person once a day and if no staff member has seen you they call your apartment or knock on your door - they do not give up looking for you until they see or speak to you!
