From what I see and my own experience with the staff I think we have a great staff. They are friendly, Helpful and they work hard. They are approachable. They listen and do what is needed. We love our staff. Some of the staff have been here for many years. They have a positive attitude and greet you with smile. They know who the residents are and call us by name. They provide various special events and activities. I feel safe in our community. They do a good job keeping the facility clean. I am thankful for this staff.

The Vero has provided my in-laws with the best experience in terms of healthcare, food taste, ability to get what they need, when they need it They are very happy, getting stronger, and participating in activities every day There really is no question, The Vero was definitely the place for them Also in terms of cost, all homes seem to be expensive and have hidden add on fees but at The Vero, the price is certainly worth their happiness The staff workers and servers know everyone by name and stop at our table over breakfast lunch and dinner to say hello to my in-laws Their weekly salon visit is a favorite, they like playing pool and bingo and going to an activity called brain games that is just fun for them, but also stimulates their mind They have coffee every morning in the bistro where they socialize with other coffee fans They love the musical entertainment as well as movies in the theatre with popcorn

Everything is great, we are very happy! All the help are very caring. My wife is very happy here!

The associate was an excellent tour guide. Crescent is clean, well appointed, with many services and recreation options. Staff and residents were very friendly. I am keeping Crescent at the top of my list while I consider my next step options.

[name removed] and [name removed] were fantastic sales representatives. We loved the location, cleanliness, and the friendly residents / staff. We are excited to have our loved one live in such a wonderful community.

Rivermont was fantastic! The staff was wonderful, very welcoming and helpful. My mom's apartment was warm, and inviting, had new carpet, lots of storage, and a full kitchen. The food was great and they had lots of great activities. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place for their parent or loved one.

The staff are very friendly and treat the residents like they are part of the family. They are resident-focused, if there is an issue, the listen and make adjustments as needed. My Brother in Law is so thankful we found this for him.

My sister and I toured Prairie House, and it was very nice. Everything about the facility looks brand new. The lady that took us on the tour was so helpful and answered all our questions even ones that we did not know to ask! We were looking at memory care and she showed us two apartments for memory care, one was unfurnished the other was like a model they had furnished. While going around we would run across staff and all would greet us with a smile. We even ran into the resident director and he stopped and talked with us. Everything about Prairie House was so nice and the location is great for us, all other facilities have a very high bar to achieve.

Me and my siblings met with [name removed] who was so nice and was very caring about the whole process. The atmosphere is bright and pleasant and so clean. We felt very comfortable and confident that our Mom will love her new home. Thank you!

The staff was fantastic. Attentive but not intrusive. PT people did wonders for my mom keeping her active. The only complaint was they often switched menu items with out notice.

I was touring Sunrise of North Wales looking for respite care. The director I met with was very friendly and helpful. The community appears to be clean and bright. The apartment I was shown was very nice. It was spacious and looked very comfortable for a “home away from home” for a few weeks. The employees I met were all kind.

The staff seemed to genuinely care about our Mom and how she was doing. They worked to get to know her and her particular needs. The director was very attentive to our concerns and responded promptly to resolve a situation when there was a challenge with the suite mate. Unfortunately Mom's health failed and she was only able to be in the community for two weeks.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommended this facility to the POA of my friend and she signed a lease for my friend. I’ve visited my friend since and am still impressed with the facility.

Pleasantly surprised how much I liked it. It wasn’t overwhelming as to size and number of ppl. Loved the openness of the apartments. Activities were plentiful. Love having salon on site!

I found the facility very clean and modern. The memory care area was very bright and inviting. The staff looked very engaged with the residents which they seem to be very appreciated.

10's across the board. We've been very impressed. Whenever we stop by, without even having to ask staff tells us where our mom is. She also is in a happier place mentally. And the hair salon did an amazing job!

We really like it very much. Clean facility, very nice people, nice apartment, good food, social events, maintenance is included in the monthly rate. And most importantly, it is safe and transparent.

Renaissance is a fabulous place. It's working out great for my mother. The caregivers are very attentive and kind. The facility itself is beautiful and offers many activities. I would definitely recommend it.

I was very impressed with the overall cleanliness of the facility. The food was good and well prepared, and the staff were very caring, attentive, and professional. They made the environment feel welcoming and ensured everyone was well taken care of.
