Arbor House was a very nice facility. My mother enjoyed her time there. Unfortunately, she passed away in February. They were all very helpful and kind.

We (her children) are very happy with my mother’s care at The Heartis in Yardley PA. She resides in the memory care wing. My mom likes all the caregivers. She especially feels that Thaj is her personal body guard and always feels safe when he’s around. My mom also mentions [name removed] frequently because my mom knows things turn out all right when [name removed] is around. TY all at The Heartis for being welcoming and compassionate.

So happy to see my mom Happy! She is safe, cared for by the amazing staff in assisted living and most importantly she is smiling again.

Everyone is so nice and happy. So many activities taking place. I can finally play poker again! Before I could not drive and socialize. Now all I have to do is walk to the game room and hang out with my new neighbors.

This facility is a great place. There is always someone to talk to if there is a problem. Everyone is friendly especially the nurses and the front desk. There is always something for mom to do and often enclose us, her family. We are very happy here.

Our mom is getting great care at TheLanding Memory Care. Caregivers remind her and make sure she gets to meals. Which most meals she seems to enjoy. If she doesn't like something they offer her something else. They help her get cleaned up and get dressed. Laundry is kept up well. They change bedsheets and clean room once a week. They check on her at least every 2 hours day and night. Plenty activities going on. Mom doesn't participate in very many, but does some. All staff are nice and friendly towards mom. They also communicate to family when needed. Couldn't have asked for better care. Glad we picked The Landing for mom.

The management of Rivendell is caring, concerned, communicative and focused on ensuring loving care of my father. I could not ask for better care from the unit staff. They know him and always go the extra mile to ensure that he is safe and that he feels loved.

Our loved one has since passed but she loved it there, and we loved your staff. The Landing of O'Fallon was outstanding. They have a beautiful foyer but not opulent, kind receptionist, helpful, staff knew residents names sitting in halls or lobby really the personal touch. Like you were part of the family

My mom has been in assisted living at the landings for two years. She loves the staff, the activities, the food and the lovely grounds where she can walk or sit with friends. She enjoys the exercise classes, concerts and church services. We love that she is enjoying herself and is not just well taken care of, but loved. The landings has been a God send. Truly

We have been looking for places to put my grandpa for awhile to help further his help. We were having issues with the current place even caring about him or what he did. We visited a few and came to love this one! They welcomed him with open arms and have provided such great care so far. Even for the extra price we love what they do. The staff seems more then willing to do everything they can to make him happy.

The staff at The Landing are kind and caring. They work hard to provide wonderful opportunities for you and your family to share with your loved one, such as Family Fun nights, happy hours, bbqs, and holiday meals.

I’ve been very happy with the whole experience from helping to move in to visiting! The facility is very clean and the staff have always been friendly. The value you get for the facility is great and would highly recommend.

The workers at the facility are helpful and friendly. They always greet us in a friendly manner. If we ever have a concern about our Mom, they will listen and either take care of the issue or they will relay the information to the staff member that handles the specific issue.

It has been a great fit for my mother. Some hurdles with the activities bus which have since been resolved. The staff members are very engaged with residents and pleasant. Meals are good. Activities director is top notch.

We were looking for an assisted living facility for a special needs family member that needs assistance with her ADLs. She had lived independently for years with remote help but had a sudden medical emergency that left her unable to be independent. The staff is very caring and good at helping her transition to accepting help. Her fierce sense of independence worried us because she has never wanted to be dependent on anyone. They are great at discerning her moods and tailoring their approach to her to help her maintain her dignity.

I am so grateful that A Place For Mom recommended Crescent Fields to me when I was looking to place my husband. I felt like I was walking into a beautiful hotel! Every possible amenity that you could think of is already here! The tour that I was given and the way I was welcomed convinced me that this was the best place for my husband. Sure, there have been a few kinks that had to be worked out but the management and staff have gone above and beyond to help us and now, after only a few months, my husband is comfortable and content! The staff is friendly and everyone has a smile. My husband's apartment is spacious with lots of closets. A little more staffing would be an asset and more food choices would be nice, but we are seeing improvements in those areas. The rent is affordable. We know we made the right choice!

Harbor Chase was a very well run customer oriented facility. Now that it has changed hands the residents will wait and see where it goes in the future. It’s too early to make an assessment of the Gables of Jacksonville under new management/ ownership.

We were running out of choices for my Mom who has dialysis three times a week. I spoke with The Legends at Council Road, and they were willing to accept Mom. The Legends has a Caring Staff, great food selections, and a very clean facility. They offer all types of activities for their residents, and I would highly recommend The Legend at Council Road for your loved one.
