I value expedient responses, they demonstrate CARE. From the first call, Front Desk Mgr answered, went back to the front desk and returned my call. She left a vmessage for Sales Representative, she returned my call within 45 minutes...it was 7:20pm! I had an appointment for a tour at 1:30 the very next day. Very professional. Acclaim is smaller complex, beautifully appointed, bright, elegant and has a cheerful ambiance. A dedicated wall to Veterans, a fabulous dinning room, linens and a greeting at the entrance, and much more. The suite was the perfect solution for my husband's personal needs and social engagement needs. As well as allows for our VA HH provider 4 days per week. Since they have been very attentive to a fall, and all our requests. I have peace of mind knowing he is safe and has people around him who really CARE.

I had the pleasure of meeting both [names removed], Community Sales Directors, as we explored options for my brother who needed assisted living care and accommodations. These ladies went above and beyond to keep me informed of all availabilities, incentives, levels of care and cost, and amenities offered for those needing special assistance. I encourage anyone to take a tour of Atria's at Cranberry Woods and talk to either of these ladies. I'm sure you will be as impressed as I was. As an RN, care is uppermost in my mind and they arranged for me to speak with their Resident Care Director who answered all of my questions. I believe the residents of Atria's have not only a beautiful place to live but a caring place in which to build friendships and have a quality lifestyle. I toured with my wife for my Mother in Law, who currently lives out of state. From the first encounter everyone was friendly and [name removed] listened and helped to make us feel comfortable throughout the visit. The building smelled fresh and we were shown the garden room where we know she would spend lots of her time. When the time comes for her to make the move, we will definitely have Legend as the first pick!

I am currently a resident at The Stonehaven and everything about my experience here has been great so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff, care services, meals and activities are also great. Based on my experience, I would recommend The Stonehaven to others, especially for their Memory Care.

What we really like about the Rosewood Assisted Living community is the Catholic Services that are offered. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

This facility has wonderful staff who take the time to know residents personally. They are skilled, friendly, and compassionate. The activities available daily are varied and enjoyable from WIi Bowling, crafts, and game nights to exercise classes and movie matinees. The decor and ambience of the building feels like a community, not an institution. I have wish we had found Park West sooner!

Making this important move was so much more manageable due to the staff at Legends. They are responsive, flexible, engaged, and they genuinely care about the well being of our Mom, as she moved into Assisted Living. The facility is the best one we saw; airy and beautiful! Mom is 95 and lived alone in her own home until this move. Now she enjoys meals and interaction with others, and has enjoyed a few evenings in one of the rocking chair on the shady front porch. Highly recommend Legends!

My parents have settled in very nicely at Heartis. My dad was very apprehensive but seems to be very happy. My mom went to a tea in Lansdale as an activity and had a very enjoyable day. They are enjoying happy hour and the entertainment. They also like Sunday Brunch and the food overall. They also are using the exercise facility and my mom is taking some exercise classes. They are also enjoying trivia and the bake and take. We had a family funeral last week and they were excited to get back for the afternoon entertainment. It’s nice to see them happy and it’s a relief for us as they don’t have any stairs. Thank you for all your help and patience.

We gave the value for cost a 4 only because it is a little steep for us, but competitive for the accommodations market price. A place for mom gives nothing but the best recommendations for our price range. And always kept up with us on our feedback. Nothing bet the best. Thank you!

My husband died just two weeks and two days after moving to Park West. He had both Alzheimer's and vascular dementia. Even though the time was short, we were pleased with the respect and care that he received while there. They were able to take my husband when I got turned down by many. Their separate memory care building was the perfect place.

My loved one is a resident at Meadowood Assisted Living and Memory Care and overall the experience has been great. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff is great. The care services and meals are good. The value for cost is good, it is expensive but worth it. I would recommend this facility to others.

My loved one was previously a resident at The Windsor of Venice and the overall experience was great. The Memory Care section was awesome. The staff was amazing about taking care of my loved one! I would recommend this facility to others.

My loved one is currently a resident at Crescent Fields at Huntingdon Valley and the experience has been great. This facility is wonderful and everything has been excellent for my loved one and for our family. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were needing to find a possible memory care location with immediate availability. Staff was very thoughtful and willing to assist with helping schedule.

I have had more than a handful of discussions, admittance decisions, research and understanding everything I can learn about Memory Care units to include Legend at Rivendell. Unequivocally Legend is far ahead of the many I have observed; certainly, tremendous credit goes to those employed at Legend Memory Care at Rivendell. At the risk of failing to name an individual, please know I was thoroughly impressed with [names removed] [name removed], Residence Director. He epitomizes the aforementioned qualities in my opening paragraph. I know he is committed to the enrichment of an individual's late stages of life, including how and what it takes to make a difference in that life. A quality environment at Legend is [name removed]major focus. Please note my thoughts of [name removed] also include [name removed], Sales Manager. She not only sells Legend, she lives it with vitality and a commitment to help anyone considering Legend.

I moved my mother here about 7 months ago into one of the units that they call neighborhoods. She was alone at home for so long that I was so surprised that she made friends when she first moved in. I am so happy that SHE is happy.

Beautiful Facility -it is clean & has a 50's diner, bar, movie theater, game room, salon and so much more. What sets Azalea apart is the staff compassionate, friendly and knows their residents by name. The residents are friendly and interact with all levels of care in a respectful and friendly manner. Love this place!

Educate yourselves to the extent possible in regard to terminology, their specific financial options, and what the patient actually wants in terms of late-life care. Then, don't be afraid to lean (even heavily) on your APFM rep. Mine was great at explaining what I didn't know, and in getting me into a proper mode of thinking. My mom was NOT terribly cooperative throughout the entire process, but she's back home now because of the excellent advice I received.

Staff is very accommodating, [name removed] went out to the rehabilitation facility to see her and check on her, as of yesterday she had moved to Georgia with her daughter, she is declining rapidly and the Windsor couldn't accommodate her needs anymore, she went to [facility name removed] to walk better and didn't do any better so they had to release her, so not by choice but my mother in laws doing with her actions and constant complaining we are now in the situation where her daughter took her in. Windsor is a very nice small facility, rooms are very nice, I have nothing but praise for them with what they have to deal with daily.
