The ratio of staff to patients was very good. The staff was very caring to the patients. If you needed any information about your loved one. It was accessible from the staff at any time. The food was good. Dads teeth were not able to chew the firm vegetables and meat. They were supposed to accommodate for that. By substituting softer meats. He also needed some assistance in feeding himself at times.

After touring several memory care facilities, this one was so refreshing. It was clean, staff was friendly, they provided structure, routine and activities throughout the day. Upon arrival, my mom was given a "welcome basket" with her favorite treats. Staff helped move her personal belongings to her room. We are two months in...She has settled in, made friends, enjoys the activities and everyone knows her name. She has the fastest wheelchair in her community and everyone loves her red lipstick.

My dad complains about meals coming out cold when it should be hot to warm, especially when he's asked for it to be hot. He says they are improving in that area, but he still gets things like cold, scrambled eggs, or lukewarm coffee. t's a great community friendly staff like I said the only issue that my dad has reported is the cold food if it wasn't for that it would get a 10 out of 10.

They are wonderful and my mother is safe and cared for. Everything you want for a 96 year old person! Safe, warm and comfortable. You sent me there for a tour... prettiest facility and best salesperson.

value for cost is terribly difficult to answer. It costs a lot each month but i have few complaints. The staff is kind and attentive and available to do whatever needs done. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far

My family toured several assisted living facilities in Tampa, Florida. The food and dining room was better than the other facilities. The most important thing was the genuine caring from every staff member we met. Unlike most other facilities, residents were in common areas interacting with each other and participating in a variety of daily activities. The grounds are beautiful. Resident units and common areas are nice and well maintained. Big plus for us was continuum of care. My dad has a short walk from Assisted Living to visit my mom in Memory Care. Memory has a transitional section with a live courtyard and covered porch. The staff is exceptional - highly recommend!

After touring several facilities that offer memory care facilities, I chose to place my mom at The Remington of McCandless. The environment is beautiful and staff is friendly. My decision to place my mom there came after I toured The Remington during lunchtime. It was the only facility I toured that had a livelier and engaging lunchtime between staff and the residents. I'm excited for all of the abundant and meaningful activities that will be available for my mom to participate in.

Mom likes the residents, aide staff and most of the meals. She enjoys the indoor activities for the most part. Every employee is very kind and helpful to her. I love the place but of course, she misses her home which is not their fault.

We were attracted to them because of the staff and the activities they provided for the residents I would recommend it. But be aware of add on prices for med care/administering costs.

The Windsor has great caring staff. The facility is very clean and allows anyone to visit at any time. The staff is willing to listen to concerns. The size of the memory care unit is small (14) suites and is the best environment for my husband. Other facilities that have large residence is too much to adapt to.

I would give a 5 to all but overall experience. Here I would give a 3. When they decided not to accept my daughter back after rehab, I should have received a call from management to explain why and given more time to react. It was not handled in a professional way. Person making decision did not even see my daughter after fall. One reason they gave was that if they had been in charge they wouldn't have accept her in the first place. She was there a year and the current director has been there for a few months. She knew [name removed] and all her needs.

Legend of Broomfield Assisted Living has been a fantastic place for my loved one, and I highly recommend it. Apple Blossom has a lot to offer and the staff is responsive. Met some residents both in the independent living units and some in the assisted living facility and they all seem genuinely happy. They offer a large restaurant, movie theater, hair salon, and lots of different activities. Still early on the journey getting accustomed, but impressed so far and feel quite happy & comfortable with my parents moving here.

Mom really enjoys the many activities they have here. The staff is wonderful very caring and attentive. The place is extremely clean and very comfortable. Mom moved in about 1 month ago. And feels very good. Rooms are nice size. Food is good she enjoys the 3 meals a day

All is good at Azalea. I have been here for one full year and I have nothing bad to say. I would recommend Azalea to my closest friends.

Place has a great reputation for cleanliness, friendly staff and a caring environment. Elders feel safe and like family. Staff are attentive and able to answer questions in a professional manner. Building is clean and inviting.

very good place. I recently visited during a holiday event and everything was wonderful. It was nice to see everyone enjoying time with family and friends. they had a buffet of desserts and music. thank you to the staff for putting together a great evening

I'd definitely recommend this community for anyone looking for family. I am helping a friend. Everyone, including residents I met were very welcoming. The apartments are spacious and some even have access to a private patio overlooking a beautiful courtyard. I'd love to move in myself!

I currently work here and I am happy to say that my coworkers help as much as possible to keep our residents happy, healthy, comfortable, and more. Management shows their care for the residents and many staff make sure to take time to get to know the residents. We want our residents to feel at home here. I personally treat residents as if they and their family were my own and give them the best I can every day I work here with a smile on my face.
