What we like the most about Sunrise of Upper St. Clair is that it is very clean and friendly staff. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Everyone is friendly + helpful. Place is calm + peaceful. Everyone is engaged + doing something entertaining.

All fives. I haven't seen Dad this happy in years! The menu and quality of meals is very good. Dad has made lots of new friends including residents and staff members. He talks about the activities and looks forward to them.

The good folks at Crescent Fields have been a breath of fresh air! I went to visit a family member and was happy to see how accommodating and friendly the staff was. The warm welcome we received seems to be the norm as other visitors have shared similar sentiments. If you’re looking for a place where you can trust that your loved one is in good hands, look no further than Crescent Fields.

Everyone at The Windsor at LWR has been wonderful. The staff is caring, the food is good, the environment is kept beautifully and clean. When something is broken it gets fixed right away. I highly recommend.

The activities get a 5++++. The activities director, [name removed]. The excellent care of the nursing staff. The variety of activities and special events that incorporated so many of the residents. The only reason I put 4 on cleanliness is that they are having a bit of trouble with dry traps in the empty rooms in one section but they are working on it. Otherwise, it smells like a home, not a nursing facility. Something we really appreciated!

When looking for a place for my aunt to spend her last years I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They worked with our time frame and made my aunt feel special when she arrived. When she had a health issue they responded quickly and notified me right away. The building is kept clean and my aunt says the food is the best.

I would rate them all 5, except the food which I have not eaten but heard could use improvement. The staff, mainly dealt with [name removed], was fantastic. He was the main contact for questions or concerns. The building is beautiful, the staff is friendly. It is a change for the renter, and does take some time to adjust to living somewhere new.

The Windsor has a fantastic and inviting atmosphere. They provide excellent care and communicate needs and keep you informed of the people in their care.. Dining room service and food prep is wonderful. Maintenance staff very friendly and efficient.

We were looking for a place near our house for a relative moving from out of town and the team did an amazing job helping to explain the process and facilitate our move. Upon arrival, everyone was very nice - checked in to ensure all was going well and helped to make introductions to the other residents for our family member. We appreciate the support.

I used to be a placement advisor and have visited several communities in the Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch areas. The Windsor of Lakewood Ranch is very clean and has a great staff of people-many who have worked there for years. It is family owned and operated, and has had the same company in charge the entire 20 years and that is rare to find. The building and grounds are well maintained and inside had a recent remodel and it looks great! This company invests in their community, its residents, their families, and their team. It is also nestled in the heart of Lakewood Ranch with lots Restaurants, shops, and Publix within walking distance, and Lakewood Ranch. Medical Center is only a block away. Great location for families living in Lakewood Ranch.

The staff was fantastic! They were all very caring and genuinely concerned for my Dad until he passed away. Even then, several came to the room for a moment of silence and express condolences.[name removed] in the office is a superstar

Staff was great, she was in memory care and they were nice . It was very nice and they helped her with getting in quickly ! At first we were not aware she needed the memory care but they assessed her and it was the right move.

The staff was the best part - but everybody was except for the general manager who's no longer there. It was a lady. He was in memory care, not assisted living, but they were very nice size rooms. The memory care was very, very nice and then the assisted-living is even nicer and they do lots of activities.

Everyone has been very supportive and helpful. The staff is friendly and helps my mom anyway possible. The activities really give them something to do to keep them active.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about te Windsor. The staff has been great keeping me in the know of what’s going on with my mother. They communicate on a regular basis. I was disappointed however to discover the director [name removed] is no longer employed there.,. He was the person who sold me on moving my mother there. The news of his dismissal hit me hard. I’ve eaten with her there several times and the food is excellent.

From the moment my sisters and I walk through the doors I knew Azalea was a great place to be. We were greeted by [name removed] who went over all they facility had to offer. I don't want to even call it a facility because this place is it's own little town inside the building. She gave us a tour and I was blown away. All of the staff were so nice and accommodating. [name removed] is one of the nurses and she went to bat for my Uncle about some issues we encountered with rehab he was coming from. If you recommend Azalea to anyone tell them to go on YouTube and watch the video. Because if my Uncle's resources he had to pay out of pocket, but it's worth every dime. [name removed] was so concerned about my Uncle that she's still communicating with me about how he's doing Again, I can't say enough great things about Azalea if I could give 10 stars I would. This is what Assisted living should be!!!! Hopefully at some point my uncle may be able to go back. We're keeping our fingers crossed.

My cousin declined before she arrived there, and her decline continued. She was only there for 10 days before she passed. But the staff provided great care and were so kind. They did everything they could to help her. I am very grateful for their kindness and care.

Apple Blossom creates a very homey and caring environment for my brother. Staff are always available if I have a question. I'm grateful for inhouse medical check ups and physical therapy sessions. I appreciate being able to join with my brother in many on site activities: sing alongs, trivia time, worship service, chair yoga and others. Oh and holiday meals or picnics are so delicious and beautifully presented.

We chose Legen of Lititz because of the cleanliness, proximity to my house, and availability of space. The first day- onboarding process needs work. They need a process: I brought her into her room and then had to flag down an aide to take over. I felt like I was abandoning her- no good transfer. The facility did recommend that no one visit her for a few days, which makes sense but the hand- off could have been much better.
