Staff was wonderful, the facility very well kept, And most of all everyone was dedicated to caring for my loved one!

Overall we have been pleased with Ridgecrest formerly Atria. My mom is as happy there as she could be without being in her own home. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would definitely recommend this community to other families.

Highly recommend. I never worry about my mom. That means so much to me. They provide excellent care and the food is delicious. The new director called to introduce herself on the phone and wanted feedback from me on likes and dislikes. I was so impressed From the nurse to the CNA’s, it’s nothing but great. They are gentle, kind and truly love my mom. My Mom has been at Heartis for almost 2 years and it keeps getting better and better.

We chose Willow Bend because it was not crazy expensive like some others and it had single rooms available. It is a great facility.

The Landing of OFallon Memory Care is much better than other places my father has stayed. The staff really care. They know my Dad and have brought up issues to me with his health even before I would notice. Night and Day difference in the management and how they respond to the families. I also enjoy the activities they have for residents that include family members.

My aunt moved in to Heartis Bucks last month. We have had a fantastic experience so far. There is a new director and a few new nurses. She has lots of options for each meal and for things to participate in every day. Would recommend!!

The Landing has been very good for my mom. The staff is very caring and willing to listen. Overall we are pleased with our choice to move her there. I believe housekeeping needs to improve in the dusting of her apartment. Thank you.

[name removed] has been a great asset taking care of my dad. She is caring and checks in on him multiple times a day. Goes above and beyond. They have mutual respect for each other. So glad she's someone we can depend on.

The staff are well qualified and perform well at their position. Some staff are not as friendly as most others are, and are willing to help when needed. Staffing is a problem in some areas, as what seems to be a common problem with many companies .

They truly care about our loved one when we go to events with her, we can easily see this. The comments they make re so loving and I feel their true love

I am the son in law and this decision was even hard for me. My wife and myself were turning into caregivers for my father in law. Everyone kept saying to us, do not feel guilty, this is the best thing for everyone. After 6 months we know that this is true. My father in law is living his best life! My wife and I are now back to being family again, rather than the caregiver.

I toured this facility twice; and both times I left with the same great impression. My dad needs memory care right now, and unfortunately for us - they are full. It does not surprise me that the memory care is full - as its so beautiful. The caregivers are so kind and patient. We are on the waiting list, we both hope something opens up soon!

My sister relocated from Phoenix two months ago. I felt responsible in selecting a new “home” for her in Lawrence. The Windsor of Lawrence was a perfect choice. It’s in a lovely residential area., one story and only 60 rooms. Her window in her apartment looks over a beautiful enclosed area with a pavilion, Many residents spend time outside enjoying the view and visiting with friends. My sister lives it because she watches the turtles and residents’ small dogs. After living in the desert, she is delighted with all the greenery.The staff is great and it is hard to call her because she is always “out”- exercising, or being engaged in some type of activity. She is happy- and I feel so relieved. I highly recommend Windsor Place. Oh- and she enjoys all of her meals.. it is wonderful knowing my sister is well taken care of, and is happy.

I recently moved my dad here from a different facility and I am so much happier now with Legends than I was at the other place. They made it so easy for me to transition here and I will definitely tell more families about making a change to Legends

I love The Windsor of Ocala. Having my sister there assures me she is living the best life considering her mental health. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families. All the staff I have encountered are so friendly and helpful. There are daily activities and/or entertainment. They take them on day trips, to museums, fishing, McDonald's, World Equestrian Center just to name a few.

[name removed] is one of the best. She has a caring nature and makes my me feel like I'm being listened to and hy opinions are valid and NEVER makes me feel like I'm a burden. She stops in when she knows I have a doctors appointment to check on any updates and gives me encouragement every day. I've built up a great relationship with her and i trust her completely. She's top notch!!
