Staff has a desire to see the residents enjoy their stay at the Windsor. When there are concerns, it's important to raise them to the staff. They are so good about responding. Our situation was a hard one. My mom was advancing so quickly in her dementia that it was nearly impossible for the staff to keep her safe and secure in her room, but they worked with her and did the best they could. The facility was well maintained and the staff was quick to respond to situations where there were facility issues in the room.

My dad is happier there. He has a caregiver's that he likes and they take care of him. He also has a favorite caregiver whose name is [name removed] and he always says "She's the best " When I go there his room is always clean and he's clean also.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Place was very clean. Staff was personal and caring. The staff was very helpful and compassionate when my mom passed.

I personally looked at several facilities. This was the last one I checked out because it was up the street from where I Lived. But as soon as I walked in for a tour I thought this is the place for my Mom. Friendly staff, and the administration was as though they knew us. They really went out of their way to make sure my Mother was comfortable. Mom is in the assistant part of the building, where I cannot say enough about the Nursing Staff wellness director, [name removed], she answered all my concerns and questions. The aids are caring and very loving with all the residents. There is so much there to do if u are interested. And I have to personally say the food at all the restaurants is really well. You need to visit yourself to get that wonderful comfortable feeling that I felt when I placed my Mother in Azalia.

What I appreciated most was the caring of the staff.

Lots of activities for the residents, from cooking to arts and crafts to games and happy hour. The staff is really friendly.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure my mother in law was acclimated to the facility. They have been very helpful in helping her settle in and we have reassurance that she is safe and well-cared for.

The Windsor Memory Care is a great facility. The staff were caring and ready to help in any way. The 14 units is the best in Lee County Florida. The food was good and the facility is clean and welcoming.

Our Mother moved to Arbor House in Norman this last year and overall it has been a very positive experience for her. We have found the staff to be friendly, caring and compassionate. Any questions or concerns that we have had are always addressed immediately. The facilty provides a very comfortable and safe environment with multiple activities offered weekly. We are happy that we decided to make this move for her and she truly feels at home.

My mom moved here after living with me for 6 years. I was concerned for her safety when my husband & I were out of town. She was resistant to moving out of my home until we visited. She thought it was beautiful and full of lovely residents and most importantly the staff! She has lived at Arbor House for 19 months & loves her “family at Arbor House”. The staff treats her with dignity and kindness. They treat me with TLC, too. They are attentive to every need! Arbor House could be Arbor Home because it is a loving, caring place! I’d list the staff by name but there are too many names to list in a review.

I had one meal there...an 'Introduction meal' when we were visiting. It was excellent. As for my Aunt, who is staying there...the meals are awful. Activities - They have a lot. My aunt is not a frequent participant, but I have not heard a complaint. My husband and I think the value is good. They are part of the Legends. If that helps. The building only has 2 floors high. The also have a memory challenged area separated and yet attached to the building. We did not tour that. My aunt is not happy there, mostly because of food and 'expense'. Well you have to know my aunt. My husband and I would be happy to live there if we lived in Jacksonville. It is a gem. I never met a nicer group and the employees seem to really enjoy working there. They put on an Easter egg hunt! Too bad we missed it. We watched them set it up One possible negative - they do not do medicaid patients.

I would rate all of them as 5 except quality of care. I would rate it 4 because the care team had difficulty managing her changing meds (we had to monitor) and some of the aides had to be called out for slow response times. It was immediately corrected when we brought it to the director's attention. In their defense our loved one is a difficult person and doesn't like being in any facility. I want it to reflect the fact that we chose it because of the overall feeling of comfort and welcome. After visiting multiple AL facilities Meadowood was the one that felt the most comfortable, welcoming and interested in keeping the family caregivers in the loop.

Once the staff got to know Mom and her quirks and routines, they could anticipate her needs. Communication has been good. When she transitioned from assisted living to memory care, the logistics of moving her things were a bit difficult. We weren't sure if she 'needed' to be moved yet, but it turned out to be ok.

We have been in the process of visiting AL community’s and had a wonderful tour with Legend at Mingo Road. [name removed] and [name removed] have gone out of their way to answer all questions and to support us as we navigated to find the right place for our mother. The facility is lovely with a homey feel. The team there seems very caring.

Care is very personalized. Mom was only there for respite for 1 month, but the staff really took the time to get to know her. There was a woman who worked in the dining room and also coordinated book club ([name removed]?), who was especially kind to Mom. [name removed] was awesome -- personable, caring, and dedicated to making the move in process as seamless as possible. He was always accessible and great at both following up and following through.

5 across the board (maybe 4 on the last question be cause it is pricey, only people who have planned well financially would be able to afford it.) Yes I would recommend Apple Blossom to other families based on the experience we have had

coming from Arkansas, it was a relief to see a facility like this one where they were caring for all of their people and had fun while doing it! I felt very comfortable and okay with leaving mom there and knew she would be WELL cared for!

the staff not only helped our best friends with their transition to memory care, but they really helped put us and their family at ease, too. If you can afford it, it's a pretty great place to be.

The Staff is Dynamic! The people in the Independetnt side are very kind, loving, considerate, very happy, keeps your spirits up! They have in hose cleaning, you can do your own washing of clothes, bedspreads or have your clothes items sent out. They have a little cafe to get coffee and water. The staff of the resturant does not refill it. The house has singers that come in to entertain, dance, sing. The entertainment committ e serves food, beer, wine at this event! Cold brew fridays! Very good The arts, crafts, bingo, shopping is awesome. Now. The downfall is the cafeteria"Perl" room. Very poor quailaty of food. Very small servings, cold when you receive it. Some of The waiters, waitresses, have really pour attitudes,because there may just be only one server on board. For all patrons and the office staff has to come in on their off ours to help serve. Poor,poor,Poor. Everything else is exquisite!

I recently took a tour of The Windsor Lakewood Ranch with staff member, [name removed]. It was evident she is very passionate about what she does to ensure residents have a place that feels like home. I wish my grandparents would have had an opportunity to be in a place like this when they needed assisted living!
