Be patient. Transition is hard. There are a lot of moving pieces and lots of staff to get to know your loved one. It doesn't happen in a week. There will be hiccups for the first month or so, no matter what facility you use.

I’ve lived here for a few months and Ive enjoyed it so far!! Ive made friends here. I go to church here and talk with people here and love that too. My apartment is comfortable. I’ve been able to meet the new residents coming in!

Met with [name removed]. Asked a lot of questions. She answered all of them. We’re on the waiting list but looking forward to moving there. Residents and staff make Windsor Pointe a very friendly community.

Nice facility, clean, excellent management team and attentive staff. Much better than the previous facility we were in.

Things that stood out to me the most are the caring staff and the clean facilities. The room size was adequate for the apartment and the food was good.

They are available and easy to reach. Yes, we would recommend them to other families and I have already done so

I was very pleased with the facility. It was very modern & clean. Lots of activities & meal choices for the residents. The apartment my mom has is very large with a balcony. She is adjusting very well. The staff are all very friendly & keep my brother & I updated on any concerns. All in all a great experience we had choosing this place.

We helped our uncle in finding an Assisted Living facility. He is happy with choice of Crescent Fields. The facility is beautiful and offers plenty of space and different places to spend time. The staff is attentive and take a personal interest in the residents. Our uncle raves about the food, and that is coming from a very discerning eater. There is always something to do. Overall we’d recommend Crescent Fields.

Excellent experience from first tour, moving in, organization of events, dining room experience and quality. Always well kept and very clean. Residents have daily updates and excellent event planner and monthly calendar! Facility people always available if needed. Laundry facilities very clean. Housekeeping great!

We moved my father in law to the Windsor at Ortega so he could be closer to family. We can't say enough about how much we love this place. Our experience has been amazing. The facility is pristine, the staff is so helpful and the food is lovely. I go and have dinner with him every other week or so and I love the food. He is really thriving there and we really love the facility.

The food is very good but they take a bit too long to serve it. The kitchen staff at times seems a little overwhelmed but overall they are pretty good. the facility is VERY clean. I constantly notice people vacuuming, dusting etc.

That it feels more like a nice hotel rather than a retirement home. The private rooms have upscale amenities and feel very homey

We toured many communities in the area and fell in love with Ridgecrest. The staff are all so friendly, it's new, it's clean and they have a ton of activities for my mom. She is living her best life. We love seeing her thrive!! They have been able to help her with all of her care needs as well. We have a great peace of mind knowing that she is being taking care of so well. I highly recommend this community.

Clean facility and my mom liked the apartment when she visited with me. Difficult to speak with nurse taking care of residents, apparently there is only one on the clock at a time. Billing questions/issues difficult to clear up sometimes.

A 5 on all of them. We had the best experience for our dad. So many of the staff members cried when he passed. They loved him and took care of him like he was their own.

The nursing staff was simply amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt so comfortable. My dad immediately took a turn for the worse and only ended up being there for 2 weeks before he passed, but they made sure we had everything we needed, 24/7. I can't say enough great things about them.

Very nice decor. Good food. Extremely helpful staff. Excellent price. Good location for my family. All good. Nothing negative to say.

The Windsor is like none other. They absolutely care about their residents. Would highly recommend them to other people. 10! They really work with you and the aging of your loved one.

My primary concerns at the time were location and needing an immediate placement. I also thought at the time that my loved one would eventually need memory care so the quality of the continuum of care was important to me. They were very supportive of both my loved one and myself, and addressed any issues with me by phone right away.

The staff is so friendly here. It’s always clean here. They help us go to the dining room. They are so helpful here and I enjoy living here. The other residents are lovely and I just enjoy them so much! So thankful to find this place!
