Med techs are conscientious, soothing, and dedicated. Front office staff and manage are interested in mom, providing feedback and enthusiastic. Activities director is energetic and engaging. Mom has gone from apprehension to enjoyment.

They have very nice people working there and so far they see very attentive to dad. He seems to like the meals and dining service. He hasn't said anything bad. They keep him active with the shuttle. He loves to go. hey really offer a lot. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

We were fortunate to find Jefferson's Garden during the fall of 2020. Our 90 year old parents needed extra care following a fall and injury at another facility. The move, their room together, the timing could not have been better for them! In all the world tumult - they found and remain at this lovely community with exceptional care.

Although mother is "level 1" we have been "saved" because of the peace of mind .... surrogate family, the leadership, associates, & residents our mother is beginning to segue from grief to LIFE again! We love our legend family.

We absolutely love where daddy is at. The only complaint I could have, it is very hard to get in and out of his memory care unit on evenings and weekends. Many times it takes a long while to get in and out, making it tough on my dad when leaving him. IF we could give the activities a 10 we would, [name removed] is simply amazing

I would say that we had a very positive and supportive experience with the community. They were very responsive to our family member's needs. We picked the Vero for relative affordability and facilities.
