It's a clean, beautiful facility with a lot of activities. The staff really takes good care of the residents. The residents seem very engaged and happy with their living situation. It's really expensive but a nice place.

My husband is there many days a week to visit with his dad and said he is very pleased overall with the facility and staff. The only complaint I'm aware of that they've had some issues with is regular cleaning (housekeeping) of his dad's room and bathroom. They've addressed that with the director and seems to have improved.

I will give APFM a 5 as well. It is a great service to families needing to make a change and it did not cost anything out of pocket. My loved one complained about the meals everywhere she went but I never had a bad one. Just not how she used to prepare meals! At 99 years old she did not want to participate. I think it was lovely and well maintained. I really appreciated them recommending hospice towards the end.

5 the Sunrise of Lenexa community is pretty good. They have taken care of any concerns we had and brought to their attention. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

Legend Of Hutchinson has proven to be the best choice my loved one. Clean, food is very good. Lots of activities, and the staff appears to be knowledgeable about dementia. Happy with the facility.

My sister-in-law, [name removed], has been in the Province of Southampton for 3 months now and we are very happy with everything about the facility. She is enjoying all the activities that they offer and is hardly ever in her room, which is a good thing. She has made friends and enjoys sharing meals with them and she is very happy with the quality of her meals. Everyone at the facility is very friendly and helpful and she is particularly fond of [name removed], the Activities Director. He is so accommodating to all the residents. We are very pleased that we put our sister in Province and want to give a shout-out to [name removed] from A Place for Mom for the time and energy that he put in to our finding a wonderful place for [name removed].

The caregivers are great. Dad seems to be settling in nicely and likes his apartment. He absolutely loved the bowling outing and going out to eat at Ted’s Escondido. It’s a very nice place and we feel confident that he’s getting the best care he can get.

I was very impressed with the care my loved one received while they were living at Atria. The care staff went above and beyond! I never felt worried about my parents and it helped me feel like it was the right decision.

All 5 stars! They truly become family. We chose The Stonehaven initially because of the size of the facility. Big enough to offer many different benefits but small enough to feel homey.

I would give them a 5 on everything. The staff are always so nice & helpful. Food is great, they always have a great selection. I would live there myself if I ever needed too!! Absolutely, I would recommend this community to other families and I have already!!

Facility is great. The staff is great. The location is great. I recommend Anthology. Everyone is great and the residents are friendly too. Nice 11 story building with great views and lots to do. Nice dinning area etc…

Staff was very caring and friendly. We had the smallest room and it was plenty big. They had weekly cleaning and laundry service. I was there at least 4 times a week, and I don't have any complaints. My good friends mother moved to Meadowood about 6 months ago. They are very happy with the facility as well.

All fives except for activities. Days when there is no activities for the memory care residents. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families. They are undergoing new management positions which should improve some minor concerns.

As an only child with a mom suffering with dementia, Legend at Rivendell Memory Care was a comforting solution to my mom’s care. Her loving husband of 40 years, could no longer care for her. The staff, from the director to the nurses to the daily caregivers are amazing. They love their jobs and it shows. They are very responsive and friendly to the residents and their family members, and to each other. The facility is clean, the rooms large and the food better than you might expect! The staff offers special activities for dementia patients to keep them feeling part of a community - from games, to interesting tv programs, to live music. I told my mom it is like living on a cruise ship that never leaves the dock. When it is time, hospice works hand in hand with the nursing staff, insuring residents have the hospital bed and medications they need. I highly recommend Legend at Rivendell Memory Care.

Great food, quiet atmosphere, friendly people both residents and staff. Lots of activities. Just a perfect place to call home. Price is right compared to other places. Who could ask for more! I stay as busy as I want and am free to do what ever I want.

All of their employees and caregivers have been very attentive to my Mom's needs. The staff has also been responsive and pro-active communicating any concerns I've had and any issues that need to be brought to my attention. I would recommend The Windsor of Ocala without any doubt.

I was familiar with Legend properties, but had never been to the one in Tulsa, so Allison arranged a virtual tour since we do not live locally. The following week, we were forced to do an emergency placement for my Mother in -Law and the entire staff went out of their way to find temporary furniture and got her set up in her new apartment by the end of the day. They also recommended a mover to help get her personal furniture moved in quickly. The staff at Tulsa Hills is caring, attentive and easy to work with. The food is very good and served restaurant style with many choices. There are many activities, outings and events to choose from, plus a movie theatre and library on site. The facility is very clean with a number of apartment layouts to choose from, depending on availability. We feel very grateful to have found a place where my Mother in-law is safe and well cared for.

What we like the most about Legend of Hutchinson is the staff. The staff is very insured to the residents and we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

The Windsor of Lakewood Ranch has been great! The facility was very convenient for us and is central to the Lakewood Ranch area. Staff is very friendly and maintain professionalism at all time.. I have no complaints with what they are challenged with each day.
