She really enjoyed the meals, where she used to live she didn't participate in any activities but she did there. I would recommend to others.

I have been at the Windsor for a few months now and what I enjoy most are all the activities that keep us so busy here. There are few times that I have not been pleased with the menu items that have been served to me. My favorite thing that I've had recently was a roasted chicken with asparagus and diced potatoes. I particularly enjoy the Chef Salad as well. As far as the staff, I find the staff to be caring and always there for you when you need them. Definitely on the ball- I love them all!

I think they're very friendly. We picked this community because of the price, comfort and friendliness.

What we like the most about Windsor Pointe is the activities and the opportunities the residents have for socializing. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

There were so many facilities in the area it was very helpful to have your assistance in narrowing down the search. We found Rock Ridge to be a pleasant spot for mom with excellent care services. The location in Rockwall makes it convenient to visit mom multiple times a week. Thank for your help

All of the staff are so nice and helpful. The place is very clean and the response to any calls are answered promptly.

The windsor of palm coast has an inviting atmosphere with the individual apartments. They have good food. Windsor made the transition much easier.

It is a very welcoming environment and feels like home. Many activities and great food. Excellent care and rehab team as well. This is a clean facility with no odors anywhere within the building. Everyone exceeds our expectations in ensuring all of the residents are happy and well cared for.

I could not allow another day to pass without sharing the wonderful experience that my mom had in respite care! The Windsor is a combiation of a resort and a grand loving home! Working with the Sales Director was awesome! I was under a tight deadline to place my mom and the Sales Director went above and beyond to facilitate the placement. Her kind demeanor, brilliant planning, and compassionate assistance was second to none! It was a pleasure working with her and she is absolutely the best! At the Windsor mom had a beautiful place and her Care Team provided her with excellent care, comfort, & community. She was encouraged to participate in activities; had a fine dining experiene at each meal; and was treated with dignity & respect. I was concerned about an area that was healing on my mom. However, when I picked up mom, the area actually looked better than when I dropped her off. Our family was impressed with the beauty, cleanliness & wonderful care! We plan to return.

The place feels like home. The furniture and accessories are beautiful. Her personal room is adequate and clean. There is no issue anytime she needs assistance. Meals are quite good and plentiful. Activities are enjoyable and anyone can join in. She has a lovely personal assistant whom I can call anytime with concerns and she can call me as well. As soon as I entered the facility I felt very comfortable my friend would love it there.

It's a clean, beautiful facility with a lot of activities. The staff really takes good care of the residents. The residents seem very engaged and happy with their living situation. It's really expensive but a nice place.

Overall, we are very happy with our choice of Sunrise at Dresher. Mom has been happy there and has made friends. The staff and in particular the nurses on staff are very pleasant to deal with. I have found the facility to be very clean. The carpets are vacuumed in the residents' rooms on a regular basis, and the bathrooms are cleaned regularly, and the trash emptied at least once or twice a day. I have found the staff to be generally friendly and caring. Of course, there are some that you connect with better than others, but that would be anywhere. The quality of care is generally very good. Occasionally, they may be short staffed and need a reminder about something, but generally, we have been very happy with it. The nurses on staff in particular are very loving and caring and I can tell they genuinely care about mom. She has had a few medical issues while she has been there and they have been dealt with very well. They have a nice dining room and if the family members would like to eat with the resident, they may do so for an additional charge. They have a good selection of meals. although I have only eaten there a few times the food seems to be good and nutritious , but of course that depends on your individual tastes. They have a good selection of activities with different things happening each day. The residents are encouraged to participate, but not forced to if they are not feeling like it. There are different activities for different interests. We have found the current activities directors to be very pleasant and caring. they have wonderful musical entertainment once a week and occasional outings. Of course it's expensive but at the time last year when we were checking into places, it was competitively priced, and actually cheaper than places we were less impressed with. We have been very happy with our choice.

My husband is there many days a week to visit with his dad and said he is very pleased overall with the facility and staff. The only complaint I'm aware of that they've had some issues with is regular cleaning (housekeeping) of his dad's room and bathroom. They've addressed that with the director and seems to have improved.

I will give APFM a 5 as well. It is a great service to families needing to make a change and it did not cost anything out of pocket. My loved one complained about the meals everywhere she went but I never had a bad one. Just not how she used to prepare meals! At 99 years old she did not want to participate. I think it was lovely and well maintained. I really appreciated them recommending hospice towards the end.

5 the Sunrise of Lenexa community is pretty good. They have taken care of any concerns we had and brought to their attention. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

Legend Of Hutchinson has proven to be the best choice my loved one. Clean, food is very good. Lots of activities, and the staff appears to be knowledgeable about dementia. Happy with the facility.
