The facility meets our requests and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The only concern we are having is communication between medical staff and Hospice.

After a terrible experience at another memory care facility, I was very nervous about moving my Alzheimer's afflicted father into Rivendell Legends. He has always taken care of me, & I wanted him lovingly cared for when I couldn’t. I could not have chosen a better place for him. The staff has been unfailingly kind, caring & involved. They put me at ease with her obvious concern for my dad & the rest of our family, answered all my questions & assured me that the staff at Legends was highly trained, patient & caring. The intake with my father was done at his previous facility to minimalize the effect on his routine. The director made sure that I not only felt comfortable and gave me his cell number so that I could reach him at any time if I had concerns or questions. He even came to my home to complete the paperwork. The day we moved my dad into the facility, he spent hours with him, making sure he was taken care of & comfortable while we completed the move. I’m beyond grateful!

Friendly staff, not too pushy. Very clean facility. Expensive, but they all are. The location was close to my mom's home and friends and there was availability.

I toured this community with [name removed] a few months ago and ended up moving my dad in with them. It was much safer to have him in a facility than it was to have him at home with my step-mom. I love that there are different LPNs on the other halls to help if needed

Please note that my father in law passed away within 3 weeks of moving in and my mother in law was there for 3 weeks before having to go to a rehab facility and was/is currently immobile..and is still in rehab. So these answers will be based on pre move in communication w The Windsor and 3 weird weeks of limited extra services. The staff has been AMAZING and has gone above and beyond. [name removed]at the front desk is very caring. The administrator worked with us in a very difficult situation for move in. I think it's important to know that we, as the residents' children, had great communication from the staff...which is SO important when you are far away.

Rivendell has their dementia area by levels of dementia. They keep the groups busy. This facility has smaller groups according to level. They are great to keep family informed, are very inclusive, helpful and friendly.The doctors & therapists come there so there is less traveling out for care. The staff go the extra mile to encourage residents to eat and participate. [name removed], the director was so helpful and his staff is on top of the latest treatments. I was very pleased that mom was there. They also have assisted living available.

I would definitely recommend it. I looked at several places. This place has 48 rooms. Perfect size for a community. All the people I've spoken to there love it. The staff treat everyone very well. My Mom is thoroughly enjoying the activities, the meals, trips to the stores. My Mom said when she first walked through the door it felt like home.

I am very pleased with Azalea where I am living.I would highly recommend Azalea.

They were very friendly on initial visit and have maintained that effort. Really made my dad's transition into the facility a pleasure. All staff have been so friendly and caring.

The staff is so friendly - they know everyone's names and like/interests. I researched many places and narrowed the list down to three based on cleanliness, amenities both inside the apartment and what the organization had to offer, affordability, size and future needs. My mother toured the three options and ultimately chose Azalea's.

The staff at Legend at Fort Worth are respectful and knowledge of their job description. Very pleasant during difficult situations and strive to please their residence's.

The staff is friendly. Housekeeping was short a housekeeper, so took 3 weeks to get my loved one's room cleaned. The move in process was organized. My loved one enjoys the meals. I would recommend this facility to others.

Management and nursing staff are attentive to resident's healthcare needs. The facility is kept clean. Residents and families enjoy the family night cities and fun activities for various holidays.

We chose The Stonehaven over others we saw because mother liked the look and the sales rep and thought she would like it there. It was a clean welcoming atmosphere. Residents and rooms always clean and neat.

We chose Renaissance North Tamps because it is a well kept facility, contemporary "resort" appearance and features. The staff have all been very friendly and accommodating.

Helpfulness of staff has stood out to me. I would recommend Rivermont Independent Living to a friend.

Harbor Chase had space available at the time we needed it. If asked, staff at HC is very nice and caring. It's clean and for us it's in a convenient location. I would recommend to others and it really helps that Physical Therapy is on site.

Med techs, front desk, nurses, are all very attentive and responsive. Very pleased with staff. Facility is very nice, salon is a draw. Only comment would be to have more access to outdoor walking trail.

My aunt is doing well at Windsor. She is happy here. Staff is great. I've never seen any staff members be unpleasant to a resident even though their jobs are sometimes hard.

My mom has lived here since April 2023 and so far is has been a wonderful experience. And my mom and more so myself aren't easy to please. Your staff treat all residents like family. Some more than others but it asked for no names. Shame.
