Excellent care

Love having my uncle here with the lots of other guys that live here. Other memory care we toured didn't have a lot of men!

We can’t say enough about [name removed] and the rest of the crew at Rockridge. We felt cared for and assured every step of the way. This is a difficult season in our lives and the life of our Mother and I can’t sufficiently express how much we appreciate the professionalism, guidance and care we and our mom have received.

Spent the day here catching up with relatives while attending the Christmas event. Place looked very nice, and the folks working there were real helpful. Christmas event was great – live entertainment and good food. Everything was well organized. It felt very home-like and welcoming. Really enjoyed my time there.

We moved in last Jan. I needed help with my husband who had dementia. The care he had was wonderful. He has since passed but I will continue to stay here because everyone is so friendly & helpful.

The staff at The Windsor San Pablo is friendly and caring. Staff takes the time to get to know each of their residents. Staff strives to provide a warm and inviting place to live. It is always a pleasure to visit here.

Lovely Christmas decorations, everyone seemed happy!

We have been very happy with mom living at Legend of Mansfield. I do not worry about her safety or care at all when I am out of town. She is well liked and taken care of. Activities are plentiful and creative and enjoyed by all.

Regent Park Assisted Living is closer to me & Dad's in Regent Park rehab across the parking lot from her. Staff is great & everyone knows her. They're very accommodating for extra needs.The price is comparable to other places but nicer. Apartments not rooms.

Meadowood is lovely, clean, well appointed. When the staff speaks of my mother - they light up! She is loved and well taken care of.

- I made a trip to Walmart one day at checkout I dropped an item and upon reaching to pick it up I lost my balance and hit my head on a pole. After returning for lunch to Arbor House a member of the staff noticed and inquired about my injury. - After a long day of fun activities, I was going to walk home to my (independent living cottage) and it had started raining. For my safety the activity director asked a helper to walk home with me holding an umbrella over my head. - Safety, caring, hugs for residents high priority for all.

As a hospice RN, I am usually in the facility 2-4 times per week. Everyone in the facility are always so helpful and nice. Staff always treat residents with the utmost respect and go above and beyond providing care for the residents. 10/10

The Arbor House has been a God send or us, took a minute for my mom to decide she liked it and was gonna stay, they have been so patient and attentive. Really, really a blessing.

When I walked in the staff was friendly and welcoming. The sitting areas were bright and they offered several activities throughout the day. The rooms were spacious and clean. Overall, I was very impressed with the facility.

I chose Acclaim Living because of the price, everyone is friendly, and the facility is in a good location. I like that everything is all under one roof. The staff really cares about residents.

Staff has been amazing to work with since day one! We had a tough situation and everyone has been so kind and understanding. The facility is beautiful and I feel very comfortable and at ease knowing my grandmother is in such a great place.

Last weekend I attended the community's Sip & Shop event. The Director of Sales [name removed] had introduced herself and offered to show me around the community and educate me on the benefits of a senior living community. I have to say this community is well lit, wide halls, when passing staff and residents they all are smiling and greet you. The apartments are a nice size. I really liked the set up of the Jack & Jill private companion suites in the memory care community. Lots of engagement and activities going on. I also didnt smell any odors in the community which is a plus in my book. I sat and spoke to a few residents and they asked when I was moving in and told me about how lovely the staff was and how they give excellent care. I am not ready for senior living yet I have about 15 years I hope but this is a lovely community and I definitely wanted to shared my experience with others who might be looking.

Rivermont and God has helped me through a very difficult time in my life.

I have consistently found staff and all occupational to be social, interactive, and helpful. My wife receives exceptional help. I trust those with whom she receives daily help and assistance.
