Rosewood is very clean and nice. The people are very slow to get the help I need. When I ring the button for assistance, the staff don't get to me in time. The room is ok for me. The food is ok, and they are delivering meals to our rooms. The food is sometimes lacking, and sometimes you go away hungry. It would nice to have the aides pick up the trash on the tables. My wastebasket is across the room, and I can't reach it. Then the trash takes up room on my table. I think the aides are pushed too fast. I think the system could be done better. You push a button for an aide to assist you with your needs, then an aide will come in to see what you need. Then this aide will go away, and won't assist you with being able to go to the bathroom or whatever your needs are. They say that I will get someone to come assist you with it. It then takes another 15-40 minutes for another aide to come back and assist us with our needs. This is a total waste of time. I feel the first aide to come check on you, should be able to provide you what you need. There is no need for this additional step.

A great place to live when you get old. However, the food needs help. The rent is much too high and the increases once-a-year is terrible. First time I have rented that goes up every year!

Very nice, very good for people that have to live here. Staff and people are very nice. Take a good care of us. Not always thrilled with the food.

Thankful to be here and not out in the world feel safe here do not worry about getting the virus. Wish I could see my family.

At this stage in my life it is sufficient for me. Friendly staff.

I like the activities and the “Happenings” paper. I love this stuff! Very friendly and nice.

I like most of the people who work here. Overall I say it's a good place to be. The people who are good are really good, but the bad apples although they weed out the bad promptly.

I get great showers! I also enjoy the bistro with its hot chocolate. Great people work here and I appreciate that.

If someone was to ask, I would tell people that to look someplace else. The community keeps rotating the employees. We have been here almost a year, and things have gone down hill. The food here is terrible. This has gone downhill significantly. We don't know when we will get the food. The food is being delivered to our room three times a day.

I would recommend they look elsewhere. The community is high in price. I couldn't get my loved one out of this community fast enough. My loved one kept pushing the alert button as she had fallen on the floor. The nurses left her, since they were too busy. The floors were never swept when I went to visit. They only provided one glass of water and coffee. If you were lucky you might get what you ordered food wise. The wait staff was the same as the ones taking care of my loved one.

When we go visit my mom her room needed cleaning, and we would have to call someone to come clean it. The staff was friendly but this community is very expensive. She got better care when hospice came in. The pretty was adequate. The community looked great as well. However we did feel they were under staffed in the memory care unit. There was not a director assigned to the memory care unit, so there was only one nurse supervising all the residents in that unit

it was difficult for me for because i wasn't local. The communication was lacking initiative. The staff changed and their wasn't a cohesive line of communication regarding my mother in law. It felt very disjointed. In the end, when she was on hospice and hospice took over, the communication was great. Another problem was that my mother in law's room smelled so bad of urine, and that was so frustrating. When was passed away. it wasn't clearly defined to us about the move out process and we were paying through the time yet her belongings were moved into the hallway and stair well.

The community itself is very nice and the care giving staff are very good, however the management staff was very bad. It was very difficult to get a hold of them. The go through a lot of management turnover and it is hard to get them to address our concerns. The community itself was one of the better places I have seen. My father got along well with all the care giving staff. We have no complaints about my father's care, it was just difficult to get answers when an issue did arise. We did feel like Legend was a good value for the price.

They did a good job keeping the community clean. For all but one day at this community, I didn't feel the executive director was completely forthright with us. She was accessible sometimes, but we felt that when she did not want to address our concerns, she would not be accessible. The care giving staff were also very curt and hard to find in the community if we had questions or concerns. The food towards the end of my mother's stay was often not accommodating to her restricted diet. We felt The Windsor was too expensive for the level of care that was being offered.

I have had to bring in private care at my expense to take care of my husband. They are raising the rates. The Windsor staff is not able to meet his needs. I even sat down with the administrator on what I expect to be done for my husband. I should not have to tell the staff what needs to be done. My home is not built to be able to have him in our home otherwise I would have him home. I have a camera in his room, that is the only way I know what is going on with his care. I am not happy. The administrator is trying to work with me but the CNA's are not able to manage his care.

Very regimented with assigned seating for meals, morning and evening “room checks”, and furnishings in common areas seemed worn. Didn’t give me a good feel and wasn’t crazy about room layouts either.

Had a tour at 11:30 on Friday. Very small facility. Family type atmosphere. Nice set-up but I didn't feel like it would be the best fit for my Dad.

Nice place, just too expensive!

I had a nice visit with [name removed] and [name removed]. The facilities appear to be in very good shape. The rooms were a decent size and there is a large enclosed green space for residents to walk and enjoy the butterfly garden. This being my first visit, it is difficult to provide a "star" rating, so I am going neutral with a 3 star.

They consulted a nurse practitioner without my mother's physicians consent or our consent and this nurse prescribed a medication that over sedated my mother and ended her up in the ICU on a ventilator. She died eventually. Windsor kept trying to push my mother to use their doctors. I checked and their doctors were not board certified and did not have hospital privileges and did not make visits to Windsor, only the nurse practitioners in their practice did. The facility was not happy with us continuing with my mother's primary care physician because they had to take her to his office for appointments. But he was board certified and had hospital privileges
