Medical care sub-pare. Food typical for facility. Hall carpets soiled. I would recommend only if you only needed room and board. Anything else, NO.

The Assisted living section might be better but I would not recommend the Memory Unit. Not unless they make changes. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.I took my husband out of that facility after one month. There were too many incidents occurring and I could no longer leave him there. I found a new facility, and my husband has not fallen once.

I think they were going through some major staffing challenges and transitions that resulted in a less than stellar experience during my mother's stay. The space is beautiful.

The staff is pleasant and welcoming, the facility is beautifully decorated, welcoming and pleasant. Weather permitting the two enclosed outdoor courtyards are lovely. Housekeeping is good and move in is easy-they will even provide furniture if available. Meals are very good, on time, tablecloths and linen napkins on each table. One negative observation: The facility is a senior living residence and has limited medical care; however, the sales office appears to "over-sell" the abilities of the staff. In the past year several residents left after a few weeks/months when their advanced medical needs were not able to be met. I would recommend the facility, we are happy having our father in memory care there. However, we do supplement his care by shaving him, tidying up his room, requesting laundry services (they always promptly respond), requesting clothing changes and showers. Administration has been working through communication challenges and is now being held accountable to the state due to tardy reports. There is an active family council in memory care which has been instrumental in significant changes in that residential area.

I did recommend a good friend for their mom who is there now for a little over a month experiencing the same deficiencies. There were great sales presentation of services on front end. We picked this community because of the eficiencies providing the services promised, ie: laundry / apt. cleaning

I feel communication could be a little better. My mom had some real issues in regards to receiving medicine. It seemed as no one really knew what or when to give it to her and everyone walks around with those Ipad computers with all the info on those. It has been straightened out now but it was a problem. My mom has a lot more needs than just the typical person for just simple assistance. Therefore, anyone with simple assistance, it's perfect. My mom does not participate in the activities but they have some great activities. The place is absolutely beautiful. Staff seems pretty nice. Some better than others.

The place is nice and they talk a good game, but in reality it's a hit or miss about the care your relative will receive. We selected it because it was close to home and had a nice private room for Mom.

I think they do not promise what they say they will. I see my mom sitting by herself a lot I thought they would do more activities. I have had to ask several times to have them cut up her food before they give it to her. She has not been here long, I am hoping to see some improvements.

Their staff need education and training, their communication between staff members is not effective at all and I would consider it potentially dangerous to residents. They have kind staff, but those staff members have not kept up with my nanas Care plans as described. She needs more direction and assistance than they are giving her. They should have been helping her the most when she first arrived but did the opposite to the point where I felt if she had been in her own home, my Nana would have cared for herself more effectively than they cared for her. They have been semi responsive to criticism and have improved in some areas but I am concerned for other residents whose family members are not able to be as involved.

Care services gets a 3 because there was no doctor on staff at the time she was there Overall experience gets a 3 because they gave me incorrect information. They knew my mom was coming into IL and that it was her max. After 7 weeks of being there and making friends they called and said that they were moving her to assisted living the following month. Knowing she couldn't afford it. So basically kicked her out I just feel that they mislead us stating she could meet her 2 yr spendown in IL. There was no medical review so how could they be sure. It costs alot of money to move her twice in 8 weeks.

My loved one was previously a resident at The Windsor of Palm Coast and the experience at this facility was okay, but not great or even good. The office staff were very nice. However, I had to move my loved one to a different facility because they charge an exuberant amount of money. I got the impression that it was all about money for them. The food was awful. It looked good, but was awful most of the time. My loved one is doing much better at the new facility.

I think for [removed] a month they could provide toilet paper. Also, it is labeled in assisted-living, yet their nurse calls when mom is not on her best behavior and expects us to rush in and do something when there's nothing that can be done. The administrator. [name removed] is very nice.

Management was changing hands at the time of my mother's admittance. Care was poor at best. Sometimes leaving her sit in her own feces for hours. Room never cleaned. My sister did her wash. No hairdresser, no chaplin. A beautiful picture was painted when we moved her in, but such a disappointment soon thereafter. Been getting promises of things getting better. We shall see. Staff coming and going. Totally unorganized.

Currently, I would not recommend Arbor House of Midwest City to others. They are going through a lot of changes and they have so much to fix. The staff is very friendly and the facility is clean and fresh. However, there is no attention to the residents' needs, unless specifically asked. No one looks out for the residents beyond the basics of: here are your meds and here is your meal. They do not have a dedicated Director Of Nursing at this time. My loved one has not had a medical alert necklace for 5 weeks. So, I would not recommend them at this time.

I like the low patient to caretaker ratio. My dad loves the food. The facility is well kept. Things to improve: Having to wait for some one to let you in and out of community takes too long. There should be a lock on Memory Boxes so Families can place items inside that stay there. Fees for everything re: incontinence bladder then another fee for incontinence bowel. Etc. Too many fees!

We toured Legend of Colorado Springs during our search for a Memory Care facility for our loved one. We liked this facility a lot, but they were full and a bit pricey. The cleanliness and friendliness were great!

I would tell a friend to keep shopping. They can improve on the following; Pricing. Food. Communication with my loved ones doctor. Also, constantly adding services and charges.

I picked this community, mainly due to the salesperson overpromising things that were really important to me. As soon as we got in the underdelivering began. I was very frustrated and disappointed but, moving my mom again was not an option

The facility is welcoming and the staff friendly. The basic housekeeping is subpar i.e. the trash is not emptied daily especially the bathroom trash. Also, the apartment has not been cleaned in at least two weeks going on three weeks. Laundry was not done this week until brought to staff's attention.

Our family had an in person tour with The Windsor and overall we thought they did a good tour with the tour but the price was just to expensive and the rooms that are offered were to small for our loved one
