So far so good. My mom has been here for about 3 weeks. We are very pleased. No complaints. My overall rating of this property is 4 stars. I rate the cleanliness 5 stars. I rate the friendliness 5 stars. I rate the value 4 stars. I rate the care services 4 stars. I rate the activities 3 stars. Overall, the Sunrise of Lenexa is a good community. We are satisfied and have no complaints. I would recommend this facility.

The Green Tree Assisted Living & Memory Care is really nice. It is kind of small. This is a family oriented community. My overall rating of this property is 4 stars. I rate the cleanliness 4 stars. I rate the friendliness 4 stars. I rate the value 4 stars. I rate the care services 4 stars. I can't rate the activities because I have not participated in that area. I am not sure about how good the activities are.

The staff at Sunrise of Lenexa is very good. It is a good friendly environment. There are a couple of things that might could be improved. For one, the trash gets picked up at 3am in the morning and wakes everyone up. I have spoken to management and the waste company directly about this and it does not seem that anything can be done. The food could be a little better a served faster. Other than those couple of items, it has been a good experience.

I think they do a great job overall at Green Tree Assisted Living! The aide staff here are all very friendly, and the director Brittney is very helpful and easy to work with! The only minor issue I have noticed is that the cleaning staff is sometimes not as thorough as they could be.

This is one of the places I toured when I was looking. It was a nice place, but ultimately not the one we chose. We saw another community that was just a better fit for our loved one. I liked The Wellington, it was clean and the staff was friendly. It just wasn't the right feel for our loved one.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for our loved one. This was a nice looking facility. It was clean and well kept, although not very warm or homey feeling. The staff we spoke with all seemed friendly and professional. We ended up selecting another facility, but this is one we were definitely considering.

Our loved one has only been here a brief time, but so far we are very pleased with how things have gone at Sunrise of Lenexa! She is in the memory section, and the workers have been so patient and so kind, they're very professional! It isn't kept quite as clean and spotless as some of the other facilities we have seen, but they more than make up for it with the friendly staff.

This is one of the places we looked at when we were touring. It was a nice place and we liked it. It was in the right area, but just a little more expensive than what we thought we could afford.

So far it's going pretty good. I've only had one concern so far, when there was a fall they didn't make any report, or even call me. Otherwise we really like it. It's clean and the staff is friendly. The food is okay, I thought it would be pretty good because they have a chef. It's a really nice place.

The staff has been really sympathetic to me and responsive to me. I did, however, not feel that things were very well organized. There were things that I thought I would get the first day or two (schedules, introduction to who people are and how things work, etc.) that I still have not received.

Windsor of Lawrence has proven to provide really good quality care, although it may be the case that dad's condition makes him not the best fit. I do feel like more could have been done prior to him moving in to ask some specific questions to see if he would be a good fit or not. So if there is one area of improvement I would recommend it would be to provide better screening before accepting a new resident in there. Again, they are great nice people and do a lot to help, but just seems that it may be a little out of scope for our needs.

All in all it's really been pretty good. Anything we have had problems with, they have been very quick to remedy. The staff has been very helpful, there is a high turnover, but not with key personnel. The billing has taken a minute to get right. This was one of the more expensive places, but it was the most convenient, and appear to be the best selection. Everything is an additional fee, it isn't all inclusive. The key staff and personnel are very attentive, and the care is good. They have railings, and lounges for the residents to stop and rest when they are walking. There is even one girl that checks on my loved one on her days off. They do have agencies, that help with staffing, so there are some new people from time to time, that aren't always as efficient as the regular staff. She has made friends there. She likes the food for the most part. It's always pretty clean, but there have been a couple of times that the bathroom wasn't as clean as I would like, and I didn't know that we needed to bring our own trash bags. There are little housekeeping things that could be better, but it doesn't smell bad or anything. One thing about them is that the speaker is in the living room, but the pull cords are in the bathroom and the bedroom and there isn't a speaker in each area with the cord. The social director is so terrific, she comes in and makes sure that she knows what's going on and encouraging her to come out. They have a family day every month and a different theme every month, they are very warm and they give her hugs. It's a lovely place, very nice.

This was one of the places we looked at when we were touring. It was beautiful and the apartments were big. The staff was very friendly. They seemed like they were doing a good job of keeping the residents entertained and having fun. I didn't see a lot of one on one care, and frankly it didn't look like many of the residents really needed it. I just don't think it was the best fit for us.

I find the staff at Emeritus in Gainesville Florida to be top notch. I do have one problem though. I do feel that they are very much overpriced. I understand and appreciate that my grandmother is getting the very best of care but I think it could be done at a price to where it doesn't bankrupt a person savings so quickly

Eva (my stepmom) likes it. She gets to mingle with people and do different things. One thing that is good is that take Eva is taken across town once a week to visit my dad. She was staying at the place where my dad was at but because of the bad situation and the atmosphere of that place, Eva's physician told her he would not recommend that she stay there. She is doing much better at this facility.

Overall I think they do very well at The Wellington at Oklahoma City, with one major exception. The facility itself is very nice, and always clean and well kept. The staff are very nice, and take great care of the residents. The biggest issue we're having is the food. It isn't healthy or balanced at all. They serve far too many fried dishes, and very few vegetables. They have a salad bar but it has always been poorly stocked when I've seen it.

Staff has been courteous. Staff was proactive in getting his level of care evaluated. Staff visited with my Senior where he was. We were disapointed in the $100 charge for each insurance form completed. To date day to day care has been fine.

Lovely place but can't presently afford it.

They’re very willing to work with you. My loved one can be a bit difficult and they were very helpful in getting her concerns resolved. The parking has always been sufficient. I haven’t really had a chance to try the food so I can’t speak to that.
