Seems to be a friendly, caring place. At present, it reminds me of living in a motel room. Kitchen area is just a long counter space and no range. They are getting ready for a major renovation. Didn't ask when they plan to start.

Best fit so far. Very appealing layout. Small, personal. [Name removed] is great at what she does.

Too expensive, but a beautiful facility. I remember when it was Balmoral.

Very nice and clean. Nice staff. Apartments are a little small, only single beds fit in the 1 bedroom apartments; but the set up is good. My mother just didn't feel the community was right for her.

We had a very nice visit at Sunrise. [Removed] was well prepared for our tour. They have a good staff, things were clean and orderly. It had a nice atmosphere. They offer a level of care that we are probably looking for in the future. The rooms were smaller than [Removed], but the level of care was a better match for what we think will be needed.

The staff members here are phenomenal. I love the services they have to offer and the building is very clean. They have recently remodeled the nursing station and it is very well organized. The dining room looks nice and the biggest complaint we have is about the food. They need a better chef because the food is bland and there aren’t that many options. For activities, they offer things like an in-house salon, manicures, social hours every day, and field trips. I would recommend this facility to other families.

Overall, Our experience with Legend at Fort Worth has been very good. The staff is fantastic and quite capable, and I really like them all. They treat my loved one with a lot of respect, I know that she is as comfortable as she can be, and I know she is safe and secure. I will say that there are certain things that were advertised that are not coming to fruition for us. Maintenance issues within the community are very slow to be fixed. It has taken several months for a tub to be repaired. The bistro in the community was advertised as being more full service than it is. I would just like to see the advertising within the community be more accurate for prospective residents as well as those already there. Despite these things, I still really like the community and I know my loved one is well cared for.

This community was selected on the very first round of finding a memory care community for my husband. Unfortunately, they wouldn't accept my husband in his condition. Their marketing director was very nice and helpful to our family. I would recommend this community for consideration.

My family member is here currently, things seem to be going okay. It’s a tough transition but the people there seem to be doing okay. There’ve been a couple of times I’ve had questions on showers and housekeeping and it doesn’t seem like they’re holding up their end of that but we’re working on it. I haven’t had the chance to try the food but I’ve been there a couple of times when they’ve brought it out. It doesn’t look like hospital food, it looks well balanced and nutritious. The building itself is smaller and there are less residents so I was hoping my loved one would get more one-on-one care because of it. Housekeeping is supposed to come by on Fridays but there’ve been a couple of times I’ve come in and inspected the room and it doesn’t look like they’ve ever been in there. They’re supposed to vacuum, mop, and help my loved one with laundry but you can tell looking at the bed sheets that they haven’t been washed. A few things my loved one came in with have gone missing and I’ve tried talking to them about it but they don’t know where those things are. I don’t know why these things are happening and I’m really hoping that they weren’t just trying to impress us when we took the tour.

Very nice facility. Staff seemed friendly. Very geared towards memory care. Staff do not wear scrubs or uniforms to make it a much more warm, homey environment. Lots of good activities for memory impaired residents.

I toured here when looking for a place for my mom and at the time it didn’t fit the needs we had. It looks like they’re more geared toward memory care residents and my mother wanted an independent living situation as she is more alert. When I was there, the other residents seemed to be happy. They were doing an art activity and the activities director seemed wonderful. I wasn’t there for very long and only had a limited interaction, so this is based on first impressions. We just knew it wasn’t going to be a good fit for us.

This facility is a little on the older side but was very clean when I toured. One thing that I didn’t like was the caregivers didn’t seem to be very visible and I feel like that is very important in a memory care unit. The other thing that I didn’t like was the ratio of caregivers to residents. I cannot stress enough about finding a good ratio of caregivers to residents. Also, while I was walking through the community, I really didn’t see the staff interacting with the residents or engaging them in any activities.

I’m a musician that entertains at the facility. My first impression was that it is a very clean and beautiful facility. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the residents looked exceptionally pleased. I really enjoyed entertaining there as I felt that the residents were really appreciative. Everyone seemed very happy and well taken care of .

My loved one was there for a short amount of time, but during that time their staff team was able to keep her as comfortable as possible. They kept her room clean and always made her bed. While she was there, the housekeeping did her laundry once. They do the resident’s laundry once a week. I know that they also offer activities and events that the keep posted on a monthly calendar on a bulletin board. They have things like chair Zumba, bingo, and card games. The other resident’s there are very friendly and welcoming as well. They also fed her well. They had a menu that would change every day.

My mother has been staying at Signature Senior for almost two months now, and so far, it has been a very good experience. Going in, I had no idea that my mother would be able to have as much independence as she does here. The staff is friendly, and I appreciate that. The Facility is relatively new and very nice, and the courtyard they have has been perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather we’ve been having. The activities director is great as well. There’ Bingo, games, crafts, classes, and live music to keep the residents stimulated. Really my only complaint is that mealtimes are not very smooth running. They have no separate staff for the dining room. The caretaking staff doubles as the dining staff, and it just seems like no one is in charge. Other than that, the community is excellent.

I toured this community and it was nice and clean the staff was helpful also. It just felt like a hospital environment to us and that's not what we were looking for. And it was a much older building. We chose a different community.

This is a contender. Will take mom to see it soon.

This community is very nice only a year old so everything is still new and looks great. You just get a sense of being at home when you walk in there. It is on the small side of other communities we looked at. I think mom is doing very well being here and having that one on one attention helps. In time I think she will start to socialize more and interact with more of the residents. She likes the food when she is up to eating and going to the dining hall. The staff is wonderful if mom doesn't feel up to going to the dining room but wants to eat they will bring her meal to the room. The staff is wonderful very attentive and friendly.

This is a very beautiful community it is new and I got to attend the open house where they encouraged us to walk around and ask questions. The staff was friendly and they offer a lot of amenities for the residents, it would definitely be worth booking a tour here.

The tour was nice but the price of living in the community was too expensive for my in-law's income. We did not find the community fitting for the budget.
