My mother in law is doing well here at this community. It has been a nice transition for us to this community. They are willing to work with us and listening to us in regarding her care plan. We do feel like she is in good hands here, and receiving good care. They have a good staff, they have been helpful and attentive. It is a good looking community, they do a good job with the cleanliness. It has been a good experience so far. I would recommend this community, we are satisfied with her move here.

My mother is doing decent at this community. It has been a difficult transition for her. This is a great community. This was by far the best community we looked at. They do a good job with the cleanliness. They are trying their best to care for her. I know she is safe, and hopefully with some more time she becomes more comfortable. Overall this is a great community and I would recommend it.

We were very impressed with the facility. We would have chosen this place except fot the fact that the rooms were divided into two areas. And the cost was not in line with our budget.

One thing i really like is how the administrator interacts with the residents at times. The staff is friendly with everyone. The food is good there is a wide variety. Activities are also offered on site. It would be nice if the family would be allowed to go to the first transition appointment that our loved one has with the doctor in the community. This way the doctor could get all the proper information about the resident and the medicines they are taking.

It has been a good experience for my dad since he has been at this community and the care and supervision has been going well. I did have some issues with the cost at first but it will get resolved. Otherwise, my dad's room is kept clean, the bathroom is wiped down. The whole community is clean and maintained. My dad does like the meals a lot.

This place is over $1,000.00 more then the last place my client was in and it is a much smaller room in comparison. They have a point system that I still don't understand which gives the extra charges per month. Please if your someone that is taking care of a person make sure you understand these extra charges that they charge over and above the set fee that you signed in the contract. I just had to have a meeting about the invoice and at least they understood and changed the invoice.

I really liked this community, it was one of my top picks. The staff was kind and welcoming. They were informative and answered my questions. This is a newer facility, so everything looked very new and spotless. The location wasn't the best. The community is located on a main road, and I didn't feel comfortable with that. Overall this is a wonderful community, but the location concerned me.

Beautiful facility. Pricing schedule confusing. They quote things daily and itemize instead of using care levels. Feels like they are nickel and diming you to much.

This was an awesome place. The people are great and we went to visit many times. They gave us lunch and dad liked the food. My dad did notice it looked similar to a nursing home and did not like that. It is a little pricey and the location was not close to us.

So far everything is going well for my parents here at this community. My mother really likes it here. She says the staff is very friendly, more friendlier then the other staff at the other community they were at. She enjoys the outings they go on like the nice walk trips. Overall so far everything is going good.

My tour of this community was great. The community looked nice and clean. The staff and residents were very friendly and kind. They are currently going to some management changes. This is a big community, with a lot of residents. Overall we found a better fit for my mother, but this is a nice community with kind people.

Mom is doing good since moving into Rosewood. The staff are overly friendly and they keep me updated on her care. The food is mediocre. She does participate in bingo and has gone on a couple of outings. The community is kept clean and I would recommend it.

The move into Legend at Capital Ridge went pretty well and my dad is still adjusting. We have however had a few bumps in the road concerning the communication between the staff members. When you ask them a question they have to check with some else and it may take up to a day to get an answer. I think this may be due to the administration having a finger on things, an example would be my father wanted to take his dog to get shots & they had to check to see if they were able to help him with this request. The food is good for the most part however there have been a few issues with the menu and the options the residents are given. The community is slow to change the requests given by the residents. Overall I would say things are improving with the community.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Legend at Jefferson's Garden, so far! It's a nice looking, clean place, and the staff all seem very friendly and helpful. They really show a lot of concern for Mom, and knowing that she has people like that looking out for her really puts my mind at ease since I live out of state.

The communication among staff members could be better. It's very clean, and no complaints about the food. The activities on the weekends seem a little sparse. The people seem generally friendly, and happy, and we haven't heard any unusual complaints from any of them. We chose them because they seemed to be the best for the money, and offered memory care.

I had to make the decision for Mom to go into Assisted Living after she had a stroke and required more care than what she could get at home. Since moving Mom to Sunrise she's been great and adjusting very well to the change. The staff are great and Mom has participated in the catholic mass. Sunrise has a community dog which I wasn't aware of because Mom is not a dog person but again she has adjusted well and really likes it there. There have been a few small set backs but all in all a good experience.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. We ended up selecting another community, but this was our second choice and is definitely worth a look for anyone searching in the area!

My mom is a newer resident here so we don't have much experience with the place. However, the grounds are well kept and my mom seems to like the food, I've never tired it but, she doesn't complain. The only complaint I have is the price.

The facility is really great in my opinion.

At The Windsor at San Pablo they got so full so quick that the staff isn't catching up with the population. There seems to be not be a lot of communication with the staff as far as medication goes. Everything else at this facility is good.
