I toured Legend and also texted questions. I found it to be clean and friendly. Very nice dining area and different areas for activities. I was impressed with their emphasis on addressing dementia issues specifically with visuals, scents, colors to help residents know their new home. They were prompt to answer any questions I had. Plenty of room to roam and many areas for quiet times.

My mom is thriving at Atria. She regularly participates in activities and has made many friends. Most of the staff are caring and helpful. The facility and grounds are very nice. It was also more affordable than some others that were not as nice. I took my mom there for lunch before we decided and she really liked it. That is why we chose Atria.

I like living at Rivermont. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Lots Of entertainment, games, puzzle to solve, bingo. And we have a great kitchen staff

I was very happy from the time I walked into the facilities at Azalea at Cinnaminson. The people were very friendly. Residents there looked happy. The facilities are only a year old this month. My mother initially needed a little more care as she had recently had a fall. The aides have been very helpful and eventually got into a routine with her. The staff is very friendly, and makes it a point to know the names of all residents. There are plenty of activities for the residents to do there, if you choose to participate. The only thing I had an issue with was that she had not seen the doctor associated with the facility for 2 months. This has since been corrected. They have brought a new medical group in, and she had seen the doctor the next day.

The staff was very helpful as was the administration. We were hurt by the fact that we did not receive a call in the morning that he passed around 7:30 am. I found out when I called around 9:30 am while they were waiting on home health. This was discussed with the administrator. But otherwise everyone was caring and helpful. They were always available to talk if we called to check on him. Would definitely recommend Rivendell Memory Care and have done so

Staff is friendly & helpful. You are always greeted with a smile. Unfortunately, there is a lot of staff turnover and staff shortages which causes difficulty when trying to work through medical needs that arise. Room sizes and amenities that are offered to the residents in assisted living are excellent.

The staff was always so friendly and welcoming when I would come visit. They also had a great relationship with my dad. He always bragged about how helpful they were. They took really good care of my dad and was always keeping me in the loop if there were any changes in his health. We saw an increase in his quality of life when he started there. They were always asking my dad to come out and do the activities. I think at first he was overwhelmed but he began to like it and gained some good friends.

My dad has been happy there although he doesn't participate in any of the activities. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is ok.

We would rate the care services a 2 or 3 according to my mother in law. What we like the most about Meadowood Assisted Living is the proximity to our house and the friendliness of the staff, and we would recommend this community to other families.

The facility itself is lovely; beautifully decorated . Smells clean . [name removed] room was kept clean and his laundry was done in a timely way. There were special events with families .,I attended a "make your own charcuterie board" class with [name removed] which was fun! Special holiday buffets for Easter and Mothers Day. There was even a bunny present for pictures at Easter. The other residents were lovely and [name removed] enjoyed meals with them . I ate with him fairly often. The staff was mixed . There's been nearly 100% turnover since he was there. The nursing staff did their best but were not skilled enough to care for Gary as he declined. A large number of staff from the cook to aides to activities person to sales had all changed in less than a year. The one true nurse was horrible: All talk, no action . Again, most every main staff person is new. We were happy there for about 9 months until he declined rapidly. The facility is only about half full now. Looking back I can see it was not managed well by the director . We were thrilled for a while there. Until we weren't. Truly I was so happy I could afford to have him in such a nice place! The facility itself is truly lovely. The first few months were great.! Then they lost about 3 cooks and the staff had to work together to feed everyone. The activities person quit. The salesperson quit. The best aides quit and went elsewhere. The nurse was a joke who didn't follow through . She'd "forget" to order Gary's meds through the VA then I'd have to go there myself and get them, or pay out of pocket for one at our pharmacy. There are lovely people there. [name removed] was quite well liked by everyone because he's a sweetheart. There are no perfect care homes. Very nice for the price.

I would say it's a beautiful facility, delicious food, fun activities, nice residents. My only criticism is with the night time med aides, who are impatient and not very compassionate. Daytime nurse and aides are great and good to keep the family informed. Yes, I've recommended to others.

Some staff were great, others were very poor. They could improve on following instuctions, when it comes to medication management.

We really liked Harbor Chase of Tallahassee, but they were always under staffed. The meals were not good nor nutritious. There was no staff to help the residents eat, most of the time. We actually paid a family member to spend two to three hours each weekday with my sister. However, we think Harbor Chase of Tallahassee is a better than most memory care units. The staff was friendly and if you asked them for something they got it.

Some things are disappointing and others are great. Immediately we discovered that the length of time for the meals was shorter than their brochures and even shorter than what was posted in the hall. Hmmm. There hasn't been an in house salon person for two months. Some of the aids are great, others not so much. The good ones don't seem to stay. Response time has been okay but at times my mother has waited over an hour for someone to come. She wears compression socks and needs them on before breakfast, she missed breakfast twice because they didn't get to her on time. Overall it is a good experience with some hiccups. We installed a camera in the apartment because people kept leaving her door unlocked. After two weeks with the camera, that has only happened once. There are of course things they could do better but we are pleased in general. My mother does complain a lot about things but she seems to be doing better. She does have high standards but for the price the standards should be high. The big blessing is that I can be there in 10 minutes if I need to and when we are out of town I know she is safe.

I have had very positive experiences with the care team at Heartis. I have gotten to know the following caregivers quite well due to their interactions with my mother: [names removed]. These caregivers listen, offer help and are very kind.

The location is ideal for us. I would like to see them hire more staff to better assist the residents. I'd like to see more staff available with credentials for geriatric care. They are minimally staffed overnight should an emergency happen. I also believe the residents would benefit from an onsite mental health professional. A very friendly environment with amazing staff. I do wish they could find more help to lighten the heavy load on current team. They are all so very caring!

I do highly recommend the Green Tree. The facility is very nice. I love my mom being here. It's very nice, safe and just a great place. I would definitely recommend them

Sunrise of Lenexa felt very homey, but the food wasn't always great. The staff were very kind and caring for my mom. I appreciated the standing tribute as her body was taken away after she passed. That is a very classy gesture. The singers and entertainers that they brought in were a plus, as well as the holiday and special occasion meals. Overall, it's a good place. I would recommend it.

What our family likes the most about Legend at Mingo Road is their staff team and based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.
