Out of the communities we looked at, Renaissance had a warm and uplifting atmosphere to it. We liked how the staff members are always calling the residents by their names and greeting them. The residents were also walking around and engaging with one another.

Our loved one did say sometimes the food was really good and other times not so much. She really did enjoying participating in the rosary and receiving communion before they had to shut everything down due to covid.

We chose Legend at Tulsa Hills at the time because we had very short notice and they had availability. It was also close to where she lived and she wanted to be close by so she was familiar with the area. I had also had a friend whose mother was here and they had a good experience here. The staff member that were here were just as nice as they could be and very helpful. I would recommend this community to others looking.

The clean each week and my housekeeper is amazing, the staff is wonderful, and the food is ok but they are doing the best they can right now. The activities are good and we get a lot of educational programming.

This is a very clean facility, we have had an administrator change and the staff is wonderful and have helped protect us through covid. The meals are up and down but for the most part, they are good. they have lots of activities including, arts and crafts, exercise and movies.

We chose Lionwood Senior Living because of the location, the staff members, and the affordability. The room sizes were very decent, but the closet spaces were laid out weird which made it hard to hang your clothes up. I ate here a couple of times and the food was pretty good. I would want others to know that my mom complained about the noise, it is close to a fire station so she always heard firetrucks all the time. Overall, I would recommend the facility.

My mom has lived at Meadowood for years. She enjoys her friends and there are so many things to do for her. The staff is friendly and cares for the residence, they do a great job.

It's been so easy, everyone so nice. Would have been nicer to have had a more full rundown on the way things ran, but the staff is really great, it's clean, comfortable. AC and heat works, it's great.

I enjoy Legend Fellowship, caretakers, and the courtyards. Activities were wonderful before closing. Management could give more reminders, and follow up with rules.

I really enjoyed my years here at Legend. I've made some really good friends and the staff is always been helpful and kind. The quality of food has been up and down. I truly think they are trying to bring quality meals.

The staff of Mansfield do a very good job. The director is a people person. The best of all is the residents all look out for each other. They all are wonderful people. The facility is clean and well-maintained. I enjoy living here.

Last January 2020, HarborChase welcomed my mom into the memory care unit after a week long hospital stay. Under the new administration, the care was excellent throughout Covid and beyond to my mom's recent peaceful hospice passing (of natural causes). Many thanks to [names removed] for the special care. And all the recent renovations are looking great, too! First class all the way.??

I am satisfied with the accommodations here. Staff is helpful. I like the layout of the place. I like the food. I've been here a year and 9 months and plan on staying.

The atmosphere at the Windsor is very family oriented. There is a relaxed country feel. The community is small enough that the staff knows your name and the names of family members. I am most grateful to the associates who helped my mother through her late stages of Alzheimer's Disease. When her memory failed her staff at the Windsor were there for her and were able to enrich her last months better than family could at home.

The decision to move our mother into a memory care unit, at the time of a pandemic, was very difficult. Are we doing the right thing, is this the right place? Will she be happy at all? She has been there for 2 1/2 months now, and we are very pleased with the staff and the care they provide. My mother has enjoyed the activities provided each day, and has taken the piano back up. I have peace of mind that we made the right decision, and is priceless.

My mom moved into Rivermont approximately four months ago and our experience has been very good. The positive aspects: the apartments are large, the housekeeping staff are nice and very helpful, there is a home health care agency on-site (which we utilize), the restaurant offers a regular menu with an additional two specials at lunch and dinner, all meals and housekeeping are included in monthly rent and the grounds and gardens are beautiful. I know my mom would like to get out independent from family picking her up and taking her places, there is limited transportation to stores and/or outings (I am sure part of this is due to COVID). One of the most important aspects of the elderly is safety. Residents check-in and out and leave only through the front door. In instances where I had concerns about my mother, the staff has been more than willing to go and check on her, etc.

Based on my research It was our best option for the cost. I would recommend them to others. The room size and layout of the community are good. I like it a lot it is a good set up. The food is adequate. They have some outdoor space for the residents. Communication has been good.

The location was a big factor for us. It is a smaller community, we really like that the staff would be able to have a better relationship with the residents. I like that it is a one-story building. We liked the staff we met and their approach to senior living.

Could not be more pleased with the care my mom is getting at Harbor Chase. She transferred from another facility and had no problem settling in. The staff is very warm, attentive, friendly and caring. At this crazy time of restrictions and anxiety for all, Harbor Chase has gone a step above keeping family informed and the residents busy. Not that I really mind this - we are all in for the sake of our loved one, but the ill coordination of the multiple changes in medications may drive me nuts and nickle and dime us to death. Only knowledge of the staff's genuine care for the health of our loved one makes it tolerable.
