Arbor house has been amazing for my family. They take great care of my loved one. I do think with the current staffing issue the care has gone down over the last several months. When the new company took over they promised lots of things that I don’t think they are living up to. You can’t have 1 caretaker for a hall full of residents and expect them to get good care. I think the majority of the staff are doing a great job. There are a few there that won’t even talk to you which isn’t great at all. That is the reason for my 3 stars.

The residents have so many options to interact with other residents and staff. The residents are living life and not just existing which was our experience at another assisted living.

We needed a facility with an ECC license to accommodate my father's needs. Pleased with the level of care he has received, especially services such as primary care, PT, OT, etc. Podiatrist, hearing aid specialist on site have been very helpful.

Exercise in a group is available everyday. A registered therapist is available upon request. Pets are here and owners will usually let you interact with them.

Ever changing constant renovation period management is eager to please, as with all 55 plus communities food is mediocre but descent. I can see that Windsor of Lakewood Ranch attempts to provide balance within the menus. There was some healthy option, or of what I've seen and what I heard about the food issues are usually average population and running a place like this will have people that enjoy the food or hate the food period

I think that they could improve on the menu. They seem to have the same thing over and over. They don't have a lot of activities. So maybe have days where they have different crafts or serve food that day for whatever holiday is near. [facility name removed] in Tulsa has all of that. Also they could be a little more proactive with care. They are short staffed a lot.

The facility is very clean and presents a resort-style atmosphere which we like bc don't want the nursing home look; they didn't inform us well about the phone set up and the maintenance took 2 months to repair a wall; did not make it clear about fees separate from monthly rent; they expected us to read all 40 pages and learn on our own; would have liked if they went over everything personally with me; the director over memory care facility was the only one who came to check on us at move in time and gave us the most info. About the facility.

Windsor offers everything in a supportive and caring way. Windsor was the most helpful making the transition easy. Rooms are like apartment living.

The staff at Willow Bend Assisted Living and Memory Care were very welcoming, but the move in process was very stressful as it turned out Willow Bend doesn't normally allow move ins on the weekend (they don't have the staff on hand to transfer meds, etc). I had a few meals at the facility with mom that weekend, and all were excellent. Communication from the staff has been frequent, in the form of email alerts about fire drills, alarms, and power outages. I do believe that mom will be safe and well fed there.

Just moved in at the end of Oct 2023, so still learning the ropes here. Mostly positive. Everybody is very friendly and accommodating. A lot to take in. Have attended only a few activities thus far. Have not had a need for care services yet.

Enjoying stay as much as first day. Friendly, active place.

My parents chose this place mainly due to the floorplan and location. They have lived here for over 2.5 years now and would not regret their decision. The staff here is what puts Legend of Mansfield high above any other facility. From the director, down to the aides and others, you cannot hope for more caring and sincere place to live.

Good service - food, maintenance, friendly staff

I picked Renaissance because I ran into a neighbor during the tour. When I met her 40 years ago I thought she was 80 years old. She looks better now than she did when I met her. Because I figured if they could make my neighbor look that good, they were doing something right. I've already recommended twice.

The issue our family has had with Charter Senior Living was that the meds were messed up twice and our loved did not want to participate in activities. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

I recently had a loved one at the Windsor in Gainesville and I was overall very pleased with the care provided. There were a couple of hiccups, but the people providing direct care were for the most part outstanding. They worked together well to take care of my family member. I also observed the care they provided to the other residents. It was such a relief after our experience at a different facility. I wish we had made the move sooner.

Charter Senior Living of Gainesville is conveniently located. The Director is responsive, as is her current MD. The previously assigned MD was not. Programming could improve. We do like the renovated facilities

Lunch Meals are great & sometimes so-so. We picked this community, because of the amenities in the neighborhood & walking accessibility, Friendly, Helpful Staff, Nice Duplex, Creative Activities. & Other item on survey. Also, because of the convenience of carport, facility had ambassadors to help newcomers.
