OMG the staff is amazing! It has a friendly vibe. When you walk in the door, the building smells great every morning that I come in.

Mom was declining cognitively at another facility & refusing any help. This refusal was affecting relationships & her physical security. With help from the WINDSOR staff we were able to move her to start receiving the care she really needed.

We came for Octoberfest there at Rivendale and we just loved the atmosphere and the AMAZING food that their chef prepared. He came out to greet us and made sure we had enough food to eat! I know that the people at the facility are well-fed!

There was a disconnect between Crescent Fields and APFM. The sales manager at Crescent Fields did not know that APFM had made the initial meeting with us. The resident was not always showered in the designated day. High turnover of Dir of Resident Relations

It's one of the best facilities we visited. It felt like a community without the feel of a place that was depressing.For one thing, there wasn't a smell when you first walked in. Or as we toured the facility. It just had a nice feel all around. You could just feel it in your gut knowing that this was the place.

Highly recommended. We picked this community, because of the location and US News and World Report rating. The interaction/communication with the staff has been good.

Overall it is a nice, clean facility with friendly staff. Haven't needed to use the nursing services yet. Meals and dining services need to be improved upon.

My loved one was a resident at Legend at Rivendell Memory Care and overall the experience was good. We did need better communication with the family and discussed that with the director. My family felt like our loved one received good care at Legends. The staff were helpful with questions that we had. The housekeeping was very good. The facility was always very clean, which we appreciated from the start. I would definitely recommend Legend at Rivendell Memory Care for someone needing Memory Care for a family member.

What our family likes the most about The Windsor at Ortega is the friendliness and quality of care given to the residents by the staff members. Based on our experience so far, we would recommend this community to others.

Staff is very friendly. Warm atmosphere. Very clean. Everyone is very respectable.

Our family had an in person tour with The Windsor at San Pablo and even though we did not pick the community for our loved one, we thought the tour experience was a good one. We didn't get a chance to talk to much staff but the amenities that we saw seemed good.

We have had no experience with the meals and dining service, but our loved ones seems to be ok with them. For the activities, our loved one didn't like them, but that was just her. The place was very nice and a comfortable place for mom's last year plus. She was a bit of a recluse so the activities didn't appeal to her. The costs were prohibitive, but maybe they all? Staff was for the most part great. Medical was very good.

If you need care, they are always there.

They were very accommodating for my loved one. She seemed to adapt very well with the staff and other people who lived there at this community.We enjoyed getting to know the staff and community there at Green Tree Assisted Living and Memory Care Center.

We toured with The Windsor of Venice and it was very nice, this would have been our second choice. The facility we chose - the residents just seemed to be more interactive with one another.

A very homelike, caring community. Very clean and very professional. Great food. A great place to consider when needing help. Grounds keep up and a nice area. Don't live there so can't write about anything else. A great place for mom and dad

The staff is pretty friendly at Sunrise of McCandless. My dad says that some of the workers are very good and others are lazy and do not do much. I have been happy with their communication with myself. My dad loves the food. Unfortunately, he doesn't attend any of the activities and says he has nothing in common with the residents. The staff seems to be very nice to him. My dad has mentally improved significantly since being at Sunrise. I would recommend the facility to others, the biggest drawback is the cost.

I have recommended to others. We picked this community, because at the time they were the only ones that offered respite care. There are many folks that enjoy sitting out front but they have trouble getting up from the seating because the cushions are worn out

I am very satisfied with the wonderful care provided by this facility for my wife. She has improved greatly at Sunrise of McCandless. Management and Staff are very professional and pay attention to details with favorable outcomes. They worked well with Concordia which is where my wife had rehab. I would definitely recommend to use this facility to provide care for my loved ones.

I think the biggest issue with this community has been the turnover in the health director. I hope the current person stays. They have also had some other staffing changes but that might be everywhere. The new activities haven't interested my brother. But he is a tough customer. He says the food is okay. Sometimes it can be really good and other times just okay.
