Everyone was very friendly and outgoing. The food is excellent! The only downside is the facility was losing patients, so that resulted in reducing staff which impacted care and responsiveness.

The people are always so friendly and helpful when I call to check on mom. The nursing staff are kind and helpful. The food has been a disappointment. Mom cant eat salad and they seem to be out of the substitute quite often. They also have soup and sandwiches a lot.

The staff is friendly. The facility is beautiful. They are trying to improve the food, but the dining room is a good atmosphere. Tablecloths and cloth napkins. Activities are frequent and fun. They are trying to improve better response time with call button. Very friendly caregivers. Mostly dedicated. I would recommend to anyone with patience.

I like the staff and would recommend Legend. Hard to know really because Mom's dementia has worsened and she never recalls activities or meal options. If I didn't ask questions and point things out to staff about Mom, not sure they would reach out. Weekend staff not as good as day time staff. The Executive Director, [name removed], is very kind and helpful and he replies immediately to my calls or texts. I have had occasions where I was not happy, but Mom seems to be much better off at Legend than where she was in MN. I like the fact that aides are very good when I ask for help with Mom. They are patient and caring towards her. They hug her and talk to her, which makes up for some of the other things that they haven't done. I have found as a daughter/family member you have to ask questions and make staff aware of concerns immediately before the situation escalates. I do not point fingers - they have tough jobs. The Sales Director, [name removed], is fantastic and she was wonderful through the initial process. The welcome provided was very touching! The Executive Director and the Sales director are extremely welcoming, helpful people!

Overall happy with the care my mom has received so far. Frustrations around the continued turn over of the cleaning staff & having to ask for her apartment to be cleaned. The food is bad - proteins & veggies are over cooked. Laundry used to be good, but new process is lacking.

Green Tree is a welcoming and caring facility. Staff is always pleasant and accommodating and go above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable and content.

My mother is resident and I am so thankful! The rooms are set up perfectly. I love she has a small kitchen/living space outside of her bedroom. The staff is super friendly and she's made some great friends. They have fun activities and even outings. The best part for me is peace of mind. I love the nurse here as well as the doctor. They always keep me updated on my moms health.

Staff is professional & friendly. Food is average now, used to be better. Residence is a nice friendly community.

We are glad we picked Legend of Lancaster for my Dad's care. We only had a few months to evaluate Legend so some of our concerns may have been related to developing our relationship and expectations with key Staff members. Overall, my sister , brother and I would recommend Legend of Lancaster. Our Dad enjoyed being there. They allowed up to have a couple PSU tailgates in their theater and we invited staff and residents. Overall a nice place and people, but like most places suffering from staffing shortages. Their online financial payment system is really poor.

I would recommend to others. We picked this community because of the cost, cleanliness, no odor like most. Pleasant environment, and the location.

My experience has been a mixed bag. I would say don't set your expectations too high, then you can't be disappointed. My first disappointment was my mom's clothes disappeared. To this day, I don't know what happened to three fourth of her clothes. I was told her clothes would be washed, they were taken, but only a few pieces were returned. Never got an explanation. The communication with the staff could have been better, but oh well. Nothing is perfect. This community is clean and I like the setup - the encouragement mom is given to interact with others. I am much more pleased having Mom at Windsor than [community name removed]

Come to Meadowood, the staff is amazing and the environment is just as friendly as you could ever want! I love living here. Its a blessing!

The staff at Willow Bend Assisted Living and Memory Care are great. The food is good. I would recommend Willow Bend to others.

It's been pretty good, staff is good to us. We came from home so adjusting to new needs & new place isn't easy but we are very happy here.

My family's experience with Rivendell has been very good. On move in day there was a hurdle that had to be cleared with paperwork. From 4 hrs away, the staff stayed in constant contact guiding us through the process. After a long 4 hr drive we were welcomed by the staff with big smiles and hugs, a welcome sign with my family members name on it, and a basket of favorite treats. For the next couple of hours staff members stopped by her room to introduce themselves, give big hugs, and welcome her to her new home. Each time we visit we are met by pleasant, professional, and encouraging staff. They not only understand the needs of my family member, but also those of us who come to visit. At this point, I believe my aunt is comfortable, feels safe, enjoys the setting, and is provided this opportunity with dignity.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. There does seem to be issues with staffing and turnover. Which in turn greatly impacts housekeeping and laundry services. The billing department never responds to billing questions and concerns. Since September I have asked for an explanation of unknown charges every month and have never had a response.
