Overall this facility is great. The best part is the staff - they are great and overall very attentive. The turnover rate is low. However they could use some extra people skills and conflict resolution/dementia training and some staff are less attentive and motivated than others. The meals are sub par but decent. Be warned here in Colorado in memory care that staff can’t give your family member anything but prescription medications strictly.

The staff are attentive. They have an activities director that has regular activities for the residents. The food cooking is supervised by a chef so good meals. The rooms are well sized. The feel of the building is more like a bed and breakfast and not industrial.

What we like the most about the community is that it was clean and did not have a smell. I would recommend Legend Assisted Living at Rivendell to other families based on the experience so far.

High grades for everything but the food. Small portions never any new items and very dry. Management needs. To get involved to fix the kitchen issues. Care staff is excellent. Wait staff needs training. Activities director tries very hard to keep it interesting. Attendance can be an issue. All good on this side.

I would rate the facility with a 4 to 5 no place is perfect but they were very friendly and the nurses were nice. I would have conversation with them when I was there to visit. My mom participated in a lot of the activities and enjoyed being there. Mom liked most of the food, she's Italian and was used to cooking her own food. The apartment size was big enough for her and most of her important possessions.

The Gables is an assisted living facility in Palm Harbor, Florida in a beautiful campus like setting . You get a lot of different staff in a 24 seven facility however I would say the quality of the staff is is generally very good to excellent. Some of the staff seem genuinely concerned and quickly develop an affinity with my parents, which is very beneficial. They take a lot of time in organizing dining arrangements and social events to ensure everybody's included and various activity levels can be addressed. There is a daily calendar of events, many of which my parents seem to really enjoy. And it gives them the option of being with others at any time of the day, which is very good. They offer a variety of activities for musical entertainment, animals craft making, etc. And as a result, my parents apartment is decorated with some of their handicrafts. Food is the main activity three meals a day are prepared properly promptly and are often very tasteful. While the menu caters to the needs of elderly, I've eaten quite a few meals there myself and actually enjoyed them. And there's a number of options on the menu in case the two entrées presented at each meal or not to your liking. My father really enjoys the food and looks forward to it each day. we investigated quite a few assisted-living facilities before choosing The Gables and I have to say it was an excellent choice in terms of value for money. Compared to some of the other places, they were also more personable and not so commercial. Overall, it was a wise choice.

The place is new and beautiful! Most everyone is nice and friendly! They like the food! The only issues I've had is getting calls back sometimes for the med techs but I guess it's not skilled nursing like [facility removed], which is double the price too.

The staff is very helpful and caring. The facilities may not be as pristine as some of the newer facilities, but the care is very good. The turnover rate appears to be very low. We have experience with 5 different facilities and this is one of the best.

Newly renovated, small facility where everyone knows you. Some trouble with communication but things are going well so far. Yes I would recommend. They are finishing up renovations so the rooms and common spaces are very nice and updated.

Some things are excellent and some things could be improved on. What could be improved on would be the meals that are served. Also, taking the orders and receiving the food could take up to an hour. However, I do like the atmosphere and the folks are generally friendly.

The staff is very welcoming and they have lots of activities. Chef-prepared Food is good. Love that each staff member cares and personally greets residents by name.

Good maintenance and landscaping, comfortable rooms, lots of activities to keep one occupied. The food is ok too

The staff has been great, activities not for sure but they did have a great music session one day. Food is nice like a home setting.

I needed to be with people more my age. I need conversation and understanding. My experience here is that you have 100 friends if you are willing to put yourself out there. I needed to share experiences with games like Bridge, Rummy, Bingo and even Corn Hole. I like sharing books that I have read. I like to get regular exercise and Rivermont provides an exercise class six days a week. They also provide transportation to my aqua fitness class three times a week. I also like that I have a place to go when I want to be alone. To sum it up I have comfortable home and a loving community.

My mother had fairly swift need for an an assisted living faciity and The Gables sounded like a perfect place. It has not been perfect, but it has been very good. As others note, I was assured that the wait time for a CNA would never be longer than 15, maybe 20 minutes. This is simply untrue. I have been there as my mother waits longer. Most of the staff are incredibly kind, but there are one or to CNAs who are not. My mother learned after weeks there, trying to get a few accommodations that many things ought to have been done, but have not - including a list of what was to be done for her. It took us weeks to get a list of her medications, something we asked for repeatedly. Mom is able to advocate for herself and we call frequently to follow up. I believe that the intentions of everyone at The Gables are good, and they want what is best for residents. I was told that they are fully staffed, but more and more it seems like they simply are not.

Beautiful building, kind people (residents and staff). The food is not good though. However, yes, we would recommend The Vero at Bethlehem to other families based on the experience so far.

The aide staff is outstanding, as is the Chef and the dining room staff. The whole facility is always clean and fresh. They have a lot of activities scheduled daily, something for just about everyone. The in-house therapy staff is attentive and supportive with regular feedback. The in-house hair stylist adds a special treat to the whole experience.

It stood out that the facility was calm. There was activity and there were people out and about, but it wasn't loud or crowded. The decor was updated and the place was clean. Some issues we have noticed are with staffing. Sometimes they just don't have enough workers.

Great area, easy for grocery shopping or shopping in general, many things to do around the location. Nice and accommodating staff. Parking can be difficult

We were very pleased with Arbor House. I didn't give it a 5 on everything because there were a few little things from time to time, but nothing significant. The staff took good care of her, they were friendly and you could tell they genuinely cared about her. The thing that made me the happiest was my sister telling me over and over, "Thank you for finding this place for me." She was happy and relaxed there, enjoyed the exercise classes, and spending some time outside in the courtyard. Some of the staff would come to her apartment just to visit, which she loved. I would highly recommend Arbor House. (I didn't mean to send it when I did.)
